Every product I have ordered or purchased online has been available immediately. Curbside service was amazing and friendly. So many items to pick from.

Great variety of nice products but pricey. Alot of items do not have a price on them and I find it difficult to find a store member around to help me. If I need a price I have to go to the front of the store and find someone. Overall this is a nice store at Bridge Street with alot of parking space.

Mostly good. I would probably buy more if things had prices on them, just dont feel like doing price checks every time. Used to have more affordable options but now its $170 for a quilt.

Got the product that I wanted. Very helpful front people. Answered questions, looked up to see if the product was available before sending me where it should be located. Price was what been in the circular that advertised the product.

Went out to the store at Bridge Street.Appeared brand new. If not very well maintained.Stock placement was good. Several holes on shelves which indicated it my be out to new opening.Employees very helpful.Check out went smoothly.

This seemed like a fairly typical Bed Bach and Beyond. They had a good selection, and everything was clean and well organized (for the most part). The employees seemed normal. The location is convenient, being walking distance to Bridge Street, and plenty of parking. Would go again.

Definitely not what it used to be. Shelves are lacking stock. I understand why they are closing so many stores. Sad.

It seemed to me that everything I wanted to buy was out of stock. I was looking for sheer curtains I found some that was hanging up but they were out of stock. Also, I wanted some placemats I only needed 4 but they only had 3.

Went on the opposite end if town only to get there and the store was on its last open day. There was nearly nothing in the building. I checked yhe site before I went and saw nothing about the closing.

Four stars due to employees hospitality even though I dislike the store closing at 7 PM during the week due to COVID-19. I understand that the local store is following corporate policy. Therefore, four stars reflect employees...not attempting to grade corporates decision to close at 7 PM

A great place for arts and crafts supplies.

Found some great items for birthday gifts. Organized and clean inside. Dirty, nasty carts kept outside. No sanitation measures seen for them, and many had discarded items inside.

Big store with so much merchandise. Jam packed, tons of stuff. Difficult to find assistance though. The beyond plus program is excellent and well worth the modest annual fee. Have plenty of time to explore because youre pretty much on your own finding things, but you do discover a lot.

Easy to find bridal registry items. I love that you can box up your gift and wrap it. They have everything you need in the front area when you check out. Ribbon, scissors, tape, paper, boxes, sharpie, name card, and even supply big purple bags to carry your item out with. I always get the book in the mail with a coupon on the back to save money on my purchase.

Ive been to better Bed Bath & Beyond stores, but this one will get the job done in a pinch. The outside is very dirty, the curtain rod area is just chaos, and the checkout is always understaffed.

Their stock especially in the kitchen department seemed low.

First time visiting this location the staff was very polite and helpful. I recommend this location. Beautiful atmosphere and pleasant place to o shop.

Their personnel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We HAVE had to return a couple of items, but there was never any question. We have chosen to purchase several items there in lieu of the internet because the price was very little more (if any with 20% off coupon which there are quick to share via e-mail) AND returns are very simple.

Came here looking for curtains and I found 3 sets! 2 of the sets were on clearance. Nice clean store with friendly staff, clean bathroom, and a good selection

This is a terrific Bed Bath and Beyond. I wish they carried some Chanukah items like the one back in Atlanta does.

I love going here. Its like a clean, indoor garage sale. I start looking around, forget why I came here in the first place while I find a million things I-need-but-dont-need for my kitchen and bathroom, remember I came for a blanket, and balk at the prices of the As Seen On TV items.

I have no problems with this store in particular and would give it five stars if I were only rating its employees. Unfortunately, theres also the question of the merch: problems weve had with Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise led to my three star rating. Two examples come to mind: first, my daughter bought some lovely sage green towels here but after a years time the green had faded to a truly ugly shade of yellow. Second, three years ago the size turkey I needed for Thanksgiving was beyond the capacity of my old roasting pan. I purchased a larger pan at BB and B and, despite extremely careful care, the non-stick coating is already peeling off. Replacing towels annually = not acceptable. The $60 price tag and the short life of the roasting pan also = not acceptable.

A very small store with lots of things. Employees were very helpful in finding what I needed.

Went in just to browse and see what we could find. Ended up finding exactly what i needed, handcream, and it was on sell! I saw alot more that i wanted but i didnt get them because i didnt need it. It was hard to walk away!!!

Staff just standing around talking, shelves rather empty in key categories, and the various scented candles and such are so overpowering that the entire store is absolutely toxic people inside for anyone with asthma.
