We upgraded our phone today and dealt with Jeff. I cannot give him enough stars ! Very very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He definitely deserves a 10 star review.
Went in with a frozen phone, Jeff was amazing and so helpful. He understood my regards and took the anxiety out of the situation I was in.
Service was quick polite and professional. Takes a bit of time to get through switching everything but overall was a good experience. Agent helped us get the right service and hardware with no pushy selling.
Walked into the store and was greeted right away which I enjoyed a lot since the last Verizon store I went too did not recognize me. Jeff and Kalie were great thank you for the service.

Staff was nice at the start but ended up being sneaky and ripped us off. Went through the entire sales process and set up our new phone ( I set it up mostly the employee couldn’t figure it out ). Then at the very end they added a sneaky $45 “setup fee”’ that had never previously been mentioned. I will never go back or recommend. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and go to a store owned by Verizon and not a sneaky reseller.
My wifes Samsung phone went dead so we went to the big box store where it had been purchased. Unsurprisingly there was nothing they could do to fix it and sold her are new phone. They were unable to transfer anything over from the old phone onto the new one although they expended a great deal of effort trying. They recommended a private repair shop so off we went. When we got to the repair shop we saw TCC Verizon and decided to see if they could be of help. Kalie was the associate that helped us out and she was amazing. In a matter of minutes she transferred everything over onto the new phone and answered all of our questions which were many. It was a great experience!

We received EXCELLENT service from Stowe. Transferred my daughter’s iPhone 6 to my 8 and transferred my 8 to a new 12. He was professional, knowledgeable, but also made it like hanging out with a friend. I would come back any time Stowe is working! He made it a great experience.

Luis is AMAZING!! After receiving horrible customer service at another Verizon location, it landed me at Louiss location in Hudson. He went above and beyond to ensure that Verizon swiftly took care of an issue others were not even willing to help me with. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!
We had a HUGE problem that the online Verizon Wireless created last weekend. After 2 hours on a chat site, I desperately called this store. Within 2 minutes he understood the problem and offered the perfect solution. True to his word, when we stopped in they helped us out quickly and graciously. I will never use another Verizon store again (or online) if I can avoid it. Helpful, knowledgable and friendly! Cannot recommend them enough!
Stopped in, met with Luis and bought the new Galaxy Watch 3. Luis was great and helpful and we took care of everything during that initial visit...hope the new watch is too...1 week later: returned to pickup the new watch and Luiss co-worker (never got his name) spent close to an hour setting up the watch and showing me the basics of the watch. Way more than I was expecting. I dont have a Samsung phone, yet, and when I get one (may be soon) Ill go straight back to see these guys to help chose the best phone for me and Im sure theyll do the best they can to get me the best deal too! thanks!

The BEST Verizon store around and now even in NH!I I went to a Verizon store and an apple fix it store in Portsmouth NH because my phone died on vacation. No one could help me or even tried to help. I called TCC back in Hudson and they told me exactly how to find all my photos. THANK YOU for caring about your customers!!

The service at this authorized Verizon store is fantastic. I bought two phones for my family for Christmas and went back to the store today for help migrating from the old phones among other things. Louis was so patient and spent a lot of time getting everything right while also juggling other customers. Everything worked perfectly. Great service!

My Iphone’s charger tip got caught inside the phone. I took it where I had bought it as suggested by Verizon customer service and it was a fiasco. The gentleman was not nice ( to put it mildly). Went home called customer service again ... ufff lol, and they gave me the numbers of other stores nearby to try. I decided on this one and they were not only emphatic but worked on it for all of 15 minutes until the tip came out. Today I’m going to upgrade my husband’s phone of course in their store. I was in your store a week ago and was helped by a young man named Tyler. No purchase on that specific day but he was very informative and extremely helpful. Today, I went back to be helped by Tyler again with my new purchase of the Iphone 8. I couldnt ask for better customer service. His knowledge of the product and the assist with the transfer of the old phone to the new phone was the smoothest. Its rare to have such good help these days. Last year my phone broke. And I was told by this location that my insurance would not cover the damage.That was a lie. So I ended up buying a new phone from them that day. Over $1000.00 later.Here I am a year later talking to a member at a corporate branch location. And he looked at my old phone and told me they definitely should have covered it. Thats what insurance is for.After talking to him he informed me that this branch is privately owned. So basically they just wanted to make the sale instead of actually helping people.I will never ever go to them again.I spent $1000.00 for nothing essentially.I recommend going to a corporate branch

A++ - Hands down the best for customer service. They will spend a lot of time with you without making you feel pressured. Great about explaining your options and then letting you choose. I know they have my best interest at heart and can trust them which is huge as far as Im concerned when it comes to cell phone shopping. They actually explain the pricing in terms you can understand and lay it all out so you know exactly what you are paying for. Shop here is you would like the mysteries of cell phones revealed. I hope they stay in this location but if they move to another I will follow them!
I recently upgraded my iPhone, but had problems with the cellular connection. After a long visit to a local Apple store, and calls to both Verizon and Apple, I went to this (Verizon) retailer. Not only did they fix the problem within a few minutes, they also quickly fixed a phone-related issue that I had with an Apple Watch.I shouldve just gone here, instead!

They used to be better when we first got cellphones in Solomon Pond. Theyre less helpful every time we go there. More into sales than customer service.

Walked in to ask about buying an iPhone x. Employee with a beard was with a customer, never acknowledged me. I walked around a few minutes, slowly walked towards the door and left. Not a word. Maybe have more than one employee on at a time. Wont go back.
Bought my so called unlocked att phone to test it on there network these didnt work but guys gave it all they had told me to contact att for another unlock...will see what happens in the next 3-4 days
