Very professional and helpful from receptionist to installers. Reasonable rate, quick to get my repair scheduled and on time at my location to repair the a rear side window on our Toyota. Jordan and Jabari were professional, friendly, and did a great job on the repair. If I ever need any more windows or windshields repaired, I will definitely be using A-1 again.

Subaru told me to call A1 Glass for the windshield replacement that I was going to need. From the VERY first contact it was a world of difference from the last time that I had a windshield replaced. Denise was polite, she was funny, she got me on the schedule around MY schedule and she assured me that her guys would do an outstanding job. When Keenan and Jordan showed up, they answered all my questions, let me watch to see where the issues were with the last installation, didnt waste any time, left no trash, and were just great to spend time with. The two of them worked in tandem and fed off of each other and it was great to see not only that they can work together but that they actually care about what they do and who they do it for.

This is definitely a small mom and pop business that everyone should support. Do not let the look of the building turn you away as they say; Do not judge the book by its cover. Not only are they friendly, they are all professional. Price was amazing and to set up an appointment was simple. Denise got me in within 2 days after the call and my windshield was done within 45 minutes. They commute to your location as long as it is in Huntsville or Madison area. A1 offers a lifetime warranty on your service which is amazing. At the end of the day, they treated you like family versus your everyday customer. Make sure you check them out and support them.

This company was such pleasant surprise after working with a larger, well known brand. Jordan and his co-worker were professional, had excellent customer service, worked efficiently and answered all questions I had. They represented well for A1 and have referred the company as well as these two gentlemen to my local friends in case they need this service!

Quick and efficient service for a great price

Absolutely top tier service! I called several windshield replacement services and then A-1 was recommended by my vehicles dealership. They were by far the best price and had my windshield in 1 day. The service that my insurance (USAA) recommended had a two week wait for an appointment. I cancelled my insurance claim and paid out of pocket since A-1s price was less than my deductible. They came to my place of work and replaced it on-site. I have a vehicle with adaptive cruise and the other shop said I had to pay (600) to calibrate the system. The system is attached to the frame and should not need calibrating for a simple replacement. I am very pleased and will use this company again if needed. Great customer service and the installation team was very nice and informative.

Denise was great help on the office end of things, and Jordan and Keenen were timely, professional, and just really good at their jobs. They were able to fit me in the day I called and had my Chevy windshield in stock. 10/10 recommend!

I had A1 replace the windshield on my Ridgeline yesterday. When pricing the job, it all came down to the best price and the best reviews. The last quote I got was about $130 more than what I paid A1. Every other company averaged at least $75 more for just a basic windshield without lane departure sensors. Jordan and his helper got the job done and they didnt damage my vehicle in the process. They were prompt and replaced it in my driveway. Ive already recommended A1 to a friend who needs a replacement. Id definitely use A1 again.

I have used this business twice now. They keep their appointment day and call when available. They do quality work. Last window on a truck I had to replace they worked with me to go to an unexpected location where the truck was at the time.

Dont judge this book by its cover. The building is older and smaller but the service is just as big as the fancy places around town town. A1 autoglass fixed my side window in less than 24 hours and beat everyones price in town. Im extremely pleased with their service and will use them again.

I was very pleased by A1 Glass response and service. My windshield was damaged in a storm and was unsafe to drive. I called Safelite and it was going to take about 3 weeks for an appointment. Being this is my only vehicle that was not going to work. A1 Glass had my windshield replaced in less than 2 days. Thank you.

Amazing Customer Service! It was 8:15 am and raining. The gentlemen came out to the car and directed me to the garage so I didn’t have to walk to the office in the rain. Then I was greeted by a young lady with a huge smile who directed me to the waiting area and offered coffee and made sure I was comfortable. It was a quick fast process, paperwork was thoroughly explain, and all questions was answered with a smile. My price went from $600+ from other places to a very comfortable price with awesome customer service plus quality work.
