I called this place and the guy was so nice told me to bring my truck by and would check it for free just the right timing for this had no luck with this truck that was sold to me as a lemon

Made call just for information and he treated me like I was a regular customer. I will use his services.

Great place to get work done and professional staff

I can not speak enough praise for this company. When I first had to go to them, it was a year or two back. I had driven out to Huntsville from Houston, Texas to visit my now wife and along the way my car began having issues.I, like many others, tried to repair it myself but something still wasnt working quite right. When I took my car to them, they were able to quickly identify the cause of the issue and did not overcharge for the minor work that was needed. (Bleeding air).When a friend needed transmission work when she was in town, I sent her to that shop as well. The work she needed was much more comprehensive, but their prices were still reasonable and their work done quickly.

I have had three transmissions rebuilt here. All were done to my satisfaction. I am skeptical of the bad reviews on Google. Check Angies list. Out of 29 ratings there Professional Transmission has 28 As and one B rating...

Joe and his staff are there to get you back on the road, he has experience and knowledge to fix your transmission, he is open and honest, and willing to help you, the felling of confidence, is one of the side effects when you pull away from his shop!

I took my wife car to them to rebuild the transmission. I had to take it back three (3) times in less than six (6) months for them to fix their own mess. Finally, I took it to another shop and they had to rebuild the whole transmission. I asked for my money back but they refused so I took them to court and won. Yet they still refused to pay so I have to take them back to court in order for the court to force them to pay.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Would not Recommend this shop to work on my bicycle .
