Friendly staff and good service. Spoke with the owner Keith about my brakes and rotors going out on Tuesday dropped my car off Wednesday morning. My problem was solved.I second guess myself that morning cause the labor guys looked really young but Keith Assured me they do Quality work. Most honest repair shops Ive been around Keith is straight to the point and tells you not to waste money on repairs you dont need, also directed me to specialist on areas he cant perform at his shop. Great employees also.

I was very impressed with the work these guys did. They quoted me the repair price over the phone for a brake pad and rotor repair, and promptly fixed it same day. It really meant a lot to me that they openly talked pricing over the phone, and the quality of work they did was excellent. My brakes don’t screech anymore!One final thing. They’ll do a follow up call the day after a repair to make sure everything is still working as it should. I was impressed that they thought to check. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend Keith and his guys to anyone in a heartbeat! A couple of years ago I realized that my mechanic was completely ripping me off. I was in desperate need for one ASAP so I took it to the closet I could find. I have never once regretted this decision. Keith and his entire crew are wonderful. They take the time to figure out the issue correctly and what kind of fees youre looking at. He even tells you if he thinks something can wait awhile or if it really does need to be done right then. He has never tried to push me into getting anything that I do not truly need. I have called around after getting quotes from him just to see what others are saying and he is always more than fair with his pricing. Since I started going to Brakes Plus Ive recommended them to every single person that I know. I have 5 cars that hes worked on over the years so he definitely knows me by name. Not one person Ive sent there has ever been disappointed with their experience. He is probably the most honest and trustworthy mechanic and person I know.

Very honest and thorough diagnosis. They explained the problem and solution clearly. Charged very reasonable price. We are definitely going back here for any car issue.

Had some work done, what I had done was at a reasonable price, dropped it off, was done next day, no problem. Where I have a problem is, I was told I needed ball joints, 700 to 800 dollars. Decided to hold off til I got some money together. 6 months later, had a friend who was the service manager who was also the frontend man for the shop check them. My ball joints are fine. Ball joints do not get better with time and more miles. The work I had done before was good. If you have some specific work you need done they might be fine but I would get a second opinion on any work they suggest. Sorry guys, but facts are facts.

This place is AMAZING. They go out of their way to make sure they help in anyway they can, their prices are fair and you couldnt ask for better customer service. Its hard to find an honest mechanic to work on your vehicles that wont take advantage of you. But all the people their treat you like family. I have been going there since they opened and will take my vehicles no were else.

I recently had my brake pads changed out at Brakes Plus on a very busy Saturday afternoon. They were all super awesome in there, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was surprised at the end price in a good way - I felt like my car was very well taken care of and they kept me informed as to what was going on and where my car was in line. i am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them (they do a wide range of services, not just brakes). They will be our go-to guys for our vehicles!

These guys are fantastic. They have done all types of repair work and oil changes on my old Ford truck, Mercedes SLK55 AMG, E350. Its hard to find a good wrench turner you can trust. Was super happy to find Keith and his crew a couple of years ago. I highly recommend them!

Keith Machaund was extremely courteous and helpful. He went over and beyond to help retrieve our stranded vehicle, made the repair and then delivered the vehicle to us. The entire staff exhibited customer service of the highest degree. Rare to find these days.

You will not find a more honest or straight forward automotive repair shop in the area. We all know how difficult it is to find honest mechanics now days(unfortunately). This shop is guaranteed to impress. Especially if youve got a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I worked for Keith for nearly a year before I moved to Florida, and the fact that Im speaking so highly of him even after working for him speaks for itself. I would not recommend any other shop for good, honest, and fair work. I dare yall to find a better shop!

BRAKES PLUS ARE AWESOME They saved me $550+ and 3 hours. What happened is truely shameful and insulting.The guys at Oil Express tried to charge me $438 to change my front brakes, and another $437 for the back brakes. Then he says I uave to leave my vehicle there for 4hrs. I got mad. I have done my own brakes many of times. I was angry because they saw a female come in and tried to act stupid. I went to Advanced Auto and priced my parts. It was $147 for all the parts. Then I called Brakes Plus. My parts were going to be about the same $140-$150. I asked Brakes Plus what they would charge to put new brakes on my mini van and how long? It costed me $130, and in one hour I was driving off with the brakes done. He even checked my rotor disc, my pad clips, and checked my rear wiper where the nut/bolt had stripped on the arm. All of my vehicles are now only gonna see Brakes Plus, and I intend to find out what all Plus covers. They will be doing that to on my vehicles. I will be taking my company vehicles and my work vans also if Brakes Plus has the room and/or time.
