Had a mechanical issue with the charging port, tiny piece of debris that kept cable from seating. They diagnosed, but didnt have fine enough tool to get it out, but I was able to at work. No trying to sell, just tried to help. Two very nice guys.

Went in to get Sim cards for two phones switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. Gabriel helped me with it. Fast, pleasant interaction, got it done within half an hour.

Had the best experience today at this Sprint store. I recently signed onto a Sprint plan and Dan was a huge help! I went in once and received guidance from both Dan and Billy on which phone to get, how to backup my icloud account, etc. Today, Dan helped me from start to finish and even worked with Verizon techs to help me keep my existing number! I felt totally safe as everyone was wearing a mask, and they wiped down everything so it was sanitized. Thanks so much!

Worse customer service ever!! Dont go to this store if you want to have your questions answered or if you want to be treated with courtesy. On top of it, you would have to wait a long time like I did waited for 1.5 hours just to know that.
