I called and left 5 messages October 2017. They finally returned my call 6 months later only to tell me they are going to request a new prescription from my Dr because my prescription expired 5 months ago. After not hearing from them in a month I called them only to be placed on hold so they can check my prescription status. They kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. I used my daughter’s phone to call them while I was still on hold; they answered and after I asked why did they still have my original call on hold the young lady placed me on hold again. Customer service is unacceptable and the people that work there or unprofessional. Find a new CPAP company! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as the government since the were recommended. Failure to provide customers their CPAP supplies is dangerous; you are putting individuals’ lives at risk!

I have been using monitor medical for my cpap since the late 1990s. They have always been able to provide me with the latest in technology. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in cpap products.
