Ashley’s Garage has been a great place for me and my 2005 Mini Cooper. Jon and Mike aren’t just interested in making a buck but genuinely love cars. Go get your European car worked on by these guys and you should be happy.

Dropped of a mini cooper because it was losing water. Stayed almost 2 days. Had to call 3 times to finally get their idea on the problem. Said it was the thermostat but wouldnt know for sure until they did a pressure test. Said it was $867 for changing the thermostat. I told them it was too high I would go somewhere else. Daughter picked up the care and they charged $131 for diagnostics. I didnt sign any papers agreeing to that. Worst experience ever. Find another shop...anywhere and youll be more happy.

I moved here from Atlanta with a tuned BMW that was taken care of by an amazingly gifted individual. I was concerned that I would be able to find anything remotely close here. Word of mouth led me to Jon with Ashley Garage and from the first call, he took time to listen and let me know he really cared about quality and taking care of cars that need extra attention. After using him now for several services over the last 15,000 miles and seeing consistency in how he treats me and my car, he has earned my trust. I have no need to go elsewhere and am fully satisfied.

Without a doubt these guys are a top 3 shop in town for your European car. They have worked on mini coopers and volvos for me. Between Mike and John they can figure out any issue Ive had, even when the dealer couldnt.

The only garage I trust, with my vintage Mercedes. Mike is an expert across all the Mercedes chassis lines, new and old. They have the latest test equipment to diagnose and repair. Prices are very fair. Service is prompt and reliable. I highly recommend this shop for all maintenance, repairs, and warranty work.

Pretty sure I was overcharged for quite a few services after doing my own research. Not sure why front brakes were $800. But they did a great job on all the repairs. I just feel like they highjacked the prices on a few things.

Ashley garage are not professional ...manager refuse services because me and my wife did not want to all the service ....just a repair...manager gets mad and call my wife and told her he doesnt like dealing with third party meaning me her husband and called my wife told her he doesnt want to do the repair...the real reason is I seen he was over charging my wife for stuff she didnt want ...we dont need it right now, so I ask him to fix the main issue not all the other stuff, so he refuse to services our car...we will not recommend anybody to come to them....I thought the customer has the right to get what services he or she want not at ashley garage you pay for what Ashley wants you to have...

Great place to take your Land Rover. I had my Range Rover’s A/C fixed and had a few other things diagnosed here. They are very knowledgeable and have the latest Land Rover/Range Rover diagnostic tools. Honest guys. Glad I didn’t have to go to the dealer.

I had to get some work done on a Smart Car. The closest dealer is about 2 hours away (MB in town doesnt work on them for some reason). Ashleys was able to replace the AC compressor pretty quickly, and for significantly less than what the dealer wanted. We will definitely be coming back here.

Ashleys is under management and the improvements are significant. I had a charge pipe installed on my BMW Z4 and the quality of work, timeliness of completion and price were outstanding. If you visited Ashleys in the past it was a total wreck, with cars littering the parking lot. Under the new management the facilities are clean and very well maintained. They now store all vehicles in the shop at night so you can feel secure that your vehicle is protected. The owners were very well versed in European cars and had a thorough understanding of the job they were completing for me. They gave me guidance on future maintenance requirements and some potential problems that I needed to be aware of. Ashleys is significantly cheaper than Century and the work is comparable in quality. I would highly recommend.

Honest, knowledgeable, and realistic . They did not try to sell more services. They did not add unexpected charges. Diagnosis was accurate and repairs were accomplished guickly.

Almost worthless, took 2 days just to get a simple quote,and they were $300.00 more than the next quote I got,and the same price as the dealership.

I highly recommend this shop and the guys there! I took my BMW there after I was ripped off by another shop (won’t say the name) and wish I would’ve went to Ashley to start with. They have communicated every step with me and showed me all the options I had moving forward. Unfortunately my car did need a lot of work but they worked with me to make it affordable without cutting corners. The other shop I went to just put my car in the back and “worked” on it whenever they felt like it and never communicated what needed to be done or what they were doing. Even with Ashleys being as busy as they are they still got working on my car and had me a list of issues the next day. After this great experience I won’t ever go anywhere else to have my cars worked on! Definitely give these guys a chance to look at your car before you have work done anywhere else!!

I recently had a problem with my Air Conditioner(ML 350 Mercedes) I decided to take my car in to the Mercedes dealer in town.Mercedes had my car for two days and they still couldnt diagnose the problem, and The AC was still blowing hot air.A friend told me about this place in town called Ashley’s Garage, so I decided to take it there.They thoroughly inspected the car and finally found the diagnosis. I am very thankful I went there.Great Service and Staff.

I used to go but now the shop is under new management and it is horrible. I will never take any of my cars to this shop ever. I do not recommend this place for anyone!!! I also have a friend that takes there car there and parts of his car were taken off. My friend said the car was stripped inside and out to where the car is just scrap metal now. I do know that there is a POLICE INVESTIGATION against the owner and the shop right now! The police also told my friend this is not the first time this has happened under the New owner!

I had a great experience with John over my 06 S60 T5, we worked with each others schedules and driving my car is a night and day difference better now! It was hesitating and misfiring so bad I thought for sure I was going to need a new engine but he worked his magic and I couldnt be happier! Thank you guys so much for all of your help!

When it comes to having work done on my 2006 MINI Cooper, I go to Ashley Garage. They do quality work, will explain the situation, and is very reasonable with price. Dont judge a book by its cover. A tidy shop isnt working hard.

Mr. Ashley retired but the new owners are just as knowledgeable and a bit more organized. I had a recurring problem with my Volvo and they took the time to make it right. I highly recommend this to anyone needing work done on a European car. While I will miss my chats with Mr. Ashley who could (and would) opine at length on just about any subject under the sun, my experience with the new owners gives me great confidence in bringing my cars here for service.Aug 2018 Edit: A while back I brought in my 91 to get the temp gauge working again. After going over it, the shop called and said that the gauge itself was bad and that they dont make them any more. A new used cluster was going to be $200+ off of eBay. I told them I just needed to know if it was getting hot however they could accomplish it. They said they would look into it. I got a call the next day that it was ready and lo and behold they were able to incorporate a gauge from a similar model into the cluster and saved me a bunch of money!

The Yelp reviews for this shop are spot on. This place resembles a more of a junkyard rather than a serious auto repair shop--casualness runs deep here, too deep for any semblance of quality or professionalism. My car (a vintage BMW M3) was having trouble idling--Ashley is well known here for their expertise with old European makes so I arranged to have the car towed in on 4/2. When I arrived, I was told by the technician told me dont let David (the owner) know it isnt a priority or it will wind up in our boneyard. Mind you the shop is in complete disarray, multiple older Mercedes-Benzes and Volvos are littered around the building in disrepair, I should have run away right then, but my car was on a tow truck and I had little choice. A week later I called the owner who informed me they were still working on it. I advised them to give me a quote, and was told, they would see how deep they got and let me know. 2 days later, still hearing nothing, I contacted them again and was told they had replaced multiple parts. I was now facing a $1000 repair that I never authorized.In short, do yourself a favor and RUN dont walk from this place.
