Was using this for one way drop offs from moving my Mum down here. Fairly quick processing time and they dont nit pick drop times if youre close to the designated time. They get the job done with how hot it is outside and when the storms were brewing in the area. Keep it up guys!

I went there today to look some stuff.

Last minute change of plans because of the weather and Justin was super helpful, fast, and courteous. Could not have asked for better service. Justin hooked up the trailer for us and noticed that the blinker on the trailer wasnt working so he checked the fuse and replaced it just like that and we were off. Its hard to find people like that who care about their job and customers. Thank you Justin!

When i went there to drop their truck back the guy told me to give him 20 dollars cash he will gift me 1 more day for free i said i dont need another day then he said the gas is at lower level i filled it at same level when i got the truck he told me to pay him 20 dollars if i dont want him to charge fees for that ..

Can not say enough good things about my experience with the staff there. From inquiring about storage to renting to renting the space, renting a truck, and getting assistance on where to find a vetted moving company to help.Ms. Shirley was a pleasure to deal with when I came to reserve and pay for the services the day before. I unfortunately do not remember the names of the individuals who worked there today but it was a gentleman and a lady who were in the retail section that assisted me.When I dropped off the truck later on, both of these employees were welcoming and courteous. Walked me through everything and let me know I would be refunded the difference from the estimates we discussed in the morning.I am now a storage unit customer and I will absolutely rent trucks from here next time I am in need. Thank you for making my move effortless and pain free with no surprises.

Very bad service, went to get my propane tanks topped older white caucasion man looks at them and walks away not saying a word. I go back inside to see what happened and he tells me they are full. One was full but not the other I just wanted them topped off. And he gave me attitude inside. He also came outside with no mask.

There is one employee Trey who is outstanding. The manager Mr Branch and shelia are quite rude. I do not recommend this facility.

It comes down to the person who is serving you, he or she can make it easy, smile and get you on your you, or someone is trained to hustle you and find any small imperfection in you car to refuse you a rental.So after my last experience I have decided to buy my own trailer and never to depends on someone for my needs.I rent a trailer few times a month for 24 hours ea.

Place is not opened until 7pm Saturdays. Arrived at 6:50 to buy supplies and it was already closed.

My favorite reviews are my five star ones.I have waiting on the line for over 40 min to return a truck because if I dropped the key, I would have been charged 20 extra for over night fee. Really let’s do something about this please.One person only helping and short handed- not a very good return policy.Done.

Great staff. Easy access. I stored my things here for a month during a move. Facilities were nice and easy to use. I also come here for propane which is super easy. Great customer service just pull up to propane and press bell.

These people were extremely unprofessional & rude! They guy that checked us out was sagging, clothes looked SLOPPY & just overall sad! He didn’t even finish checking us out. He said “can you finish this, I’m just going to go get the truck” & walked out. There was a charge that i didn’t understand so i called the following morning. They had me on speaker & i said i couldn’t hear anything they were saying. They just hung up in my face & kept ignoring my calls. I will NEVER use this u-haul location again! Unprofessional

Nathan displayed excellent customer service. He was polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me suggestions on how to pack my items. I will definitely recommend Nathan and this location to my family and friends for their moving needs.

Horrible, thieving staff. They stole $2000 out my UHaul truck when they were installing the tow dolly. They went through my backpack and took money out of my wallet and the manager was either in on it or did not care about the disgusting actions of his employees. Corporate was just as unhelpful. Would NEVER recommend or use UHaul again.

Ive rented many times and service has always been excellent. Including assistance with whatever I need. I highly recommend this Uhaul center

I got double charged for gas on a propane fill up and it took a good while to get the assistance needed. There was only one guy there to help anyone on site. He was very nice though.

Nice enough staff. took way too long because of the computer system being slow. had trailer hitch put on car and paid for it online, and when i showed up to get my car, they said i owed one penny. weird thing...2 days later my card is being used at rv dealership in katy. card stolen..coincidence?

Uhaul is awesome! I’ve been using uhaul’s every time I have moved and have never had an issue. This time I rented a 5*8 travel trailer for $35 and I even got an extra day to use it (3 instead of 2 days) for no extra charge, and on top of that, I used the “free month of storage” promotion and rented out a 10*10 unit (at this location) which was perfect for me because I only needed to store my things for a month before I moved again. They were extremely nice and helpful when I signed up for the storage unit and treated me as a high paying customer, even though I only paid the $35 for both the uhaul and the storage unit, which is an awesome deal considering the 10*10 unit would’ve cost me over $100 for the moth without the promotion.

Well the last time we were here was about a year and a half ago and we had great service. We will be using them when we love again so we will see if there has been any changes

Had a trailer hitch installed. Appointment was on time, short wait during the install, and done right. I would recommend this location for any after market trailer hitch install.

W0RST EVER EXPERIENCE OF MY 65 YEARS!! I would give no stars if I could. My reserved equipment was not available when I got there, had to wait an hour to get what equipment I had to settle on which caused me to make more trips then I would have with the equipment I ordeded, and dealt with the most unhappy people I have ever met. Not one apologized for their poor service, lack of equipment, knowledge on how to operate their sortware, or making me and the othe 4 people in line waste our time waiting on them to serve other people who just walked in and answer phone calls while we wait. Terrible terrible terrible.

UHaul is not renowned for its service. Many locations are severely understaffed. But not this one on Highway 6 South! There is plenty of help everywhere and the customer service is superb! I have also used their storage space and its cleaned and weather-controlled! Propane is a little expensive but very pure.

Poor customer service. The store manager (Jesse) is very rude and doesnt have respect for customers. I have to mention that there is a great guy there who installed the hitch for my car and brought me coke while I am waiting. His name is Shelton Moore.

I called for my final receipt they tell me i havent turned the truck in im like wat the hell are talking about they couldnt locate it outside come to find out they tell me i parked it at katy location really yea right i turned it in at the lovation i got it from i guess they figured it out cause i received the email they didnt even call and apologize moral of tge story check yo make sure there is no mistakes with your rental

MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRE. WENT IN TODAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT. APPARENTLY THE MANAGER WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT MY SITUATION. I TOLD THIS JACKASS THAT I WAS CONCERNED THAT I WAS PAYING FOR A RV LOT WITH NO NUMBER.INFORMED HIM THE REASON WHY AND HE TELLS ME MY VEHICLE WILL BE TOW, IF I DONT MOVE IT.I TOLD HIM THAT THE LOT GIVEN TO ME WAS TO SMALL FOR MY RV, SO THAY GAVE ME A LOT WITH NO NUMBER, BUT HE KEPT SAYING, THAT IF I DONT MOVE I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE TOWING FEE. I DECIDED TO REMOVE MY RV FROM THIS PROPERTY.THIS PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED, WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO COUSTMER FIRST,NANATH YOU JUST LOST U-HAUL MONEY. WORK WITH THE COUSTMER DUMD ASS.

I had a very bad experience in this place,I went on 4/6/2015 to get a hitch in my 2009 Honda Odyssey van, I thought it was going to be a professional job, and it wasnt like that.The converter that is the one that is connected to the trailer, what happened was that I went outside the city pulling my trailer, and after I disconnected the trailer, someone told me that I was dragging cables, and the converter had fallen,When I supervised, I realized that I had the converter supported with thin plastics, and they had broken, so I informed myself on the Internet how the cables run in a van of my model, and what a surprise it took me, it was so easy, and when checking my van I realized that it did not coincide, when I went to Hual toHual see if they fixed the problem they charge me 150 dollars, for the piece and the installation, the original piece only cost $ 37When I let Hhans person know Nathan Payton, he told me that they had put me a universal converter, not the one that should take my van,Thats why I recommend not doing things without first getting informed on the Internet,I bought the piece in another place and I still installed it, it only took me 15 minutes to put it on.
