I scheduled to take my car here today for a diagnosis due to overheating issues. Rick got right on it and called me back with the diagnosis and quoted me a price for the repairs. They replaced my waterpump the same day. I recommend this place to anyone needing quick and affordable service.

At 250,000 miles, Ive had my old truck at Griggs plenty of times and they are always quick and professional. Rick and Rob are easy to talk to and honest about what needs to be fixed. They have given me a ride to and from the shop to my office a couple times when I left my truck with them for the day. No one likes paying for repairs but when you dont have a choice, Griggs will help you get back on the road safely and as cost efficient as possible. Thanks guys!

I had a very positive experience dealing with Griggs Automotive Inc. They promptly figured out the problem I was having with my SUV and fixed it. I was told to let them know if the repair work did not solve the problem and they would try something else, but there was no need. When I left my SUV with them they provided a ride to my office and also a ride back to their shop which was very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them whenever I need work done on my SUV.

Worst experience i habe ever had at any shop. They refused to work on my vehicle because i questioned the cost of labor and parts which i thought was high. I have never seen an attitude like this. If i would have known i was speaking to the Queen of England, I wouldnt have dared to question the cost of parts amd labor in tje quote. I would strongly reccommend staying away from this place.

Misdiagnosed the problem with my car and looked at me crazy when I said something was wrong with the fuel injection system. Now Im sitting on the side of the road and my car isnt starting correctly, even with the all clear from them.
