So, and all honesty, was not in the service department, I was there to buy a pre-owned vehicle for my 17-year-old son. So this review is truly for the managers at Huntersville Ford. All I can say is, fantastic experience, very well trained individuals in their management team, and I would recommend at any point that you need a used vehicle, or a new Ford vehicle, if it is here at Huntersville Ford, these guys are professional, straightforward, and will work with you to make a great deal. I purchased a used F150 at Huntersville Ford and had a great experience. The salesman, Angel was a big help. I told them what I was willing to pay and they went to work to make it happen. They didn’t pressure me and there was no haggling and no one tried to sell me anything that I didn’t want! Highly recommend talking to Angel!

We loved our experience with Huntersville Ford! We are a returning customer and continually impressed with the entire team. Anthony was so helpful and patient while we moved carseats around to see if the Explorer was the right fit for us. Gave us his take after owning one himself with kids. He even helped occupy our kids while we looked at our options. Franklin in finance made the rest of the process so streamlined and fast. Both were personable and professional. If youre looking for a new car, go see Anthony and Franklin.

I purchased a 2019 ford f150 from Rick Watford he was great. Finance stepped up with a great rate and warranty to cover the lift and custom work done by the dealership. Great place for a carefree experience they have lots of nice custom trucks if you dont like to purchase stock

Brandon Fritz, Franklin Zambrano, and Keith Hoffield were absolutely brilliant throughout my entire trade and purchase. I trade cars every two to three years, the last two have been Fords. I went to five area Ford Dealers looking for the perfect F-150, two of them over 50 miles away. At Huntersville Ford I felt seen, respected, and heard. What I didnt expect was the little extras and two-years of free maintenance plus a rental car. This dealership is not the closest or the most convenient to me, but this group of professionals have earned my business.

Unethical! We were quoted one price when we dropped the car off and and then were charged ~$800 more when we picked the car up! “Scott” who quoted the price was unavailable, but I reached out to the service manager, Jordan Carter, who did nothing to help. They do not have recorded phone lines, so it’s our word against Scott’s. It’s unfortunate, but please BEWARE! I wish I read some of the reviews before trusting this dishonest place.😕

The worst experience with this dealership. The GM is terribly unprofessional. I was told my cam phaser was replaced last summer under warranty, come to find out it was not and I’m continuing to have issues a year later. The dealership has refused to help resolve the issue. I was charged for oil changes despite multiple other dealerships and the warranty department stating that I have an extended service agreement that covered this. The GM screamed at me and told me he’s understaffed and can’t get cars on his lots so he’s stressed. I was told to hire an attorney or go to another dealership to fix their lies and screw ups. Unreal. Untrustworthy, unresponsive, and unkind. Such a bad customer service experience.

On June 25th 2020 I dropped off my car at the Huntersville Ford dealership for a cam phaser replacement. My car was returned mid month in July 2020. Over the past year when I brought my car in for oil changes I mentioned on multiple occasions that I still heard the cam phaser rattling and believed something to be wrong. I was told that nothing was wrong each time. July 2nd 2021 I brought my car into the dealership because the check engine light came on and the car was rocking back and forth whenever it came to a stop. I was told my cam phaser would need to be replaced and it would not be covered. I explained that I was bringing my car back within the year of it being given back to me and also explained I had communicated about still hearing the noise over the past year and was told everything is fine. I have been put through the ringer since 7/15 going through the warranty department and the dealership being unresponsive. Today (after a month of requests) I spoke to the GM who screamed at me and told me to hire an attorney because theyre not fixing it. As a customer I have exhausted all options, communicated about the issues with my car, and have followed up time and time again with no reprieve. This expense should be covered by the dealership as its within a year, this will be the third cam phaser replacement in three years, and this issue was communicated time and time again as still being present.

Angel was great during the whole sales process and made it easy to trade in my car and get the Ford Bronco! If you want someone that looks out for you and gets you the best deal possible, ask for him when you go in!

Brought my mothers car over for a battery in the key fob and to reset the entry door code as she could not remember what it was. The service techs were not very friendly and this simple service they said would take over two hours. Also, when I asked if they had a shuttle service they said yes but that they could only drop me off somewhere but could not come back to get me. What good does that do if my vehicle is in the shop at the dealership. I was told I would have to get an Uber to come back in. We will no longer be using this service center.

Brandon and his team sold me a great vehicle. They had great communication throughout the entire process and gave me the best car buying experience. I was there no longer than 2 hours the day of purchasing the vehicle. Very friendly and offer 2 years of awesome benefits that come along with the car. Went to the dealership in search of an older SUV. Ended up being up sold to a much nicer vehicle a little bit out of my budget, to later find out the vehicle was only a 4 cyclinder, yet the sales price reflected a 6 cyclinder as I had used during my research. Glad that I checked the service record before taking delivery of the vehicle. Also felt pressured to rate the dealership a 5 star as there was mention of a competition. Overall my experience was ok, but being sold a 4 cyclinder vehicle at a 6 cyclinder price is reason for the lower rating.

No communication from service guy. They had our truck for over a week to fix 4 issues, mainly a water leak and wet just discovered that wasnt fixed either. Very frustrating. Well try another dealership next time.

Honestly if I could give them negative stars I would. Anytime I have an emergency and need something fixed on my brand new car they are never able to help right away and the people that work there that Ive spoken with are not friendly. Dont waste your time at this location.
