This is my 2nd trip to Sunglass Hut this month. I had the same sale associate both times. I love that she takes the time to find the perfect sunglasses for my son and me. I will definitely be back.

The two associates working were fabulous. Their customer service was exactly what made me buy more with pleasure - knowledgeable, helpful, enjoyable and quick. Proficient across the board! I’m also glad to have been able to go into the store to physically see all your choices.

My experience here was really nice. Alexandra was helping my sister and I find a pair of sunglasses. She suggested different styles for us to try on and educated us on some of the brands. Really great customer service from her, we left the store very happy. I would come back and recommend

Alec is such a wonderful and professional employee. I walked in told him I never purchase sunglasses over $20 because I am so irresponsible with sunglasses. I loose them within months or I break them. Alec gave great suggestion regarding my complexion and the shape of my face. He also made it personal if I (the customer) liked the pairs instead of what he thinks unless I asked. He made sure it was my choice. He wasn’t pushy. He was great salesperson as he also promoted current deals and what add-on can be beneficial at the store. He also was so respectful and kind enough to handle another customer and excused himself professionally.Alec is a perfect example of a 5 star sales rep. He’s absolutely amazing and definitely represents the store in a professional way. Go check him out people and ask for Alec!

Very nice employees and a decent variety. However they were not that willing to help reshape a pair of ray bans that need some love. I have received a bunch of help shaping glasses from other locations.

I’ve been in sales for 20 plus years. I have to say those 2 associates in the Birkdale location are awesome! Brooke is young but one of the best sales ladies I’ve ever met. Good job girl! You up-sell me every time!

Lol at the people that say expensive. Did you think youd find Raybans and Maui Jims for $50? Its not a discount store. And its in Birkdale!You can buy Coppertone sunglasses for $12 at some CVS.
