My wife and I went to about 10 dealerships looking for a new vehicle and came up dry. Stopped by Tom Peacock and was greeted as soon as we stepped out our vehicle by J Matamoros. We told him exactly what we were looking and he did an outstanding job delivering just that. He was also able to negotiate on our behalf some accessories for our new vehicle to protect out investment from the hazards of my line of work that would keep my vehicle looking new. I wasnt able to get them right then and there but he gave me his word hed ship them to me in Victoria TX. Maya Evans, also did an outstanding job in the buying process and we were in and out in a timely manner. I was in a car accident months ago which left my new car totaled and me without transportation for months. While on the market for a new vehicle I was met with similar stories of vehicle shortages and lack of inventory. Understandable, which is why I lowered my expectations for a potential new purchase and how far I could stretch my dollar. In doing this, I did not think it would result in a lack of customer service, care, and understanding.The salesman I worked with (Mitchell) was new at the time. Very kind, always kept in touch, and was transparent in all of our conversations. Truthfully, the best part of my experience with this dealership and the reason I stayed in contact as I waited for inventory to arrive. Management, and those who work above were the ones that left me with buyers’ hesitation and a feeling of devalued trust. Their website falsely advertises vehicle pricing and they continuously over promised and under delivered what they could offer, leaving their teams to fend for their falsehoods.I purchased a new 2021 vehicle thanks to the salesman, but overall, I do not feel that I got a decent deal for my purchase based on my expectations of what they had listed on their website. My immediate need and desperation for transportation was preyed upon for the dealership’s benefit, but any car is better than none, right?

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Youd be better off flushing your money down the toilet. Cannot get a GAP refund check since 11/2020 or any other associated documentation requested. I bought a certified pre-owned Nissan from this dealership. The sales process was fast and easy, however I feel that there may have been a mistake in the pricing as opposed to the online price which was advertised on the website. I have emailed a complaint to the general manager and sales general manager and am waiting for a reply. If there was some sort of mistake in the sale and it can be made right I will absolutely leave a 5-star review. Otherwise I can only state that I feel that I have been scammed by the dealership and can leave a detailed review about my experience.

My vehicle buying experience was simply ok. Mrs. Susy, acknowledged me within 5 minutes of arriving. So thank you for that. Overall, I cant say she offered a great customer service experience worth remembering. From the get go she wanted me to go along with what she recommended. She gave me a hard time when I said I wasnt comfortable with the monthly payments. All I kept hearing was that this is all they could do for me. I knew that was simply not true. Based off my past purchase experiences I knew what kind of numbers to expect. I could tell she was hoping to take an arm and a leg if I wouldve allowed it.When it came time to remove my items from my vehicle I felt rushed. I understand its closing time but dont rush me out. The least she could do was patiently wait especially since I had children withe me.She helped remove things from my vehicle then tried to tell me that was all I needed and the rest was trash. Excuse me but Im the one to decide that. At the time I received my tags the system was down. Thats fine things happen. But I was only given two days. I got in contact with her like she asked me so I could come by and pick up the new tag, which I did. She knew my old tag expired that same day but asked me to go the next day because she simply couldnt wait. Honestly I dont recommend her unless you want someone to make decisions for you and rush you out. .Overall I didnt feel like a valued customer. I really wish I wouldve gone with the first sales lady that I met a few months back. That lady went above and beyond for me regardless of how freezing cold it was outside.

I recently purchased a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and I am very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. My sales guy was Juan B. and he was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make my buying experience smooth and fast. He took his time to explain the vehicle to me and even took my picture with the car. I give him and the dealership 10/10 stars.

Back in May I was in a horrific rainstorm and my sunroof started leaking. My Rogue had under 10,000 miles but I was told by the Nissan dealership near my home that my sunroof drain was NOT COVERED under the warranty and it would cost $5508 to fix it. No thank you. My mechanic cleaned out the drain and charged me $0. Fast forward to August 26 in another downpour that filled my passenger seat with water and soaked the carpet. I garaged my Rogue for several days to soak up the water and odor with Damp Rid ( an amazing little invention). I took my car to Tom Peacock Nissan and Nestor told me the repair WAS COVERED under my warranty. Every person I came in contact with at Tom Peacock was very pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help. They are customer service with a smile. Thank you Tom Peacock Nissan!
