Poor communication, expectations missed. Vehicle brought in for a brake recall. Brakes felt great when brought in; now we have a low pedal that makes noise, and reduced stopping performance. Bringing it to an independent shop to be checked because I have lost faith in this service department.
Just had a repair on a new ranger where the back seat would not latch back in place after letting down. A shade tree mechanic could of pulled out a knife and cut the stops better. Will be coming back and voicing my disgust
We dropped our car off to be worked into service for a slipping brake issue. It took ten days to get a response, which is fine, we knew it may take awhile. Upon diagnosing the car (abs pump wasn’t building sufficient pressure) the service adviser contacted me back with a diagnosis and charges. I inquired if the repair was covered under warranty to which she lied to me and old me it was not. Now mind you, the specific repair was listed in the warranty as covered. If they were going to lie about warranty, at least pick a repair not listed. It’s service advisers like these that give all service a bad name. I’ve worked as a chevy service adviser for six years and will do anything to do right by a customer, where advisers like these obviously will not. Of course they still charged the $95 diag fee while gleefully screwing me over.
This is my first Ford vehicle. Love the car, nice facility, great people....BUT: on last week of September I came in with an airbag light problem, next available scheduled service time: December 31st !!!!! Are you kidding me???? They are willing to squeeze me in but have to leave the car there for several days. Not cool. I expected better response time. I will have to drive to Decatur or Athens, maybe their service department is more responsive.
Nice staff. However the service is quite slow, and unexpectedly expensive. The original estimate for my service was $75. Then they called to suggest $400 more in service. Upon pickup of my car, it was a total of $700.
They have a clean facility and friendly staff, however they seem to put individual customers ahead of business clients. When something as simple as tire replacement typically takes just a day or two for the individual client, it can take more than 2 weeks for a business client.
Best dealer staff around. Hands down
My salesman Adam Pinkey was the 2nd best I worked with and I had been car shopping for several weeks.
Woody Anderson is where my family trusts
Decent for a dealership
Friendly staff, clean facility, fixed correctly the first time
Fast a1
Great:)
Love IT
