Score of -10. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TOO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

My mother got sick and needed to have oxygen starting two years ago. It was difficult to get them to deliver the oxygen equipment when she first got out of skilled nursing (finally had to call the regional manager). Now two years later, I have called every number in their listing and have yet to get an answer. Our caregiver has called nine times over two weeks and never gotten an answer. My mother depends on oxygen and the fact that even their 24 hour emergency service does not answer should tell you the whole story. Stay away from this company.

If i could rate 0 stars i would, my mother is on hospice care we have recieved horrible customer service from this company the customer service reps dont speak clear English and are very very rude !.They will not provide any type of recipt, do not trust this company they act shady, they seem to not realize that people on hospice need to be treated with respect ! This company really needs to hire individuals with a good phone voice and good customer!

Do NOT use these people. It is impossible to get them on the phone. The customer service is horrible to non existent. Forget technology. you never know if they got your order or when it will be delivered. Forget a call back....Used to be a good company.

Absolutely horrible service. They delivered portable oxygen cylinders half filled. We ran out of oxygen within two days after three weeks and numerous calls we still do not have oxygen replacement and no one has as much picked the phone or returned our calls!! Would never recommend this facility to anyone, they do not deserve to be in business!! 😥🤔🤬

We started using Pacific Pulmonary when my Mom was first diagnosed with lung cancer. They were extremely helpful at a very difficult time, and at that time the customer service was WONDERFUL! However, since they were bought out and the local office closed we have had nothing but problems. You NEVER get to talk to a human on the first call, and seldom call back within the 24 hour period they promise.They have also changed it to deliveries only once a month, which it changes how many bottles she will use, depending on how much shes out of the house. For the past two orders, they didnt have enough bottles to complete the order, and never followed up when they had more bottles.I could go on and on about how much its not great and the organization is not customer friendly, but I wont. I just would never recommend this place to anyone.

The number they show on google is a non working number. I called them atleast 10 times and i was not able to get through. DO NOT CHOSE THEM!!! THEY DO NOT PICK UP ! and like the other reviews say you never know if they got your order if your going to get it deliver you just dont know

Worst customer service ever!! I have been trying to get supplies which they said were delivered on Dec 6th!!! They were not delivered!! The customer service representative finally called today after a month of leaving messages!! She said if I needed supplies to go and buy them myself as they would not send any!! I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will find another service for our oxygen needs!

Hard to get ahold of the correct person to talk to!

I would give this company less than one star. I have called them 10 times to try to get my machine fixed and the kept sending my to voicemail. I left 4 messages and never got a return call. I gave up and called the manufacturer for help. Don’t do business with these people.

Terrible management, makes for poor morale and terrible services rendered.
