Just got my hearing aids a month ago and they work fine. Im currently on a 2 week vacation in Paris, France and immediately after Im going to a conference in Prague. Soon after getting here my right hearing aid stopped working. I tried everything to get it to work but nothing. Today I called the office and told them what happened. They asked me if I could come in tomorrow and I said no, Im in France. Then she asked what about the next day and I again explained the situation. She then put me on hold. Soon she came back on and asked if there is wax build up on the hearing aid. I said no, its completely dead.She then told me that until I physically come into the office, there is nothing they can do. I explained how very important this conference is and I needed both aids working. She then told me again until I come into the office, Im out of luck.Sound Solutions is quick with the sale but terrible with customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sound Solutions. You will definitely regret it if you buy from them.

Sound Solutions is great. I purchased the Oticon MiniRITE. At first I was shocked by the price. I feel much better about it after having them for two months now. First they have pretty sophisticated technology. Secondly is the service that they provide is excellent. The fee that I paid covered my follow up visits to fine tune them and a supply of batteries for two years. They also come with a replacement policy that if they are lost or damaged within I think two years they will be replaced for a nominal charge. Dr. Jacob Ahn is great. He has a very pleasant disposition and is a perfectionist in trying to get them dialed in just right. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a minor complaint after my first visit. The owner responded directly to me and it was quickly resolved. Best of all, I can hear now. I wish that I would have gotten them years ago. I am sure that my wife would agree!

Before I met Sound Solutions I had 3 other experiences and Sound Solutions had not only the best value and price point their staff is awesome. Ive only had 2 issues and they addressed them immediately.

Needed a hearing test, got it done. Pretty easy. The waiting area doesnt radiate cleanliness or patent comfort but the audiologist was very nice.
