The young man who helped us was very happy to help, however upon learning what I wanted to spend and knowing I was spending cash he continually attempted to suggest things outside my budget. I ever up going down the street to Honda to purchase a vehicle instead. I really do regret that the sales guy didnt show me in the price range I had already decided to purchase. After leaving I checked the online stock and it appears as if they did indeed have a few vehicles at the purchase point and budget I desired. The young man just never showed them to me. Of course that is according to the online used catalog. He just desired to seek me what he wanted to sell and not what I wanted to purchase. His loss.
I made an appointment 3 weeks ago. When I get there I am told it will be 3-4 hours? And no shuttle? Then 4 hours later when I pick it up they didnt charge for oil or list what oil they put in. And nobody knew?? They asked if I brought my own oil?? Worst kia I have ever been to.
J.C. was amazing. He helped us find the car we had been looking at for a while but were not able to get reached back on. He had us test drive and we had an awesome chat while we drove around. Bought a vehicle Nov. 2020 added the 2 year powertrain warranty. Month later notice it was low on oil. I continued to check oil.Yep, Vehicle is burning oil. Kia did a 1000 mile oil consumption test and said everything is okay. 1000 miles later dip stick oil is on L and 2,800 miles left until next oil change. Ive called to speak with service management, left messages and never received a call. I cant get mamager on the phone. Theyre all busy every time I call. Horrible dealership. I will be contacting an attorney.

Theyre very kind, fast and efficient. Always check for a coupon online for oil change or tire rotations, they almost always have one!

This is one of the most aggravating, frustrating experiences I’ve had in a longgg time! I took my car to Kia because my air wasn’t working they kept my car for a day and a half. I got my car back the air was working fine. I didn’t pay anything. About a week later I went back in for my follow up appointment because I was informed to bring the car back so they could check my Freon levels. I took the car back and the rep that car up to me informed me it would be 139.00 for a diagnostic reading. I got upset because if you charge to do a diagnostic reading why wasn’t that service performed the first time. I ended up getting a phone call back from a guy named Jaizon, that apologized about my previous encounter with the pricing and he informed me I wasn’t supposed to pay anything for the diagnostic fee. I took my car back to the dealership and left it. A few hours later I get a phone call from a totally difference representative that tells me I’m going to have to pay 280 dollars for them to figure out what’s wrong with my car. I informed them to have my car ready for me to pick it up then five minutes later the same rep called me back and stated they would knock 100 dollars off of the 280 to make it 170 for the diagnostic fee. I’ve gotten literally four prices for simply finding out what’s wrong with my car. I’ve wasted my time, and gas by making trips up there that was a complete waste of time! I’ve gotten more lies and inaccuracy from this company than any other company in Huntsville thus far. And I’ve only been in Huntsville about 2 years. They will NEVER have to worry about me bringing my car there again. That’s for sure! Giving them one star is too much credit, I wish I could remove it too!!! If you thinking about going DONT DO IT!!!
I chose to communicate via chat in my search for a new vehicle. Corwin setup a test drive with me for the Stinger GT. I was greeted by Pauley when I arrived and he agreed to have Corwin come out to assist me. Corwin then advised Pauley would be assisting me further. Pauley was a very pleasant guy and gave me all the info needed to decide on a vehicle. I took the K5 home for a day. Both vehicles are very nice and I’ll be back for one. Again, Pauley was an amazing salesman and responded very quickly whenever I asked of him.
Mr. Pauley was very professional, courteous, and also very prompt on any issues that I had with the vehicle, i diffently would recommend him to someone. Hes a excellent salesman, u want be disappointed!!

KIA of Huntsville has had my 2016 (with less than 70,000 miles) Kia Sorento for 20 days now to fix a sun roof issue... not once have I been contacted about the status.I received 4 emails about my service appointment but nothing now that they have my vehicle. I have called numerous times trying to find out what is taking so long since my car is covered under the warranty that I purchased when I brought the car from Kia of Huntsville. Charlie Musick is the advisor and said he would return my call all 4 times but not once has he called to let me know the situation. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE DUE TO THAT FACT IF SOMETHING TARES UP (EVEN AS SIMPLE AS THE SUN ROOF) IT TAKES OVER 3 WEEKS TO FIX IT!
