I went in to send a package out of the country. The gentleman working was so kind and even helped me to repackage my items so that I could save money. He was so kind and went above and beyond to help me!I also noticed while I was there that they have so many different boxes and package supplies. Everything you would need to mail something. Along with greeting cards, printing services, etc.They ship from all the major companies ( FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS). I will definitely be using this place for all my package/postal needs in the future!!

We had an ideal experience shipping 5 very large boxes. They were very patient, thorough, and professional. They even had to build a box for some oddly shaped items. All of our items arrived safely and on time. They were knowledgeable and happy to help use our company FedEx account. Very pleased with the overall experience. Love that Amazon Prime and this Postal Annex is what makes it work! My packages are delivered safely and held for me. (No worries about packages left at my door all day where any passer by can see.) So easy to drop by Postal Annex each day to pick up packages or drop off returns. Mahesh & Varsha are pleasant, professional and trustworthy. Love that Amazon Prime!

The guy at the counter was very rude I had brought a package to be returned via UPS. UPS pride cell phone customer service I dont know how in the world they let someone like this represent their brand.I had asked the gentleman at the counter to use a piece of tape to solidify that the box was shipped. When I had asked him he rolled his eyes and said I can give you a piece of tape. To me I will never recommend this place and if you look for customer service just go straight to the UPS place or USPS place.

I have used this Postal Annex for over 12 years and I have always found the owner Mahesh to provide outstanding service to be gracious and very patient. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Terrible service... made me wait in line for 15-20 minutes while the 2 owners served 1 customer. I was there to rent a post office box and he showed me a hand-written note saying a social security card wasnt acceptable ID with a driver license. But inexplicably an apartment lease or car insurance is??? When I questioned that, he got pissy and said he doesnt have any boxes for me... went to the UPS store down the street- no hassles!
