It was fast and easy. With great prices. I bought a mattress and box for myself and a mattress for each of my boys. My seventeen year old thanked me multiple time for the mattress. He slept so good. My twenty year old loves his too. Great night sleep. Couldn’t ask for more.

SO much more for so much less than we were expecting to pay! Michael is so knowledgeable and had options that would accommodate my husband and my needs. We both suffer from back and neck problems that are on opposite sides of the spectrum, but we were able to find something we both were crazy about. Let me also add that we spent less than HALF of what we were expecting because of the way Michael brilliantly runs his business. Id give my experience 10 stars if it was an option!!!

I went in looking for a box spring and Mike asked if I had a good frame to support it. I was sure I did, so I just got the box spring. As soon as I got home I checked my frame and realized I had the wrong one, so I called the store and Mike said he would deliver the correct frame along with my box spring later that day. If there is anything I dislike about shopping for large purchases, it is unclear pricing, ridiculous mark ups, and sales people that use obvious annoying psychological sales tactics that I learned about in psychology 101. I avoided all three of these things by shopping with Mike. I told my wife while driving away, I feel fairly strongly that we couldnt get a much cheaper price by shopping around, but even IF we couldve spent another day taking trips to a bunch of other stores trying to save an additional $100-$200- it probably wouldnt be worth the time we couldve both spent working and making a days wage each. Besides, Mike is such a good guy, it feels really good supporting a locally owned and operated business of a super chill, kind and genuine musician grandpa-type. Thanks for the deal!

Was in search of a twin box spring and remembered Mattress by Appointment in Hudson, WI.., so I gave them a call. Very quick to return my call. Made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived, my box spring was already waiting for me. Fair pricing, friendly service and even loaded it in my truck for me.

I called and set up a time to meet Mike. His showroom isnt normally staffed, but he was available almost any time to meet up and look at mattresses. My wife and I talked with him in his showroom for about 45 minutes about options and wound up buying 2 TwinXL mattresses and adjustable frames. Love the new bed. Loved the experience with Mike. We had just come from a Mattress Firm, which seemed like the mattress version of buying a used car so we were a little turned off to bed shopping, but Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I 100% would buy from Mike again, and to top it off we got a really great deal too.

Today I had the delightful experience of shopping at Mattresses By Appointment. I found this store on the internet and I had been looking at other places with a similar set up around the metro area. After speaking to multiple places and either being promised a call back or an appointment time, and receiving none, I gave this place a shot.My questions were answered by Mike, and I can’t say that I have ever had a better experience being a customer at any other store. Mike was open about appointment times, and made my situation work, it was a breath of relief to not have to deal with a typical salesman.When I got to the store, I was greeted by Mike, he remembered who I was, and called me by name, he introduced himself to the company I had brought with as well, and although I was ready for an in and out experience as is typical at a store of this type, I received service that was the opposite.Mike wasn’t interested in just selling me a mattress, he took the time to get to know me.
