This place is great if you have infinity money. However, for us simple college students, everything is a bit overpriced. You CAN get a great deal on some things though, if you can find the deals in the two clearance racks.

Had a bad experience selling my books back today. There was a young in front of me selling his book as well. The clerk Beth scanned his books told him his prices, which the young man received over 50 dollars for each book and told him to go out up his money. His sum was around 290. Well when Beth received my books, she started checking my books thoroughly, stating she was checking for water damage. Which previously she didnt check the young mans books as thoroughly as she did my books. As she scanned my books she quoted me prices under 50 dollars for each book except one. She quoted me 27.00 for a 125.00 book that was still in the wrapper. When I questioned her about the prices she stated she was not buying it back for the store but for a company. Also she didnt need the books for the fall. So, I clarified she will not be using the books for the fall, she stated Maybe but like I said I am not buying the books back for the store. This didnt sound right. She gave me 149.25 for 4 books. Which on the sign in front of the book store stated you will recieve 50% of what you paid for the book. I took the money and walked to my car. I thought about how Beth treated me differently than the young man in regards to sell prices and checking my books. So, I returned the money and received my books back. I also informed Beth of her unfair tactics. She said my perception was wrong. She stated she checked my books because the were slightly bent at the ends. Paperback books ends will be slightly bent. I brought the book with the ends slightly bent but yall charged me outrageous prices for the books. It amazing how people will treat differently when they have the wrong perception of you.
