Even though they had to give me bad news about my phone, they were commiserate and helpful about how to replace my phone cheaply.

I dropped off my DJ mavic mini 2 drone on 6/2/2021 for a broken arm repair. I paid $105 for diagnostics. They said they would call me once the diagnostics were done but it may be a few weeks. I didnt hear back but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called a couple months later. They said they had ordered a part that would be there by the end of the week, once they got it they would call me. They never did. I left a voicemail and they didnt respond. Fast forward to today 9/9/21 I called and asked them for an update. They said were still working through some things. I asked him what exactly that meant and what had been done or not done to the drone. They said well we ran the diagnostics.... They followed up by saying I know its been awhile so you can come get your drone if you want to and you will get a refund. 🙄So frustrating.I didnt want a refund. I wanted you to fix the drone and to just have some decent communication. Complete waste of time.

I called around to a lot of different places to have my DJI Mavic Mini worked on... I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Patrick here. I was able to bring in my drone and have it fixed in a timely matter... first test flight and its like it was never crashed, multiple times, in water... I am happy and will be bringing future drone repair (hopefully not for a bit) here! I recommend this location!

They tested to see if my tablet was charging, then showed me a trick to reset the power chip so that it would restart. Then I heard those wonderful words, No charge. Ill definitely use their services in the future.

I was calling around in Saint Paul MN for assistance with a broken screen on our old phone (iPhone 7 plus) that had a cracked screen. The crack was fine for us, but was preventing us from trading the phone in on a new one. Its complicated and techincal, so I wont type it up here, but Patrick at CPR was able to help us get the screen replaced and we were able to exchange the phone without issue. He got us in right away, and the price as literally less than 25% of the estimates we received from other places, AND he got us in right away vs. having to schedule something the following week. Definitely, highly recommend Patrick and CPR!

Price was fair...not the lowest, but not the highest. The service was quick...took about an hour, so I went and had lunch while waiting. The lifetime warranty was a bit misleading as I didnt notice at first that batteries arent included...theyre only covered for 3 months, but hopefully that wont be an issue. The gal at the counter was pleasant to work with. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had trouble charging my phone. When I took it in the guy at the counter looked at it under a scope and determined that the problem was a combination of lint and corrosion. He cleaned both off for free and my phone charged like new!

I stopped by their store to find out what the issue was with my iPhone charging port. I was afraid that the port itself may have been damaged due to my extreme case of butter fingers. The tech took my phone, looked at the port, and cleaned out the lint and what not that was clogging up my charging port. I plug in my phone now and its like it was when it was brand new, I love it! I wasnt sold on something that I didnt need and I was told nothing but the truth during my visit. Thank you a million CPR Hudson!

Patrick fixed an obscure off brand chinese tablet I use at work, that other companies were afraid to work on. The work required soldering and some creatively. He repaired a micro-USB charge port, and installed a new on/off switch. He was forced to make do with his own parts as factory parts were unavailable. Big thanks to Patrick for being competent and efficient. Overall they were affordable, fast, and friendly.

Brought in my dads old cell phone that was bent like a palm of a hand and screen shattered and only lit up and made noise. No screen display or anything after recovering it from the accident. Brought it to CPR in Hudson and they took the circuit board and memory and put it in a new phone so that way my dads pictures could be recovered. Was a good price to get the new phone and labor to change it. Meant a lot to my mom and us kids to be able to get the pictures of him. Thank you again CPR. I know where I’ll go if my phone ever needs repaired

Worst costumer Service ever their they have a pic on their website that says 100% happiness 100% of the time and that is the worst bold faced lie I ever heard. My screen has piped out of my phone 3 times since they fixed my phone and today it broke in my pocket and the guy working told me that he’s fixed thousands of phones and what happened to my phone was basically impossible BUT that was just an excuse to not homer their warranty plus when I got my phone back the speaker didn’t work right and after the repair the light sensor on my phone never worked after I will be standing outside the store tomorrow (7/19/19) bribing people to go some other place and I’m setting a budget of twice the repair cost of my phone so if your goin here because it’s cheap let me help you afford the difference To go somewhere else no wonder this place has so many bad reviews

Had a 5 year old IPhone 6SPlus that I did NOT want to replace with a more expensive phone. My husband had his battery replaced here last year and was so happy, so I took my phone here today to get my screen fixed as I had dropped my phone. Also got my battery updated. David had my phone ready to go within an hour!!! WAY cheaper than buying a brand new phone and then having to have all my data transferred, plus paying shipping and taxes for a new one. I had a cracked phone and the screen was not working. I went to four stores and was told it couldnt be fixed. So my contacs and all my pictures and misc were lost. I called CPR and Patrick said he could fix it. He did and it was great working with him. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Great place.

I spend $130 on my old i phone 6+ to get the screen repaired and they repaired it and that night I charged it and the next morning the screen was shattered! Do not go here!

Brought phone in for a speaker repair. They told me they couldn’t fix it that day but would have it completed by the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago. They won’t tell me how long it will take to get it fixed, they “don’t know.” Very professional... don’t waste your time or money here.

Rude employee, told her we would be coming the day before because we are about an hour away. Told her what was wrong with it the day before, and she told me the options of what could be done. Once arrived she said she couldnt do anything because she had a funeral to get to. It was during regular business hours and apparently the manager would be gone all week also. What a joke, I understand having to go to a funeral but there needs to be some who can help customers. They cant just be blown off.

Very happy that my phone is fixed, but I did also have to wait a day longer than planned to get my phone back after being told multiple times the repair would only take an hour, two at most, and they didnt even fix everything they said theyd fix.

Wow! These guys are great! I called CPR at 4:25 on a Sunday afternoon to ask if they could replace the charging port on my cell phone, an older Galaxy model. Closing time was 5 p.m. He checked to see if they had the port available, which they did, and asked if I could be there in 10 minutes. I raced to their store and they promptly began working on it. There were a few setbacks - cracked backing, cracked LCS screen - but both were replaced free of charge while I waited. Both men stayed until well after closing time, at least an hour and a half. I was updated several times about their progress. They provided exemplary customer service! CPR is truly a gem to have in Hudson, and I will definitely go there again. I strongly recommend this business!

I received immediate service as a walk in for a non-charging cellphone. My phone was rescued on the spot. This was very relieving after realizing my phone has a non-replaceable battery. Service was gracious and competent.

I went in with a cracked iPhone screen and came out with a broken home button and now my phone randomly reads what I’m typing out loud.Of course I understand that with repairs stuff can happen that is out of the control of the tech, but she was so overwhelmed and impersonal that I’m not confident that she knew what she was doing. I should have trusted my gut. One person was staffed on a busy holiday weekend. They brought in another rude man to help with my button, as if it was my fault he needed to be called in. You might get lucky and nothing will go wrong for you, but the customer service was awful and I felt blamed for their mistake.Typically I go to KBA, I’ve had a bad experience in the past with CPR, but they were closed for the holiday weekend. Next time I’ll wait until they’re open.

My wife brought her phone to have the screen replaced. After replacing the screen her camera no longer works. Have contacted them many times and they continue to deny that they are responsible for the issue. If you have any work done I would verify with a manager what condition your phone is in because they are obviously not honest people. $100+ for screen replacement plus a new phone since they do not stand by their work.

I went here two weeks ago to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired. They told me it would be an hour, so I ran a few errands in town. After, I returned to the store to find that my phone hadnt been started and that it would take an additional two hours to fix. Upon receiving my phone, I found that the left lower screen of my phone was not working. I brought it in a week later to be repaired again. They honored their warranty and again I was told it would take an hour to fix. I returned in an hour to find that my phone was only half done and that it would take an additional half hour to repair. Totally get that people get busy, but with a competitor who can whip these out in 40 minutes, this business cant afford to be quoting people times shorter than actual repair time. If its going to take two hours, tell me its going to take two hours so that I can plan my day accordingly.

After 3 calls to confirm that they could simply replace my battery, Dont worry. Were professionals. We do this all the time, but will have to special order your battery - not in stock- which is not-refundable, I drop phone off for battery replacement. Took about an hour more than they quoted when I dropped the phone off (working perfectly, just reduced battery life) and when I returned to pick it up, they sore if I was having problems with the phone charging it working properly. Nope. Just reduced battery life, like I told you. Dropped it off in perfect working condition, it was on and functioning when I handed it to you. Claimed there was a known-issue with my phone and/or battery and that it was damaged before I brought it in. Told me to go home with old battery in it, charge for 8 hours because they couldnt get it to boot up. Now totally bricked/broken/non-functional. Couldve gotten $200 off price of a new one if Id turned in this previously mint condition phone functioning. They did refund the $75 for price of special-order battery so at least they broke my phone for free. Asked what theyd do for me since they broke my phone. Asked for $100, to be reasonable. Manager said hed get back to me after talking to owner in 2 days. No call back. I ended up reportedly calling back over next 3 weeks with assurances hed call back. Got rude and said I had to quit calling. Finally threatened my attorney would call back, they offered $50. Never had such s****y customer service and poor quality work in my life. GO ELSEWHERE!

Got my iPhone 6 battery replaced 4 months ago due to it expanding and pushing the screen off and it recently started happening again. Took it in and they replaced it within 10-15 minutes for free! Lifetime warranty is legit. Great costomer service!

Save your time and money and dont go to the Hudson Wisconsin location. complete joke. they cannot fix a phone properly. after the 6TH TRY, its still failing, over yet another faulty installation. hitting the bullet and buying a new phone, THANKS CPR!!! Dropped my phone and the screen powered on but was illegible (static look). There wasnt any cracks in the screen or any other visible damage. Took it to a different local repair place and they told me the motherboard was bad and I needed a new phone without hardly even looking at it. I then took my phone to CPR for a second opinion and I am glad I did. They quickly diagnosed the problem that the screen was simply unhooked from motherboard and fixed it in a couple of hours. Saved me a ton of time, money and hassle. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to everyone now.

Unfortunately we have used CPR often... the service has been great, timely, and reasonably priced. Their prices make me question why anyone would need phone insurance. We have 5 iPhones in the house so we will probably be back.

Heard about CPR from KFAN and brought my sons iPhone to get charger port replaced. The counter person was personable and knowledgable about the fix to the iPhone. The iPhone was fixed w/n the timeframe and works perfectly. I Will definitely be back for other iPhone related repairs.

They had my phone for a week, couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, and charged me 60 bucks just for them to tell me, idk maybe you should get a new phone. A week later mind you. Poor communication. When i would call to get updates on my phone they were rude and clearly didnt care how long i didnt have my phone. All he would say is ill call you when i know. Funny thing is Battery Plus fixed it in 1 day. Dont go here, its a scam.. Did they even work on my phone?

I have brought my iPhone 8 Plus to this place and every so often it pulls up a blue screen then I brought my HP computer and they said that I will be completed in 2 weeks and it was just the charger port and now they have changed the problem to a board problem and it has 4 weeks and they still haven’t troubleshooted the computer

Dropped cell phone off for water repair. CPR had phone for over 6 weeks with very poor communication during that time. They were unable to repair which was not a concern as my expectations were low due to water damage. Most alarming was after picking up phone and inspecting at home found that SIM card was missing! Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Dishonest and lack trustworthiness!

Brought my S8 in to replace my cracked screen. Screen looks and works great, but now my bluetooth doesnt really work. I brought it back in to have them look at it and the tech couldnt figure why my bluetooth wasnt working. They told me to come back when their lead tech was in to have him look at it. I dont have the time to keep driving out to the store in hudson. Its pretty inconvenient for me. As of now, I will not go back. My bluetooth still isnt working. $390 is a lot of money to pay for these results. They seem a little dishonest to me, and dont stand by their work.

1.They quoted us $139 to repair. Final cost $180. Reviews on other sites complain about the same problem.2.Promised same day service, called and pushed the ready time back twice. Ipad finally ready 8 days later.3.They required a credit card to keep on file which they said would not be charged until the iPad was ready. They charged the card the next day.4. They sent me a customer satisfaction survey on day 3.5. When I picked up my iPad day 8 and told the store manager my complaints his response was, Whats your problem man? Which he repeated several times.This is a small poorly run franchise operation. Dont bring your electronics here!!

Poor service. Was told 2 days, took nearly 2 weeks. My phone was eventually fixed but they didnt call when promised. I had to call them.

Went in to fix a broken charger port, instead they broke and fried many of the internals, keep coming back and they never fix it. Wont come here ever again, quality is crap here, theyll just break it even more.
