I was ordering tires to be installed on my car and was told they would arrive in a few days. After the tires arrived more than week later it was nearly impossible to figure out how to pick up the tires to get them installed. I was passed back and forth between departments over and over despite the tires already having been delivered. Extremely frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

The shop was closed at 4:30pm because they cannot find workers to keep it open.
If I could give them a zero I would the service is horrible. I was there for about two hours for them to change one tire.

Other than one millennial up front that didnt know how to address someone, I have no complaints. She wasnt exactly polite. I was in and out in less than an hour and had four new tires installed. The other 3 people including the tire tech were awesome. Id definitely use them again.
Angel at the service center is so helpful. She takes her time to explain exactly what you need.
Worthless. I went in to get a new tire mounted on the wheel. It was impossible to even get service. It took over an hour and then we realize they didn’t even give us the right tire. So, we had to wait over another hour and a half for them to correct the issue. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to wait days for the simplest of tasks to be done.
Went for a simple standard oil change, the guy looked under my hood, said I had an oil leak and told me he couldn’t touch it. I literally went down the block to a real auto service department and got an oil change with literally no problem. Either they don’t know what they’re talking about or they are just really lazy.
They will have you waiting forever for something as simple as an oil change. The manager has to do a lube audit on certain vehicles and they weren’t responding to their intercom page.
You have to walk into the garage and demand attention or else your get ignored. They need someone dedicated to checking in cars because right now everyone is too busy with what they are doing to acknowledge you.
I went into the auto center and was told it be a 5 hour wait. So I didnt get my oil done. I waited to the next weekend and decided I would call and ask before I came down there. I got the person on the phone and ask them. I was told that theyre not going to tell me how long the wait is because management said not to. I have two small boys and no one else to help. I cannot sit in Walmart for 5 hours with two little kids that are two and five.Come on Walmart. Why cant you tell me its an hour wait or two hour wait or if its 5 hours. If this is your idea to trick me to come to the store and buy something, it failed.
Took over an hour to do a simple oil change when only one other customer was there to the multiple employees. We pulled up and no one came out. Walked around to the door to find an employee on his phone who mumbled for us to pull up to another drive in. Lazy, incompetent employees.
They will do anything but work. Told me I had a leak and couldn’t do an oil change. Went to a different Walmart and they couldn’t even find a leak!!! They did the oil change for me. This Walmart is just lazy and gone down hill.

Horrible customer service!!! The employees dont even acknowledge you, I had to get out of my car to get someone to help me! The employees were rude and unprofessional..I will not be back!!
Pulled up in line for oil change, sign says please wait for attendant....so I wait will employees pass by and look at me. One guy who appeared to be in charge doesnt even acknowledge me......
