Terrible customer service. The day I bought my prom dress they attended me well, everyday after that has been terrible . When I came to get it fitted they did it incorectly and DID NOT TELL ME. The day I was supposed to come pay it off they didnt tell me they needed me to refit it therefore I didn’t bring my shoes. I had to drive all the way back home to get the shoes in order to be more accurate about how much they need to cut. The day I came to pick it up, it was supposed to be iron and everything. They did not have it ready and the lady was threatening me that she didn’t need to iron it and I could just take it home. Until my mom reminded her of the contract where they said they will. Then we waited until she finished ironing it to get my dress. Which took over an hour. They have terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing service i forgot some new shoes i had barely bought and i went the next day and she had them saved for me and untouched !
