I had an issue with a disgruntled employee, I called asking to speak to a manager after 4 weeks of waiting around for my order, and I got Spencer on the line. He rectified the issue immediately and I received my order 3 days later. If youre dealing with Spencer youre in good hands.

The service and prices at Kleet Lumber are better then any box stores and lumber yards I have ever dealt with. I build large theatrical sets for a living so I am well acquainted with prices and customer service. For a recent personal project Matthew went out of his way to make sure every detail was perfect. I will now go nowhere else for any and all of my lumber needs.

Kleet, had what I was looking for, no other yards in the 25 mile radius had medium sized hand split cedar shingles. It was a major score in my book. I managed to take a walk around their yard by mistake. Was greeted by one of the Flat Bed drivers..Joe, who was more than helpful in finding a forklift operator to help me load the singles into my car. They move some serious product. At one time they have 4-7 forklifts driving around fulfilling orders on customer flat beds, and their own flat bed delivery trucks...a tight operation. High quality building materials. Most imported from British Columbia, some US based too in Idaho. This is the place to go for quality stock. All outside stock is plastic wrapped and DE-laminated when an order comes in. It is now going to be my go too for lumber stock.

We went into Kleet Lumber to look at various deck boards and railings. The sales rep was very helpful providing pricing on the different products.

I went to Kleet Lumber last week and I was very upset with the customer service. Rude and they didn’t want to be bothered.I left without purchasing anything.I do not recommend. There are plenty of other lumberyards to choose from.

Great people but not retail/small job oriented. I paid for cuts that were never made. Every deadline for pickup was missed. Material pick ups were spread over a half acre.

Those salespeople have got to go. Simply obnoxious. What is the owner thinking?

Great experience buying lumber for from that I needed to frame a deck. I called them on a Saturday a little before closing time to see if they had the lumber I needed. Nicole picked up the phone and promptly called me right back after she checked inventory, took my credit card over the phone and the lumber was delivered that Monday. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Prices were the same if not better than Home Depot or Lowes and the delivery fee was incredibly low...so low that I can never see myself lowering the seats in my minivan to ever bring construction materials home again! The delivery driver was on time, very professional and went above and beyond to place the lumber where I needed it/ just a genuinely nice guy. Very happy I found them.

Female shoppers BEWARE! The gentleman behind the desk was quite condescending, and rude. Almost seemed bothered by my questions. I was looking for pricing on materials for a bed frame I am making and also had some questions on different wood types.... they told me I shouldn’t try to make a bed frame and they “are not saying that bcuz you’re a girl or anything, it’s just hard work”. He also asked sturdy I needed my bed to be, how much action.... The entire conversation made me uncomfortable and embarrassed as there were other employee’s around in ear shot of this. I suggest you shop anywhere else if you are looking to be treated respectfully.

Lumber company, they sell any kind of building material you want except fences and gates, they dont have those

Out of the several lumber yards we contacted, Kleet came through with obtaining the specific size and type of red oak we needed. Ray was responsive, pleasant, professional, and took ownership of our satisfaction in completing the transaction. There was some trouble communicating through Facebook messenger, but once resolved, they stood by their product and made sure we were happy. Even the delivery truck driver was pleasant. I asked how long he’d been with Kleet and he told me over 20 years, which says a lot about the integrity of this local family business. We would definitely use them again! Thanks!

Astonishingly knowledgable and great service by Ernie Forte, WOW!! I have been everywhere and called everywhere for a not unusual and pretty trendy decorative moulding for a wall in my house. I wanted rounded corners which turn in Hollywood Regency style. Most people did not know what I meant and if the did, they had zero clue of where to find it. I called Ernie, told him what I needed. He guided me to a website and gave me the item number of exactly what I asked for which he knew by heart!!!! The whole transaction was done in 5 minutes. And they deliver! I hope Kleet knows what a valuable asset they have in Ernie! Thanks to you both!! Highly recommend!

Rude, difficult to deal with! They said they had lumber in stock then when it was delivered it was missing parts of the order which they told us to pick up the remaining pieces. When I went back they gave me a warped piece which I didn’t see until I got home.

While building my house I was in contact with many companies. Kleet customer service is the worst. After months of trying to get an answer from your office staff I was told to contact my framer and hung up on. No one took the time to research how much extra wood was picked up and what refund I should have. I gave up and cant believe how I was treated!

They have a lot of trucks on the street but they try to limit the interference with traffic. Good company

They are very knowledgeable and friendly, they had a size of lumber that I needed for landscaping that NO ON ELSE had, plus they cut it to the exact sizes I needed. I have an old house and if I was unable to match the old wood, it would have cost a huge amount of money to re-do landscaping!

Rude staff over the phone and there at the store I don’t know how this business is running with such rude customer service over phone and in store I would rather give my business somewhere else where I can get good customer service and nice people who are helpful but definitely not to this store.

My husband and i went there today - the staff was rude, lazy, unhelpful and obnoxious.

Horrible service went there to buy a plywood I paid for it and after 30 minutes of me waiting I decided to go ask and they told me that they didn’t have it and the worst part is that I called before to make sure they had it in stock
