Unfortunately it’s probably the 3rd time i go in there and Eddie is having conversations with friends and makes it seem like a bother every time we have to interrupt his conversation. Staff needs better training on customer service.

Im an Old, and the staff is always super patient with my dumb questions. Then they carry on long, serious conversations with my kid that I cant even begin to understand. If they dont get commission, they should. Its probably my least dreaded brick and mortar store, TBH.

They actually had Pokemon cards. Enough said

Here’s a little tip for the employees who work at this location: Don’t ignore me the entire time I’m in the store, talk other employees about how you need to work on the store’s UPT (that’s units per transaction for those who’ve never worked retail), then try to sell me more junk at the register. Didn’t even thank me at the end of the purchase, just stuck his arm out with my item and continued his conversation with the other worker...

Awful sales people ... not helpful at ALL went in to see what games they had found 2 that were on the shelf and neither were in stock they didnt try to offer any other solution just to bad we dont have it ... didnt show they cared about our business or whether we ever came back... more like I was a problem in there life and I was bothering there little party as they were playing games and to busy focusing on eachother as there were three people behind the counter... just a shame they used be so helpful.... overall bad experience.

Bought online game, defective, I have the order details number, but the guys still wont refund me, still asking the paper that came with it, even I have the online email and the order number, the guy did not help at all. No refund given and forced to take the defective disc. DONT BUY IN THIS PLACE the guy is also irritated, no customer service at all!!!

Love this game stop so much the 2nd shift crew helped me so much, they also informed me that I could buy games online and pick it up curb-side since they are not accepting cash or card at the moment due to the virus, I give it a solid 5 stars for excellent customer service and friendliness😁

Called to ask if they had a simple ds charger in their inventory, guy seemed irritated I even asked him, said “yeah I can look for it once I’m done assisting my associate”(not a customer) and held me on hold for 20 minutes............

Ive been to a lot of Gamestops over the years and the one in Hudson Mass tops them all! Great service! Whether youre there, or just calling in for a few questions, theyll always give you the attention you need. Which is great for me, because I ask a lot of questions. Not only are the employees friendly, and helpful, but also extremely honest which helps them point you toward exactly what youre looking for. not to mention how organized they keep it in there! Its the biggest GameStop in my area and yet its the most organized! Hats off to the crew they have there! They make me come back every time!

Dont waste your money here go somwhere else and i guarantee youll get a better product somewhere else and the staff here suck just straight up rude

Horrible service. Have been trying to call today for over 3hrs getting the same recording saying they are busy. So my wife goes by there to see there isnt a customer in the store horrible...

Employee was very nice and I got everything I needed. He offered to order a controller for me they didnt have in stock there and made sure I left with everything I needed and more without pressuring me at all.

I bought gtav here and one of the guys said that was pretty rad, 10/10 best experience as a consumer ever
