Im picky its hard to please me w a hair stylist NOT HERE ITS CLEAN ORGANIZED EASY TO GET APPOINTMENT THE MOST PHENOMENAL STYLISTS WHITNEY AND KRISTA ARE TWO OF THE NICEST HUMANS IVE EVER MET!!!! I HAD WHITNEY FOR A STRONG HIGHLIGHTS AND UNDERNEATH I HAD DONE COLORS OF THE 🌈 THAT I COUPDNT GET OUT SHE WAS AMAZING I HAVE A REDISH BURGUNDY UNDERNEATH AND YOUD NEVER KNOWN I HAD BEFORE DARK BLUE !! SO AMAZING I EVEN LET HER TRIM AND DO BANGS I TRUST THESE LADIES 100% THEYRE GOING TO TRIM MY 6YR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER S HAIR AND DO A BOB ON MY MOM I JUST KNOW THEY PUT SO MUCH INTO SATISFACTION THEY LISTEN AND COMMUNICATE AND DO EXACTLY AS YOU ASK!!!! THANK YOU LADIES YOU ROCK!!!!

Jane is phenomenal! Ive been several times now, for both myself and my granddaughter - I never leave disappointed.

I went somewhere else to get my haircut and the cut was so bad I was afraid that I’d have to get my hair cut another few inches shorter. Jane managed to salvage my hair, gave me styling tips, and really did an amazing job with it. I will definitely be returning

Sabrina has done my hair the last 3x. This women not only can color beautifully and select a new style that went with my face shape she is also hilarious. This was a great few times to get out of the house and be pampered without my children and she made it very fun. Will be coming back for touch up color soon!!!

Very reasonable prices, amazing stylist, even better workers. They pride themselves in great customer service! The customer service here is beyond great!!! One of the sales associate helped me out and answered all of my questions on the products! I have gotten my hair washed and styled and everything was refreshing😊

This place will mess you up worst place I have ever been!!! Most unprofessional employees Ive ever seen!! I went in on a Saturday at 4pm for a partial highlight And low light, I showed the employee a picture of what i wanted, and she said no problem, I also asked her if she could get it done in 3 hours bc I had tickets to a hockey game, 4 in a half hours later I walked out with grey and silver hair that was falling out! She told me to come back the next day and speak to a manager and they would fix it at no charge! Came back the next day there was not a manager in sight but there was a girl who knew I was coming I guess, who took me straight back to try and fix it, she asked me for the same photo I showed the first girl and said she could fix it! Well 3 in a half hours later I walked out with almost black hair when I originally started out blonde and just wanted a couple low lights and highlights, she had the nerve to ask me for compensation. I absolutely refused shocked! They would even have the audacity to ask me considering everything I had went through. Then after leaving I started getting harassing phone calls saying they would have a warrant out for my arrest!! Lol these people are unbelievable!!!💯

I asked if there was a wait today, while we were in Parkway Place. I was told no, so I wanted a blow out. I was told They dont do that, I ask the girl to repeat herself, because I thought I had misunderstood. She then said we have one stylist and he doesnt do that What type of stylist or Salon doesnt offer blowouts?

Wife went there. Dunno. She had no complaints.
