Some of the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. Staff couldn’t care less about your problem and will not go an in pass whatever the minimum is. Tried explaining I paid for overnight priority almost $90 and she still kept saying I wouldn’t get it until Monday because it was sent late from the vendor that when I lost it and told her “fedex is the vendor”. What the hell is point of paying over night. Walked out of there more upset then when i went in.
You could hear the staff laughing in the back and only one old lady working & there were 20 people waiting in the line. Hope no one has to go there. Dont go to that place. Get your packages thorough ups.

FedEx has really gone down hill lately. From drivers that claimed to have delivered the packages, and dont, to the poorly trained clerks that treat you like theyre doing your a fvore by just acknowledging that you there to pick up a packahe that failed to deliver.The staff working in this particular office all look like they hate their jobs, and treat you like they do. They all had scowls on thileir faces.Will never use FedEx again for anything if I can help it. This company is the worse!
A lady name Theresa help me . She was really nice what thank her so much Ms.Ava Fountain and to the management for calling for my package. After so many calls u guys were the best. Because the driver said he try deliver last not and did not.
2 diferent vendors, 6 packages misplaced by this location, not mentioning that 2 items ended up broken. FedEx needs to check this location and shake up management and employees. I keep receiving messages every day that my package is in the truck and wont receive it until the 7 day. Frustrating!
Long lines most of the time. The staff is doing their best, which is all one could ask. Prefer the drop boxes when possible. It helps alleviate pressure from the staff
Hello Friends, Dont use FedEx Express. Their Drivers are not good, I am living Missour/i City, TX ( Avalon@Sienna). I am waiting amazon package (my residence address ) from 8/12. Tracking message says Delivery attempted, but business was closed. Today is 8/14 I didnt get it. This is happens Second time. Do dont FedEx Express. Use other provider ( UPS or USPS), but Fedex Ground is good. Thanks
The one star is only because I can’t put negative 5 stars . Worse location ever . Have messed my order 5 times . Each package they will say they attempted to deliver it and never did . I was at home every day the package was scheduled to be delivered and fedex never came to my door. They come to my apartment and if no one open the gate they don’t go to the leasing office and ask them to let them in the gate they just leave . What a waste of a company and this location lack customer service skills and so no sympathy
Rudest people ever and I was lied to repetitively. I would give you dirt as a 0 rating if possible. I will be filing a co.plaint first thing in the morning. This place and this company honestly deserves a 0 rating. Stick with ups and dont waste you time. Piss poor service. After waiting for 45 min for my order they only gave me half of it and when I went back 5 min after 8 an employee said “don’t help him we are closed” when I said I was already here and it wasn’t my fault another employee had the decency to help me. Had to pick up at store for price of item. Would appreciate a little more sympathy next time but there won’t be one with them for me.
This location is horrible. And I really try and not give businesses bad reviews on the first time, but this is my second bad experience.There are 8 people in line to one worker. She’s taking 15 minutes per person. No one is here to greet. Or explain anything.The automated number is saying my package is held at this location. The location is saying my package is on the truck.I called at 5:09 to hold the package at 8:00am they put it in the truck...Another lady asked if anyone else was here to help. She said no. 4 more people walked in and miraculously she was able to call for help.This is ridiculous.

They used to have a number you could call to see if you package was there when the delivery driver lies and doesnt feel like coming to your home. I paid for overnight residential and an extra fee for Saturday delivery, but this place no longer has a phone number and you get routed to some national call center. Im done with FedEx unless I get every penny back. It was brilliant bribing DeJoy to slow the USPS Priority Express service down so you wouldnt have to compete. Your driver lied because Ive been here all day and it said noon today until 11:47 AM when they claim I wasnt home. Now you cant even drive through an hour of downtown Houston traffic to pick it up because youre too lazy and corrupt to fulfill your service. Nobody should use FedEx. Support the USPS until that bloated puppet DeJoy is removed.
The worst place I have ever come . Awful customer service, the ladies at the front, uneducated and very bad mood. The old lady with glasses, Lol,she said is the manager but she isn’t. The manager never came out when we needed his help, so…its very bad place,if ur package is coming here,just redirect it to somewhere else, please…
I agree about the lying the delivery drivers do. I even looked at my Ring and Arlo cameras pto see if the Fed Ex driver came by. Nothing. No one came by from this company. We were home all day getting an air conditioning system put in.
The fact that I was taken care of with an ‘I don’t care attitude’ is unacceptable. I had a shipping label that wasn’t being read in their system. I was literally told “I don’t care what you do with this package but I’m not going to take it.” The employee on duty didn’t even attempt to help me and went ahead and caught an attitude as I asked questions to see what could be done in this situation. This is my FIRST ever situation where I’ve encountered issues with my package being sent in years. Totally unacceptable customer service. I was taken care of by the woman with mop type of hair. I can’t believe the way I was treated and I will reconsider visiting this location again.

Seems like more handicap parking than regular parking. Wasnt greeted, but once I was helped I scanned my QR code brought in my large item with a cart provided by them. I was in and out fairly quickly. I went in @1:30pm no lines at this point
Theyve lost my order, and pretend that they did not. Dozens of fake delivery notifications like were almost there... Its been 20 days since I have the issue. I call them everyday, Ive wasted hours of my time! never again I have business with them. USPS forever

The staff at the front counter is very courteous and take care of customers quickly and efficiently. I have seen several customers blatantly disrespect them, and they continue to remain professional no matter what.
Came by this evening to pick up a package that I missed initial delivery on during my shift today. It wasn’t ready for pick up at the center when I arrived around 6:00PM despite saying that it would be after 5:30 PM but the lovely & very professional clerk Derricca H. informed me that the driver was running a little late this evening & that I could come back in 30 or so minutes & it would be there ready for me. I’m understanding so I went to grab a bite to eat & came back about an hour later. Derricca had my package waiting for me as soon as I had stepped through the door & I was out in under a minute total! To top it all off: she was able to assist me ultra quickly even within a long line of customers while diligently multitasking and providing excellent courtesy & care to everyone present & assisting her coworkers. I truly appreciate that strong work ethic she possessed! It was a successful& painless visit that was worth the short wait! 5/5
Bad bussiness with dishonest people!!!!! Birthday cake delivery by fedex express for 11 years old was delayed for 1 day and kept at this location. When I drive to this place 40 min to pick it up, they said I can not pick it up because I am not receiver! I am the sender.They said that 11 years old must pick it up!!! When they promised that it is going to be delivered durin g about 4-5 hours.Guess what?They lied. Still no delivery.
First time sending any package. The c.s.r was extreamly helpful and best customer service I have recieved in a long while... I will definitely use this place again if needed.

The location was nice but the staff didnt acknowledge the people and where busy doing scanning packages. Supervisor needs to be out front during busy times I was there at 645. I was also very uncomfortable leaving because the outside was very dark and it is in a very bad location. It is a crime waiting to happen. I would give negative stars for the outside of the building.
Extremely rude employees. It took three days and multiple upper management phone calls from my company and FedEx Corp for them to finally release a package to my coworker. They refused to believe my coworker and I worked for my company, even after showing valid proof. They even failed to believe the notes in the case file. They kept giving us excuse after excuse. Employees at this location give FedEx an awful name!!!Also - only one person was working the counter each day we had to deal with this location. Long wait times each day.

Quick and easy, even with a line. The csr was friendly and helpful. I thought it would take a lot longer and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Would have been less had there not been a problem with one of the other customers credit card being read. This was a much better experience than the last time I went to one of the FedEx stores.

So I work for an online autoparts store. We ship hundreds of packages daily. Weve recently moved from Sugarland to a Houston address. For more than two years I worked at the Sugarland location with almost no shipper pickup issues. We use all three major shippers; USPS, UPS, and FEDEX/FEDEX EXPRESS. All the drivers were amazing to work with.Now that we changed our operations address to Houston, weve had nothing but problems. But today I will share my Fedex experience. First, at our warehouse the FedEx express truck only shows up when there are certain amount of packages. We have an account and a representative to negotiate our shipping prices and arranged daily pickups. As the former shipping manager, I know how much pickups affect our ratings/reviews. So when FedEx doesnt show up for our packages at our warehouse it infuriates us. Now, today we had close to 100 packages if not more that were awaiting pickup. You guessed it, they (FEDEX EXPRESS) DID NOT show up. Now I understand theres been a weather emergency in Houston but there are packages to be delivered and a business to run. So my coworkers and I take 6 FedEx express bags and maybe 15 ground packages to a FedEx ship center (hub center.) One, they only accept 25 packages per customer and two they only have one person working the counter. I couldnt believe a hub only accepts 25 packages per customer. So I asked for the manager number and was given the national customer service number. So rather than waste my time at a place that is not doing what theyre in business to do, I go to the Sugarland office. Now this center has always accepted our packages no matter how many. We walk in with three bags and 15 packages, maybe 50 packages, and they took them all with no problems.Now you better believe me that we will be calling our representative Monday to file a formal complaint. If it were up to me I would not be using fedex at all but thats not my call.Thats why Im reviewing this location so poorly.Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and frustrated.

The lady at the counter was extremely helpful but there were 3 people from my complex alone there for packages as the driver DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT to deliver our packages and said we werent available to answer the door. Ridiculous.
I think their delivery drivers are stealing the packages, because I went outside to check for my package and no package. So now I have to wait 24 hours to see if the package will come up. Nobody will return that. It was a gift card for a child. I have my reasons on why I didnt go to the store an buy it, but I do have a right to buy whatever I want. It is their job to make sure it gets delivered.
Fedex has been the worse since before Christmas on delivering packages. I get that there was a huge amount of packages, but by now as of 1/11/21 those should have cleared out. We are still looking for a package that was two day priority since 12/21/20 from Wayfair, and finally Wayfair tracked it that it was picked up before 12/30/20. Followed tracking and saw it went all over many states, and then it came to Houston, and on 1/6/21 driver indicated he tried to deliver to a business at 10:30 am but business closed.The delivery address is for a residence in Richmond, not a business. No one at Fedex can tell us why it went out to deliver at a business, nor can they tell us what business address they tried to deliver. They keep telling me they have requested a tracer to n this and someone to call me back in 24-48 hours. Have been on the phone since 12/30 with Fedex, along with Wayfair, and no one can seem to figure out what and where this package is?? My thoughts are that it has either been dumped, and or someone has stolen it internally. If they cannot track this package nor know what business the driver tried to deliver it too, something else is very wrong here. I was told on 1/10/21 by Fedex Customer Service, that they will trace again and expedite it and someone to call me back same day. No call back, not surprised. Was also told to go to the distribution Fedex on 10555 S Sam Houston Pkwy, Houston, 77071 as that is the distribution site where this package has been, and pick it up directly from there. We will try today on 1/11/21, and see if actually there. Cant imagine what condition this jewelry holder with mirror will be in once find it, if find it. Not holding my breath. Fedex really got caught with their pants down and really failed to meet expectations of deliveries for customers, even now going into three weeks after Christmas.

Always the same thing. Every time a package gets sent to my home through fed ex, I wait all day BY THE WINDOW while the status says “out for delivery”. And legitimately every single time right before 8 pm it will say “delivery attempted”. I have had this happen 5 days in a row!! THEY NEED TO GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER!! As you can see by other reviewers on this thread, this is not a fluke or something strange, this place is notorious for lying about attempted deliveries!!
The clerk who waited on me was very efficient and helpful with the material I needed to ship. I was in and out very quickly. Safety precautions were taken and I felt very safe while I was in the store.
Paid for a priority package and was scheduled by noon for delivery. Called coorpate to find where my package was and was told it was at this location. The lady verified its here and thats its locked up and wont be able to get it till tomorrow when I paid over 200 in priority shipping to be promised by noon. Now they are telling us tomrrow. Would not recommend this shipping company at all!!!

The Fedex delivery man said he had left a package at the house when it wasn’t like that. I have two cameras in the front of the house. When I went to get the package where I was supposed to pick it up, I told them that they never tried to deliver it and the person who attended me ignored the fact. He was trying to cover up what is obviously bad work. After a few minutes they told me the package was still in the truck and was not where it was supposed to be. A deserved company disaster that Amazon is ahead of them.

Been wating on my package since Wednesday supposedly driver attempted delivery, was home all day. Next day same thing was waiting out side all morning seen FedEx truck pass by. Never stopped at my house. Delivery attempted again. This is outrageous. Driver is not even getting out to knock or leave package.
The employees at this location literally lock the door early and say theyre closed and would not offer assistance. Im disappointed in fedex and will not support any longer. I had a priority package that the delivery driver claimed to attempt to deliver at 7:03pm, no one knocked or rung my bell. I arrived at 7:55 to try to pick up my package, theres rude employees inside talking refusing to help telling me theyre closed. All you have to do is grab a package. Its not rocket science
Paid $20 for overnight shipping and instead of being delivered to my door it has remained at the sorting center for days. This was a personal delivery but because of this Im now cancelling my business account, which spends thousands a year at FedEx.
I absolutely loathe this location; simply ridiculous. I paid for expedited shipping to receive prior to 8pm.8pm, I contacted fedex and the rep stated the driver would arrive in 10 mins per dispatch.8:45pm, I contacted again. The rep stated they are a few blocks away and driver would be there within 20 mins.9:50pm, I contacted yet again. Another rep apologized and stated I would not be receiving it.Mind you, I know for certain that the drivers must return to the yard by 8pm. All I wanted was honesty, to take responsibility, and refund my additional expedited fee.Today, they stated that the item will be on hold at the facility for pickup. It is a weighty 8X10 rug, and I am 54 female.I am DONE!

They shut the door in my face and would not let me in to get my package. It was 1 minute till they close and I was at the glass door looking at the lady ignore me. There were several people in the office doing business that they had to unlock the door to let them out and still wouldnt let me in. Left me outside in the cold drizzle. They could have helped me but chose not to. Actively chose to ignore me and others who arrived. The refused to escalate to a manager. The worst customer service Ive ever had. This is an opportunity lost... Could have been a success story, instead its a story of poor customer service.
It was busy. The line was outside but everyone was social distancing and had a mask. The employees were doing a great job of getting everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

Please fix your outside drop off box or replace it!! It is very inconvenient to go inside every time to drop off a few prepaid envelopes.

I always pick up my packages for work from this site it’s convenient and staff is friendly. Joseph Gillien is one of the staff I usually work with and he is always very helpful and always has packages organized and ready to go. I always like when he is there cause lines are short and service is fast. Thanks for all the hard work Joseph it’s much appreciated in this fast paced business world.
Good service as long as it is the tall black man. He knows what he is doing, and provides good customer service. When he is not working the front counter, go elsewhere. All the other employees move at turtle speed, stand around and talk, only have 1 person working the front counter no matter the line. I have waited 10 - 30 minutes in line. Very annoying!! Then when I get up to the counter the lady behind the counter says did you fill out this form, and when I said no she says well you need to if I want service - laziness!! Ridiculous that she cant read the typed address, but you want to read peoples hand writing - silliness. I have never been told that from fedex before. I will not be back to this location again. So frustrating!!
Waited near the door all day for an important package that needed to be signed for... They didn’t knock or ring the bell, just left a note saying they’d missed me. When I went to pick it up the same day, the delivery driver hadn’t arrived back yet and I was told to return before closing at 8 to check for it. Please, guys, it can’t be that hard to knock.
This is the absolute worse fed ex the first time my package was stolen and the manager have yet to contact me Again about recovering my package she only called to tell me that the driver left the package behind the plant when I wrote a note on my door saying drop on patio secondly my phone company sent out another package the process took two weeks later which was such a long time for me so I waited at home putting everything on hold so I can make sure I get the package I just so happened to track my package and it shows they tried to deliver and no answer . I was home the whole time !!!!! so I called customer service I was told they couldn’t get into my townhomes because you have to have a gate code so they left WOW don’t you think you could have called the number on the package so that I can direct you.I’m so upset .. use this FED Ex at your own risk!
Extremely rude, wouldnt let me use a bill on my phone even though the online website said I could. Completely brushed me off and ignored me. If you need paper bills to match an address then they should put that online.The website also said I could pick up packages for people I live with.No wonder this place has so many negative reviews.

I don’t know if they are trying to be idiots, but when they send a package to be delivered to your local FedEx store because people keep stealing it off my porch and instead try to deliver it to the same porch, just does not make sense.
