From rapid deliveries, and incredible service, I am always pleased with every transaction. I spoke with Glyn today and she helped me with my order. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me in ordering my flags. I know next to nothing, but she had wonderful suggestions and ensured that I had everything I needed. And at the end of my order, I was pleased to find that I received an unexpected discount on my entire order! She took the extra time to see if she could get me an additional discount on a particularly pricey item. You just cant find this kind of service anymore. I can assure you, I will be asking for Glyn from now on EVERY time I call. And, I will start using Great American more often.
