Tires originally purchased and fitted at this store. Took my car in with a flat that I was adding air to once a week for 3 weeks, I was going on a long drive and was worried. Was told they checked all 4 tires and nothing was wrong. 2 days later took it to dealership for service and they showed me a 2 inch nail stuck in that same tire I was worried about. Great work! The older man that works here was rude as could be to my partner when she arrived to a scheduled service. He constantly talked down to her. The younger gentleman here was a lot kinder and informative.

Oil change was $70..much more than dealership. Thought that to be a bit excessive. Good service, but a bit overpriced.

The staff was professional and courteous. They were not over energetic, but very informative. They gave a timeframe of 2 hrs and completed the job in one hour and 15 min. I love when ppl under promise, and over deliver. Its much better than the reverse. I bought a set of tires, and got a wheel alignment. Just took my hands off the wheel at 75mph to check, and the alignment and balance is superb. The only reason I subtracted a star is because an employee tried to convince me to purchase a product that was unnecessary. This to be expected from all automotive industry professionals.I am not rating them on price because I recieved a discount thru my insurance company. If money is a major factor, its always good to decide on prices for oneself. Depending on deals, distance, and difference in dollar amount price, our personal financial situation, the price may lead us to make different decisions when it comes to automotive.Overall this Goodyear is great at what they do. I probably would use them again.

Overall had a great experience, when I went to get a tire repaired/replaced. The guys there were very friendly and also gave me good explanations of what was going on with the car/tire and were helpful with identifying what would likely have to be addressed going forward. Also, I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes.

Over priced. Got a quote from another shop that was half the price. The people that work here are dumber than a box of rocks.

Super Customer Service! We bought a brand new car last weekend. Today got a flat...the dealer wouldnt do anything about it, so I drove over to Goodyear. They immediately brought the car in, patched the tire, reinstalled the tire and replaced the spare, jack, and tools in place...WITHOUT CHARGE!!! $0.00I will definitely be purchasing my tires from these guys in the future!

From the website to this local installer, the entire seamless process was fantastic! I bought them online for an amazing price and had them shipped to this installer for free. I paid all the installation charges with my online purchase, and there were no surprise fees from this installer. Ken was so professional and friendly! I dropped my truck off in the morning and came back after work to find my truck looking sexy with its new shoes! Ken and crew called me with the appropriate questions, suggestions, and updates to ensure proper customer care and communication. Upon inspection of my truck, there were no scratches or nicks on the wheels - even found out they hand torque every lug nut to ensure quality. I know we live in a world where stuff happens, and I can say Im very happy that Goodyear makes more effort than Ive seen in a while to prevent it. Hats off to this team today!

Went to this location during my lunch break for an oil change. #1 because its close to my work and #2 because I had a coupon! Service was fast, friendly and very convenient. I was updated a couple times, they checked my brakes and notated that I need a new air filter(soon!). I will definitely be back to them!

I travel 3 weeks a month in my job with a Childrens Psychiatric Hospital in Virginia. I come to Huntsville AL. every 5 weeks. On the way to Huntsville AL from my home in Atlanta GA this week my back right tire blew out on me. AAA came and changed my tire but I did not have time to get a new tire in Atlanta. So, I had to drive to Huntsville on my spare time scared to death it would also go out on me. I went to several different tires stores but they did not have the tire I needed. I found this Good Year location online and called the shop. Ken Crowson is the store manager and I knew just by speaking with him this is who I wanted to do business with. Not only did he have the tire I needed but he encouraged me to go ahead, come in and have them install my new tire. When I got there I was welcomed with open arms and right away established a friendship with Ken. I knew by my conversation with him and now meeting him that I was in good hands. He had the team here install my new tire and also had them change my oil. I was in and out within 30 minutes and was blown away at how nice I had been treated. It is tough traveling and when I meet good people it means so much to me. It was great making a new friend today with Ken and I know where I will always come to for any work I need on my car. Took both my vehicles here for tire rotations, at different times both came out with the same looking piece of metal in the tire, in the same spot! Too close to the sidewall to patch or plug! But theyd definitely sell me a mismatched tire, or if I want matching tires, they would sell me a set at a really good deal! 🤔

Just needed my tire pressure checked as the infamous tire pressure light came on. They had me pull the car in, checked and aired up all four tires and I was on my way. Courteous service at no charge & this senior citizen appreciated that very much.

Sell Goodyear tires they refuse to service because size will not fit their machine. Also guy on the inside was super rude. When questioned why they would sell tires they cannot service he would not answer. There are other places in town with specialized equipment and better services for better prices. Will not use them again.

Do not go here! I took my old truck in for some vibrations and looseness in the front end. They estimated my repairs for $900. They said I needed a new right upper ball joint, new brakes, new rotors, flush brake fluid, re pack wheel bearings, and a new serpentine belt. I decided to do the work myself, with my buddy (former dealership mechanic). Well almost everything they told me was false:1. Brake pads were well within limits. Front rotors were fine. I did have to replace the rear rotors. And of course the brake fluid is ok, not great, but ok.2. Both upper ball joints were fine. But both LOWER ball joints were bad and required replacement.3. The bearings looked ok grease wise, but I noticed some wear on the races so I replaced those. Sure they wouldnt have known this without tearing them down, but still.4. The serpentine belt is fine. There is a small amount of wear on the edge, about an inch long. No cracking and no squealing. Definitely not replacement criteria.So I felt as though they were just racking up the dollars on me. No wonder there was not another car in the place during lunch on a beautiful day. Its hard to find an honest garage, but this is not it. Take your money elsewhere.
