Super friendly customer service! They are not only knowledgeable and friendly, but they honestly go out of their way to make sure that you’re getting what you want. I was also able to exchange my glasses after not liking the first pair that I ordered, which was unexpected, but really nice! I would totally recommend them!

I am a returning customer and thats because of my excellent previous experiences. Great doctors, plenty of appointments to choose from and friendly staff that even helped me pick my new frames. Quality eyeglasses that last too, not like the competition. I would (and did) recommend this location to my friends and family.

First time since Ive been going there that when I went to pick up my glasses they didnt adjust them. I was told to wear them for 5 - 7 day and if they are not right then come back. I dont know but I thought when you buy one pair get one pair free. Well I bought a pair paid for it before I even got it and then do ask him about a second pair. And quoted me the same price I dont see nothing free there I didnt even get a discount on my second pair of lenses seeing I wasnt going to get another frame for free so I just need a pair of lenses so I can put them lenses in my old pair of frames. Well thats not exactly what I did neither I took the lenses out of the new pair of glasses I got and I put them in my old frames and then gave him my new frames and they said that they had to cut them to fit them. So help me when I go and pick my glasses up and they charged me for anything Im going to tell him keep the lenses give me my frames back Im going to go elsewhere and you can refund me my money with interest please because Ive been told for different things birthday to get a free pair of glasses list of they told me I wasnt getting a free pair of glasses thirdly Im tired of excuses what a place cant give you straight answer and they make excuses what professionalism is that none and its supposed to be professional eye doctor. And Im peeing well over six hundred bucks for a pair of glasses I never known frames cost more than the glasses and I dont understand how that can be because they had special make my glasses I have one eye that is worse than the other

Been coming here for 15 years, and up until last week everything has been perfect. Doctors are always knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. After my exam last week on 3/6, I spent an additional HOUR with Mike. I’m not sure how long it takes to run my insurance, which has been the same and on file for years. Tried telling me that my two boxes of contacts came out to $200, and when I corrected him that it’s never been that high, and I also work in HR for my company so I understand how much I should be paying, he somehow ‘corrected it’ to the $25 for contact fitting and $25 for lenses. I’m not sure if someone less aware would have been ripped off by Mike but this is the last time I will ever go back to this Pearls Vision.
These people have no compassion for people with medical exemptions regarding mask wearing. They have NO idea what a person may be dealing with physically and mentally. Dont go there if you arent able to wear a mask. Ive never been harassed so badly and treated so rudely.

Aweful experience. I had an eye exam where the Dr. told me my eyesight had improved significantly and I no longer had astigmatism. He gave me a RX for contacts and I couldnt see. I went back to my 3 year old RX. I ran out of contacts and wanted a new RX. The gal did a fine job and confirmed I did have astigmatism (I dont get the poor exam money back). The computers were down so I waited 45 minutes for the gal to process my insurance and trial pair. I left frustrated and realized after I got home she never gave me my RX, only my recipet. I figured Id ask for it when I went in to pick up the trial contacts. Its now been 3 weeks and the trials have not come in. I wanted to order contacts online and needed my prescription. I called and asked if they could email it to me and the gal said ha! Well try but it doesnt usually work (they had emailed me my old RX a month prior). I never received an email. I went back into the store and got a paper copy. I scanned it and submitted it with my online order. The online supplier said they have been trying to contact the Dr. to verify the RX and havent been able to get ahold of them. Weird!!! Ill never be back and will steer everyone I know away from this place.
I was skeptical about a chain to care for my eyes but a friend recommended so I went there. I have been trying to get into contacts for YEARS with no success. The optometrist there was successful in finding me a formula that works! They have a ton of frame options, many upscale brands and they are very affordable. I most recently had an experience where I was a bit disappointed with an outcome but two hours later they called me back and were able to accomodate what I needed - something that was outside their normal policy and timeline but they were flexible and more than accomodating. I highly recommend them. When customer service seems to be at an all time low, this group is really rising above.
Love this location! Dr. Ritzer is wonderful! Informative, very knowledgeable, cares and explains things in easy to understand manner. Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. They help you understand what insurance covers and what your neat options are. Even though this is nearly 40mn from me-Ill continue to come here for these reasons. Recommend for all eye exam, eye care, contacts and glasses needs!
I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We, as a family have been in several times & everyone we have talked to was kind, knowledgeable & helpful. They were fun to spend time with ! Great group of people !
I love Pearle Vision in Hudson. I never have a bad experience and I especially love Donna and Diane. Todd is great and is always so patient in getting my lenses just right. It should be a hassle to have to pop into the vision store but I actually look forward to it. The staff here is second to none and the quality and selection of glasses is excellent too.
Almost all the staff are very respectful and helpful, but stars taken off because I was mislead (pretty much lied to) by a staff member. I asked directly if I would get a refund for a filter on glasses if I didnt like it and they said yeah, well take care of you. Fast forward to now, I want to get lenses remade without the filter (free per their satisfaction guarantee) and they said I wont be getting a refund for the filter even after I told them I was told I would get a refund. Sorry to say Ill be looking for another optometrist.
I have been a patient at the Hudson location for many years. It is always nice to know that I can count on Donna to take care of me. She has been an excellent fashion consultant when it comes to picking frames and has always helped me to stay within my budget. I highly recommend this location, the entire staff is so helpful!

We have been using Pearle vision for many years and will continue to come back as long as their customer service remains top quality. Now both of my children wear glasses, but originally we went there for my son who has special needs and the entire staff has always been wonderful! They were always patient with him when he was younger and continue to humor him now. They make us feel welcome and well cared for. My only concern is that I wish they had a larger selection of mens glasses ( economical too!)

She understands my prescription needs and suggested high definition lenses which provide me with better and crisper vision. Im very pleased with my most recent purchase which was prescription sunglasses.

From the second I walked in, I was greeted with smiling employees who were helpful. I didnt feel like I was there to spend money. There was no pressure. I sat with the optician for about an hour and most of the time was spent talking and laughing. I am very glad that I switched from my previous eye care facility to Pearle Vision.
We were very impressed with Pearl Vision when we came in to get our son’s glasses adjusted (not purchased at Pearl Vision) and they broke in the process that they replaced the frame for free. His original pair was purchased in France, so them even finding a match for his lenses was nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Pearl Vision Hudson!

Grear experience! I have been going her for 4 years and always happy with my eye service. I appreciated the feedback while picking out glasses to what fit my face frame. I was in and out in less than and hour and my glasses were ready same day.

Excellent professional service. Brought in my wife and 4 kids and the patience that Rebecca Soderstrom gave us was amazing. She took the extra time to help our 10 year old learn how to put in contacts for the first time and still was able to assist other customers.

Been wearing glasses for over 30 years. Recent resident to this area and this was my worst experience with an eye doctor and fitting. Well if i hadnt asked for an adjustment, she would have given them to me and left. Doctor was curt and let me get this over with. Would never return.
Everyone was wonderful. Dr Barrett was excellent with my kids and Donna was especially helpful.

Odd would be a great way to describe my first, and probably last visit, to Pearl Vision in Hudson. When I walked in, the staff at the counter were nice and friendly, however I felt a bit uncomfortable completing my medical history sitting at a table right next to two customers who were complete strangers. I didnt have anything embarrassing to write down, but thought it was odd and I am sure others could feel uncomfortable. Next came the eye exam. Pre-exam activities were fine (air puff test, etc), but the Optometrist was a bit odd. This individual was speaking in short word sentences - almost code. From what I understood, Im going to be having an eye issue in 4 years, but then couldnt elaborate outside of one word answers: Astigmatism, Age-related. At one point this individual even said enjoy your sight while you have it. Am I going blind soon?! Ha The Optometrist was either very anti-social or just dialed it in and wasnt really excited about being there. The payment process was even more confusing. I sat at a desk and they then told me Im all good. I walked out not paying anything only to be called at home to tell me I needed to come back in to pay for the contact fitting. After hanging up, I called back and asked if I could pay over the phone and they said yes. Didnt receive any samples (isnt that standard these days?) and they didnt even give me anything with my prescription on it. Called back today so I could order contacts online and was told that I would need to come back in to get that information. Oooor Ill just copy it off my old box of contacts and close this chapter of the book.

The service that I experienced was outstanding. It was great to have the option of the new technology for taking a picture of the eyes vs. the dilation. Dr. Barrett was very patient and explained the changes in my eyesight. I never felt that I was rushed in and out. After finding out that my prescription had changed, and that I would need different glasses, Rebecca Soderstrom was extremely helpful in ensuring that I found the perfect pair of glasses for me. She was very honest and told me what looked good as well as what didnt look good with my facial features. When I decided on a pair, I really felt like they were perfect for me. I also received a follow up call a few days after receiving my new glasses to check that everything was working out with them. Overall, this was the best experience that I have ever had at the eye dr. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of their routine eye exam. Up to date technology and fashion makes the Hudson location the place to go!

* Great experience, Donna (hands) was great did the look at the green dot test a few times to make sure she got it right and was great on letting me know what my insurance did and didnt cover. Doc Barrett did a nice job making sure that we went over my needs not just the fast food get them in and out idea, then Rebecca took much time with me to go over all 30 ideas i had on lens and coatings and styles and LISTENED TO ME what i said and wanted, got me what worked for me, did i mention listening to me, she heard me say i was part of a union and she said wait i think they have more coverage and guess what she saved me like 300 bucks woohoo me doing the its my Birthday dance now
Will never visit again. Super disappointed in this location. Upon arrival it took over 15 minutes just to be approached and when I did I sat down and heard employees yelling across the store about prescriptions being lost. When I got into the eye exam the lady was very nice and patient but the doctor was awful. Not only was he rude but spoke down to me the entire time. I went in for a problem and walked out with no solution. Was treated like I was a child and asked repeatedly “does this make sense to you?” When I left the doctor (and said that I was going to think about the glasses) not only did the lady that sat down to write my paper work not say a word to me but tossed my papers at me and said nothing after. I will not be returning and recommend that if you want clear answers while being respected, this is not the place for you.
