BEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I broke down at 9:00pm one night and live 45 min away so I did not know any mechanics in this area. I went on and found Trey and after reading all of the amazing reviews posted about him and his shop was very comfortable leaving it here. I was taken such good care of, he called me and updated me on how things were going and was very timely in getting repairs done. He always answered the phone and called me to update me and that is not normal for most mechanics. I have been to good mechanics but never one that treats customers with this level of care and is this proactive in just picking up the phone and giving a simple update and always answering when I call. He also went a step above and fixed a few minor things that I did not even ask him to fix for no charge. If you are looking for a great mechanic, fast service, and a reasonable price I highly recommend this shop.

The signage isn’t very good so it’s hard to see from the parkway, but it’s worth the search! I literally did 4 U turned before I found it! Look for the colorful sign for the archery shop and pull past the building into the back - it’s a huge lot/warehouse/autobay.Service wise it was friendly, fast, easy AND affordable.Great work!

Before I brought my vehicle to Bowen Automotive, a previous mechanic had it for over a month and didnt give me any updates, etc. Finally, I found Bowen Automotive and read the reviews. Im so glad I did. I dropped it off on Tuesday after they closed. Wednesday morning got a call and they already knew the issue. Got another call saying they found the part. Then the 3rd call was to say my vehicle was fixed and ready to go! So less than 24 hours had gone by and it was finished!The work ethic and professionalism and courtesy that I experienced was above and beyond. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here!! Seems like a genuinely honest mechanic and a good guy. Got the work done in a very reasonable amount of time. I was in need of a solid and friable mechanic and a family friend pointed me to Bowen. He replaced the power steering hose on my girlfriends Nissan Maxima. I was quoted anywhere from $400 - $900. Here I payed $322. I will definitely be coming back for any work my girlfriend or I need in the future!

Fast, outstanding service! Brought in my son’s ‘97 4Runner because it was running rough. Trey got to it quickly, checked all the issues I reported and called me back promptly to advise that I take the SUV to Worth Exhaust because the problem was my catalytic converter and Worth would be able to do it faster and cheaper! I did, they did (1.5 hrs), and Bowen just won my business!

I was referred here by a neighboring shop by phone after an emergency disablement of my vintage specialty vehicle. I found Trey to be knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. Trey seems pretty cool. The Email system used needs improvement. As of writing, Trey is the only mechanic working here, so the turnaround time may suffer, but the quality of work done is great as he owns the shop. I Had my 2009 GMC Yukon at the dealership 4 times for a miss and every time, after a few days of them having it, it was something different. Every time I paid to have it fixed but it never was. Took it to Trey at Bowen Automotive and he nailed it down the first day in a few hours after dropping it off. Unfortunately I needed an engine but he had my truck back to me in 3 days running like new and I couldnt be happier.

Trey is honest and will find the problem. Got my brake pads on in a hour or less then later replaced my back rotors when one was cracked making a noise.His prices are fair!
