Spent $190 to OBS installed & speedometer.Wire was loose and OBS light wouldnt go off.Went back for what they said was a 5 minute repair & they claimed they need a lift to fix it which I dropped car off at 8am and they wasnt even working on it at 4 pm. I tried calling them and got hung up on so when I drove up there they were all laying around on couches doing nothing. The guy was rude and the mechanic didnt even know where he had put the keys at. Finally got my keys and just took my car home because they were very unprofessional. Now we will have to go to another mechanic to fix what they messed up. I wouldnt recommend this shop for even a oil change.

I had a blow out and had to walk the tire there i Google place it said it was open when I arrived after walking miles they where closed so I had to walk to firestone which was another couple miles away

These guys take forever to complete the job and do a poor job of putting it back together properly. My wifes car had the alternator replaced and they left the battery just loose in the tray and instead of hooking up the positive lead to the alternator they simply wedged it in place so that it would drive for a little while before the wire popped off. Please use someone else.

DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have never left a bad review for anything but I HAD to for this place. Just know that they will work on other things that they find wrong with the car without getting permission and charging you for it! I went in for a specific problem and they did a number of other fixes on the car that I never gave the okay for and expected me to pay double what they originally charged. Then I took the car back because the check engine light came back on so technically they never fixed what I played for. They promised to take care of it and when I went to pick it up the 2nd time they charged me AGAIN! I was told they would take care if it but they didnt. My check engine light came back on the next day and now I am completely broke. Please safe yourself money and the stress and DO NOT GO HERE

I had an emergency flat tire. Instead of making me wait like lots of garages the owner came from behind his counter and fixed my tire and I was on my trip. I will repay his kindness when I get my next set of tires.

If youve been here recently, say in the last three or four months- check your catalitic converter. Its probably not there anymore.

Owner is a liar and a theft. My bf worked there for 5 months and in those 5 months we both heard him over charging customers and telling them that it would take a week or longer to complete when it would only need minor things. Would tell customers more things were wrong to get more money. We have recordings of the old man. Terrible person. Then goes to church every Sunday like thats going to save his soul. Smh sick and twisted man. Do NOT GO HERE! Youll regret it if you do.

Because i work their and we do everything we can to ensure the Drivers safty and proper operating machine whatever automobile it may be we more than likely can fix it

Although the work done at this E&E location is acceptable, the customer service aspect is severely lacking. Today, I left my keys and car with them just after lunch, left then with my phone number and a quote from them advising that the job would take only a couple of hours. I returned a few hours later only to find the shop had closed up early - more than thirty minutes early- with no notice, no notification regarding my car and its status, and with my keys locked inside the building. I had to arrange transportation while waiting in the winter air because they choose not make one single phone call. Very displeased. Will not use this business again.

Just picked up my car, early to say 5 star but to this point there have been no surprise charges as are common at other service providers. I was treated well and all services were as explained during initial estimate. This is a shop I will return to!

They are awesome here. Went to a place around town that was quoting me $1300 for a false fix. These people charged me $600 . Thanks for saving me $800!! I will be a forever customer, and I will refer everyone I know to you!

Not usually one to leave a review especially a bad one, but in this case I have to. I took my car in ti have a radiator replaced, once there i was told a day later that the thermostat should be replaced. Bought a new thermostat and the next day i was told that the housing for the thermostat needs to be replaced. I take that and they said they couldnt put the part matched thermostat on my car then couldnt put the old one back on. After coming up pn a Saturday and sitting in the dollar general accross the street i saw people sitting and eating chips hanging out(maybe they were on break idk) once they saw me in the other parkinglot they moved my car behind the shop(adter walking around it constantly) i wqs told vy the older gentleman that he would go to fix it himself and he wanted to let the sealant cure for a day. I called agead and they said it was done so I picked it up Monday qfter it being there for a week and didnt make it to lily flag dr before it ran hot again. So i have to take it to another shop and they also didnt put the bolts back on my engine cover. I was told to bring the car back because they dont know the size of the bolts.

These folks are great at giving you the repairs you need at very reasonable prices with no up-selling. Most complaints are coming from people that dont seem to understand that the real world requires tradeoffs.

One of my tires was losing air so I went to see E&E Service Center around 7:30 AM. The gentlemen was kind of enough to see me so early in the morning and I was in and out within 20 minutes. He patched up my air, gave it some air and charged me only $15.I dont know the rate of these repairs but $15 seemed fair to me, especially for an emergency.

Ralph always does me right. I have used his services for years. Someone complained about him closing early one day. He got real sick and went to the hospital about that time so cut him some slack.
