They damaged my car . The helper became belligerent and scolded me like a child. This helper will not allow you to speak to the owner or secretary. He will also tell you if you are mad about the damage that sometimes life is unfortunate or scold you for not congratulating him on the great job he did damaging your car. Dont curse around them. They feel that ends their liability. It doesnt. Women, seniors, Redstone employees and Vets STAY AWAY.

I had a crack that stretched all the way across my windshield. Being a college student, there was no way I could afford a windshield replacement myself. After saving up paychecks, I had decided to call this place up because of the good reviews. They gave me a quote that included service and tax (so the price that was quoted was what I paid). I gladly made an appointment in that same call. When I dropped off my car, they would only take an hour and a half to do the job and I was ready to go. This place did their job very well and I was able to afford it after saving some money. Very kind people as well. Im glad to have a clear windshield again!

You learn more about a company when things dont go according to plan. In the case of A+ they are first-class people and extremely talented. There was a slight problem with my windshield seal that was causing noise whenever I drove at higher speeds. The installer found the issue quickly and fixed it very promptly. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Sitting in their lobby as I waited to receive my car back, I took notice of their interactions with customers and saw how personable, organized, and efficient they were. It is definitely a testament to the way they run their business. Keep up the good work!

I decided to use A Glass Company from the great reviews on Google. I called and received a quote over the phone to replace my windshield. The price was well below Safelite and about average with other quotes. I made an appointment for the next morning and it was ready by noon. Overall, the entire process was very simple, quick and to the point. The staff were friendly and professional. The inside of the business was also clean and tidy.I do have one complaint though, and I try my best not to give poor reviews. Also, seeing that 90% of the reviews are good, maybe it was just a fluke, but important to note nonetheless. When I picked up the car, the windshield placement looked fine (from what a non experienced person could tell) but the inside dash had a layer of fine and semi-fine glass shards mixed with rubber debris. It was even inside my air vents so I couldnt turn on the air for fear that the glass particles would end up all over me. Also there were some on the floor and cup holders. I had to clean this up immediately once I got home. I wouldnt have minded so much if it was just plastic/rubber debris, because Ive come to expect when you have work done on your car, they leave a little mess, but this was glass and that is not acceptable.

I had a windshield chip repaired here. Took FOREVER! I could still see the entire chip/crack. The repair made absolutely no improvement.

Terrible! Took Keith a classic vehicle,a windshield, the rubber and trim. He said he could install the windshield, no problem. He installed everything & it was horrible looking! The rubber was all crimped and bunched up between the windshield and trim, the trim didnt match up at all and had black goop all over it! It was a complete mess! Took it back to him to try and get it fixed & he said he was finished with it. My husband called him and asked him what he could do about it, Keith laid the phone down and walked off! If you cant stand behind your work, you shouldnt be in business. We ALWAYS stand behind out work that we do at our shop! If our customer isnt happy, we fix it, even if we lose money. Its worth the customer being happy!

This is the first time I had to replace my windshield. I called for a quote, they had my glass ordered, and they said they could install it the next day. Excellent service, excellent quality, and great employees. Not to mention, this was the most reasonable price I could find for my Mazda 6 08. I highly recommend A+ to anyone! They can travel to the home just like Safelite for a better price.

A Glass Company was a lot cheaper than Safelite, so I was afraid that the aftermarket windshield I got was going to be of poor quality, but I was wrong. It looks better than the original. Im really happy with the work that was done. The waiting area had cable and comfortable recliners, so it made the wait while the windshield was setting up pretty comfortable. Keith was super friendly, and promised to do a good job even though I was a Gator and he was a Seminole. I usually cant trust Seminoles, but this guy did a great job and was much cheaper than I was expecting. I hope I never need another windshield again, but if I do, Ill be back.

The people that run this local shop are some of the best-qualified, nicest people around. Keith deserves special commendation for trying to work with the windshield manufacturers of a poorly made windshield that had been installed earlier.I have done an outcall service to my house when a tree branch fell on the windshield and gone in-store for windshield repair and have seen nothing but high-quality work and extremely knowledgeable technicians all for an extremely reasonable price.If they were a full-service shop, I would go nowhere else for any of my car related repairs or issues. These are the kind of people that you want to support and work with.

This place is insanely fast and effective. I walked in with a windshield crack and a chipped piece of glass where my rear view mirror came off. I expected to make an appointment, and they told me they could fix it right then. 20 minutes later, My rear view mirror is re glued and my glass is fixed. I could not recommend this place more. These people know what they are doing.

I needed to replace the windshield on my car after a tree branch cracked it. As I was not filing an insurance claim, I was eager to find someone who would do a top notch job and not have to pay dealership prices. I almost went with a nationally known auto glass company but found several positive reviews about A Glass Co. I was a bit astonished at how much cheaper he could do it, using quality parts. Glad I decided to give the local guy my business.Keith explained my options on the phone about what quality glass to use (I went with the OEM brand), and let me know we could go with the slower drying adhesive for a super strong seal. He did a great job, got it fixed at the shop in about 3 hours. I felt like if anything wasnt to my satisfaction, he would make it right. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Huntsville area.

Changed a windshield on my Mustang Convertible about half year ago. Service and quality are absolutely good. Price is affordable. Only one spot I can mention is small glass pieces left near gear shifter after unmounting rearview mirror. Guys, it will be better if youll remove them yourself!Anyway, still 5 stars.

I used A+ Glass Company for replacing the glass in my old MG B. Not only were they willing to work with me to source an OEM Triplex brand windshield rather than the cheap Chinese knockoff the insurance wanted me to install, but they did an outstanding job replacing all of the seals and gaskets in the windshield assembly. I have referred several people to A+ in the years since, and have heard nothing but good feedback from them as well. Highly recommended for everything automotive glass related.

This is the only place you should take your car for windshield repair! We previously used Safelite and could not have had a worse experience. This time around, we came here, and service was perfect. They scheduled the car quickly, got the dealer-only windshield overnight (Safelite needed a week), were respectful and professional. These people will do you right!

I got a couple of lower quotes from other companies but the Google reviews convinced me to choose A+. Glad I did. I arrived at the shop for the appointment and was leaving with my new windshield in about an hour. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Three to four months after being replaced, the windshield cracked starting at the very bottom where nothing could have hit it. It was cracked on the inside of the vehicle. I took it back to A+. After looking at it, they replaced the glass at absolutely no charge because the glass was defective when it was installed. It had a very small chip on the bottom edge and normal stress caused it to crack. A+ does great work and if there is a real problem with the product or the workmanship, they stand behind it. I cant recommend them highly enough. I will go back to A+ Glass Company for any and all of my auto glass needs.

I had A Glass come out and install a new windshield on my C3 Corvette. Keith was very prompt in arrival and got straight to work. After removing the old glass he showed me where the frame had some rust and then explained how I could repair it myself and even went so far as to tell me exactly how he would do it if it were in his shop. After repairing the rust I rescheduled for today- and Keith showed up again, cleaned the area, installed the new glass and chrome trim, and installed my new weatherstripping. I could not have asked for a better experience from him. I will be taking all of my cars to him from now on. It is not always easy to find places you can trust- but A Glass is one of them for me.

I recently had my windshield replaced by these guys, and it couldnt have been any better. -- Great price, great customer service, quality install, and now my 240sx is a much better car to look at without the eyesore of a smashed windshield.They installed new rubber sealing along the outside as well, which helps since the old molding was dried up garbage. Also, my old windshield was a replacement as well (not original Nissan) and was an inferior install to A Glass Companys replacement.Ive already put the car through its paces, out drifting in heavy rain, yet my new windshield is completely leak free -- even with all the added stresses that drifting adds by flexing the cars chassis.My ALFA insurance agent highly recommended these guys, and I understand why. I will undoubtedly give them my business again, and Ive recommended them to numerous friends.

I had an appointment at the competition (safelite) drove 45 minutes to the appt the next morning to be told that the replacement was damaged and could I come back that afternoon. I asked why I was not called to save a trip and was told lightly yes we should have. Asked about coming to me, but could not schedule it until sometime in the next week....as I left not happy of course I googled A1 talked to a very pleasant young lady who quickly gave a quote and told me they could come to me the very next morning. The tech called when he was on his way and when he arrived. Very professional and explained care. Very pleased! Will be calling very soon for the car windshield to be replaced. Absolutely terrible experience. I had my windshield replaced by them and had to be replaced again due to a defect in the replacement windshield and for excessive wind noise. The second install was worse than the first even though I was told it was going to be done properly this time and done by Keith himself. It was absolutely terrible. Any person could look at the seal and tell it was not right. It didnt even cover the glass all the way around. So now I have to have it replaced for the third time and pay for it to be done twice.I do NOT recommend going to A Glass Company and I will be sure to let anyone I know will know to stay away.

I looked into Safelite and they quoted me almost $500 to replace the windshield on my FJ Cruiser. I got a quote from A+ and they quoted me at over HALF the price of Safelite. They came out to my my house out in Madison the very next day I received the quote and replaced my windshield. The service was fantastic and I always love saving money. The owners of A Glass Company are the best in Huntsville and the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with including the state of Tennesse. Being a 3 time customer, they have replaced my previously poorly installed, and cracked winshield on my 2000 Chevy Silverado, as well as, both the front and rear OEM Lof glass and new old stoc trim on my 1967 Camaro, (Not the cheap Chinese Repro stuff). I was never once concerned whether they would do an A++ quality job on my Classic Camaro. I ordered a very, very expensive New front windshield with the original Date Code and the Lof Glass logo engraved on it. Also, I ordered new old stock, Original Stainless trim to put on both the front with the new windshield and they removed and replaced of the original back glass and trim. They were happy to get me right in and completely explained exactly the procedure for installation and using the correct sealant. The owners are the best and most humble people and they do better quality work than anyone! The one person who wrote a negative response on these folks has no idea what they are talking about and their post should not be given any credit whatsoever.Mark

I was yery pleased with the way they handle their walk-in customers,I walked in late friday afternoon ( 4:00 ) . Keith is very personable and treated me like family.I was suprised when he suggested a early morning ( 9:00 ) appointment on Saturday. I left my car over night and when I returned the following morning at10:00 the job was complete . the pricing was reasonable with no hidded charges . I highly recomend them .
