I have been having hearing problems for quite a while and I was tired of making people repeat themselves or of me trying to read their lips.I finally decided to go to the Huntington Beach Hearing Aid Center and what a great experience I had!Mike took the time to explain all my options of different brands and models of hearing aids with no pressure. After I chose my hearing aids, a few weeks later I needed some adjustment, and Mike even came in on his day off for me. I took my Grandma in to get her hearing tested. Micheal Shannon took us back within minutes upon our arrival. He was very knowledgeable and gave us options without any pressure. The staff are very professional, personable, friendly, and as my Grandma would say, very easy on the eyes. I suffer from Single sided deafness. HB hearing aid center (Mike) helped me find a hearing aid that not only improved my quality of life, but with the latest technology even my teens are jealous of it. Mike is very patient, he understands what a lot of doctors miss. That hearing aids are personal. That what works for me may not work for everyone. He offers a wide variety, and is willing to help me get the most out of my hearing aids. I never feel rushed, or pressured. A great experience, they took the time to determine my hearing needs, then matched the correct aids and programmed them to overcome my deficiencies and after 2 weeks fine tuned them. They were more concerned with solving my hearing problems than selling hearing aids.

State of the art office, testing and knowledgeable, patient doctor. He takes time to explain everything, tells you choices. advantage and disadvantages of every hearing aid. I would definetly recommend his services.

Great service, the Aids really help, but I still do not like the idea of having to wear them..........vanity thing.
