Great place to supply the shipping boxes. Don’t waste your money in other big retail stores cause Ken got you covered!

Ken is an absolute gem. Had a unique situation arise due to COVID and he did a workaround for me. Knows how to treat customers in age where good customer service is more rare than a unicorn.

Ken is wonderful. He helped me pick a appropriate box and packing material for my large delicate item. I really would not had shipped it if he had not helped so much. He spent about 10 minutes going through my shipping options after helping me pack the box. Just for fun I called UPS after with the dimensions and they were almost 50 percent more!!!!! Great service, knowledgeable, and cheap!!

This shipping store is fabulous. I have a lot of boxes to ship and last year used a UPS store in Fountain Valley. The rates and costs to package my items seemed ridiculously high. On a referral from my girlfriend, I went to Star Shipping and I have been so happy. Ken is the owner of the store and he goes out of his way to package the items and send them the most economical way to insure they get there on time. He has every known size of boxes and any shipping supplies you may need.Ken is the friendliest guy you will ever meet and I recommend this business above all others! He is there to handle your shipping and to help you solve any shipping issues you may have. He is just the best!!!

Ken is the awesome owner of this great establishment. Ive never met someone so kind and generous than him. He always goes out of his way to make sure he gives the lowest rates and even follows up with an email letting customers know when he has got confirmation the package has arrived at the doorstep. Love going here! Def.recommended to everyone looking for a local shipping place where you never have to worry about your package getting messed with or lost.

Found this place by accident when I was here for lunch next door. A lots of boxes and supplies. The owner is really cool and friendly, I had my router packed and shipped to San Diego to my sisters house and the rates seem so much lower than UPS stores. Compare to Kinko FedEx store down the street Star Box is so much more friendly and helpful. I will be back again when I need something packed and shipped.

Ive been going here for a couple years now or at least feels that way and the owner is always great with his knowledge and willingness to help and always has the random box sizes I need for shipping IT stuff.. Only complaint I have is he needs a better phone service as busy signals usually direct customers away.

I came in looking for a HUGE box and they had something similar but the owner reccomended i try a local bike shop instead as it would save me money and work better for my needs. Honest people own and work at this place; ill come back for boxes in the future for sure!

We enjoyed getting to know the business owner as he was helping us with our online retail store needs. Full of knowledge and had lots of products to choose from.

Had exactly what I needed - cardboard corner reinforcements and stretch wrap for pallets. Store is a little messy but folks working there are great.
