I took my Mother to get help with her hearing aids. The office is beautiful!-newly remodeled and immaculately clean! The receptionist, Patty, greeted us in the lobby and welcomed us in. She was super sweet and helpful. Next, the audiologist invited us into her room and helped solve the problem that we went in for. They were both so nice and caring! The audiologist, Maisone, was very patient as she explained the hearing aid to my Mom, and then reiterated everything back to me, in case I needed to know also. She explained carefully, and happily, all about the hearing aids that my Mom had purchased at another business in the Atlanta area. I was really impressed with the office. Very nice!

I am so glad to have found this facility. The previous hearing aid company that I was with were no longer contracted with my insurance. I happen to call Connect Hearing thats located inside the Healthcare Partners location in Huntington Beach and I spoke to the wonderful Patty. Patty was very informative and explained to me about my insurance coverage and even asked me if I can drop by the same day to get service done. I went to their location and was greeted with smiles everywhere and got great service from both Patty and the audiologist Dr. Maysoun was awesome as she explained everything in details even though Ive been wearing hearing aids since the age of 5. Kudos to everyone involved and for sure Ill keep going back to the Huntington Beach office!

Im very happy with the entire experience. Very efficient and friendly. Easy to make an appointment and when I got there for my appointment I felt as though I was not being rushed at all. All of my questions and concerns were answered.

The location was easy to find. The premises were neat and clean. The receptionist was well-informed as to the processes to be done and was easy to converse with. The audiologist seemed to be well versed in the work to be done, and then all the follow-up info was well presented.

I was apprehensive about having to get Hearing Aids. Patty, the receptionists was so knowledgeable that most of my questions were answered before I saw Maysoun, The Audiologist. The audiologist, Maysoun, was excellent. She explained things in detail every step of the way from trying out the demonstration pair for a week to fitting and programing the pair I decided to purchase. I will be seeing her again in two weeks for a follow-up and then after a month to fine tune my devices. I feel very confident that I will be able to call in or schedule an appointment anytime to get questions answered or any problems handled.

We had heard a lot about Dr. Richards from one of his former protégées.But my wife and I were even more impressed by his knowledge, experience and dedication to help people with their hearing problems. He has fit me with the latest technology. I am very pleased with my improved hearing. The blue tooth feature allows me to listen to music, radio and tv programs while I am free to work at my desk or relax lying down for a nap. The loyalty program allowed me to buy these hearing aids for not more than I paid for my old pair with the lesser technology. I heartily recommend Connect Hearing and knowledgeable people like Dr. Richards.

Extremely nice people! I was a walk in and they got me in within minutes. Would recommend to anyone. Easy and quick paperwork also, which is always a plus.

The ladies that work here are very nice. They both have strong accents and for me especially, it is hard to understand what they are saying. On the phone, it was especially hard to communicate the receptionists, I had to have my co-worker talk to her.

Very Comfortable and complete assistance with getting my Mums hearing aids tuned up. The audiologist was very patient and good at explaining things to a sometimes difficult 97 year old lady. She made sure that her back up hearing aids were working properly too. Great customer service!

I am 70 and worked in a noisy profession (aviation). I knew I had hearing loss in higher frequencies, but now it was a problem with conversations, one-one and especially small social groups.I scheduled with Connect Hearing based on their reviews, product variety and co-location with my HCP. My first meeting with Maysoun was thorough, efficient and friendly and, after a thorough exam, I left with a set of temporary ears. I returned a week later to receive and dial-in my new set. Over the next few weeks I visited several times for her to tweak my hearing profiles; this was reasonable and not unexpected. Once, she returned the ears to the mfr along with a new set of ear molds, and they were refitted for me.Throughout, she worked hard to ensure I had a set of ears that fit well and improved my hearing. I am thoroughly happy with the result. As well, each of my visits was less than 30 minutes, but I never felt rushed: again, Maysoun is efficient and professional, and the technical process is well-honed. Thank you Connect Hearing.

My hearing aids were not working well and I was very concerned. Maysonh was able to see me within two hours! She realigned the sound range after checking the hearing aids batteries and connections. She suggested that I shouldnt make any changes to the volume controls for the next week or 10-days and, if I was still concerned, call for an appointment. I got my hearing aids from Maysoun last year and they have worked fine. Recently I had a problem with a blocked ear as a result of a sinus infection. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and Maysoun was between appointments. She took the time to check my hearing aids and my ear. She also adjusted the level in the right hearing aid so I could begin to hear until this blockage clears up. I dont know any other medical facility where you can walk in and get caring efficient service like this. I would highly recommend Maysoun and Connect Hearing.
