Customer service is always great here Im glad that they carry silver forest earrings here because my Mom just loves them.I was also looking for a certain coffee mug, they were all out so the associate offered to order it for me.

My first impressions was “wow, this looks like a Hallmark store.” Which is a compliment, very fun set up, lots of diverse gift products. After a couple minutes of being in there looking for the right card, one of the two ladies working walked up to us and said they were closing at 4pm, our response was that on google it said 5pm but that we were almost done. We quickly picked something and went to the register and said the same thing to the woman there except she didn’t take it well. She said we should go by what the door says not google and that she can close any time she wants. I explained that before people leave the house they check online and showed it to her on my phone and she just kept ignoring me so I suggested the edit to google to put the they close at 4pm. We also realized that this is the same woman who loudly criticized my mother for wearing shorts one day in their Derry store because it wasn’t “that hot that day.” Londonderry and Derry locations have been closed and if the internet trend follows, this one will eventually follow the same path.

So sad to see the demise of yet another favored store. It will have the final days in July.

Its a great store and its going out of business Im sure itll be sorely missed in the community

Not much of a sale. Some items are way overpriced even at their sale price. Cost less at other stores.
