Best plumbing place Ive ever used. Absolutely incredible employees. Great service work and new construction
I highly recommend B & C Plumbing. They were on time and fast! Dewey was so kind and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Very knowledgeable!
Dewey replaced my hot water heater today. He came when I was told he would. He called to tell me he was on the way. He did a very good job and I will recommend B & C to everyone I know for their plumbing needs.
I called them to check for a water leak outside after receiving a water bill much higher than usual. Andrew was very professional, checked everything, and reported to me on the condition of the crawlspace. Great service, I would definitely call them again.
Mr Driver was professional in his work. He performed the repair task quickly and efficiently. I will call B & C Plumbing again and ask for Mr. Dewey Driver.
I have used B&C several times, and work has always been very satisfactory. I have never had a company to stand behind its work like B&C. Not only was my work guaranteed (and guarantee honored), but I received follow-up phone calls to ensure everything was satisfactory. I also appreciate how they always work around my schedule to ensure minimum impact to me. Every company should have such good customer service!
B and C the only company I call.
They were nice, but failed to ever finish the estimate. I was told he had to get a couple of prices. That was like 3 weeks ago.
Very good service. The guys that came out to the house did a great job. Very courteous. Checked everything we asked them and answered all of our questions.
The drain cleaning was very well done until he decided to adjust the drain on a slab by knocking it in the ground. Drain pipe is cracked. The office manager has been horrible to deal with 2 times. It took 3 years to realize what our problem was, when we figured it out, the office manager just gets mad and uses a forceful tone to try and beat you down. I will document the repairs and put on YouTube just for the bad attitude from the office manager. The owner was supposed to call and never did.
Craig was friendly, professional, and helpful even though the issue we were having was something we needed different help with. He directed us in the right direction. You have very professional, kind staff. Thanks Craig!
Great place
When your wife wakes you up at 2:00 in the morning and asks you if you hear water running, you know immediately its not going to be fun. Thats exactly what happened early this morning and the leak in the basement was in fact not fun.I turned the water off and first thing this morning called B & C. The lady who answered the phone was super nice. She set up an appointment and told me what time the plumber should arrive. Sure enough about 30 minutes prior to arrival the plumber gave me a ring to let me know what time hed be here and he showed up right on schedule as promised. He was very professional and we couldnt have been any happier with the work he did. We highly recommend B&C and I assure you we will use them again when we have plumbing needs.
Quick service, very costly $165.00 to replace 3/4 coupling and 3/4 male treaded coupling. I had already dug whole and told them what to bring charged me $30 material $135 labor! Im in the wrong business!
For this review, I feel I must first present a little information up front. For the last several months I have been having issues with the plumbing in my house. My house was built in 2007 with PVC pipe throughout. Let’s just first say that after purchasing the home I later believed the plumbing was not installed to code, and first experienced several water leaks of which I fixed myself.Several months ago I hired a plumber to come in and resolve a hot water (lack of) issue. The Hot water tank had made an awful screeching noise similar to what I have been hearing in my modern GE Refrigerator with a water filter. At the time the plumber removed a check valve on the water Heater which resolved my Hot water problem and the screeching noise. No further investigation was conducted on why the Hot water heater started having issues and I believe that repair cost me around $100.00.So in the last couple of months I have still have that screeching with my Refrigerator and the pipes had been banging whenever we flushed one of the toilets. Upon doing some research to try and resolve the banging pipe issues I had come across an article on a thermal expansion tank upstream from the Hot Water Heater on the Cold water line. I located mine under the house just as the main cold water line comes in the house. The tank has a valve in it and is supposed to give a cushion for the water when it expands. I went to check the expansion tank and when I put on an air tester, water came out, which is an indication of a faulty tank. I purchased a new one and left the air pressure at the manufacture default and installed it. Now my pipes started banging worse and the tank started making a sucking sound. I further researched the issue and found an article that too much water pressure can wreak havoc on your water system so I went to Lowe’s and picked up a cheap home water pressure gauge. I tested my system and found that my home was averaging around 130PSI. Based on this information resources indicated that a faulty Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) just up from the home water meter could be the culprit. I located mine by digging about a foot up from the local water meter and left it uncovered. It was finally time for me to call a plumber as I am not one, and only completed the previous steps out of necessity. I am a retired Enlisted Veteran and have not had a real job for six years and have been struggling to pay my bills. The day before Christmas I called B & C Plumbing Inc. and left message on their phone system that I would be needing their services when they could work me in. Tuesday after Christmas I received a courteous phone call from the B& C customer service and scheduled a Master Plumber to arrive at my home between 14:00 – 16:00. Shortly after that Drew the Master Plumber called me from his cell phone and said he was on his way over because he had a cancellation and would come and resolve the issue. This is where the negative experience starts. Drew arrived at my front door knowing the information that I had already shared previously and I shared that information with him again on what my issue was going on under the house. His first statement to me before looking at anything was that it was going to cost me $300.00. No indication of a discount for anything or because I was a Military Vet. Now first off, I expected that he would be crawling under my home and fix some of the issues with the bagging pipes (Non-Code meeting). He had no time to give me a run down on what the problem was nor what it the cost layout was to fix my issues. He proceeded to place a water pressure gauge on the outside faucet and recorded that the PSI was 145. He then went to the Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) and replaced it spending less than two hours of actual time far less work as much of the time was him on the Cell phone.
This company employs prompt and professional people. They handled my problem with an underground leak in no time and told me exactly how much it would be beforehand. 30 day guarantee of their work... couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you, B&C (Especially Holly and Craig!)
They are honest and reliable.
