Went here last minute to get Halloween masks for my kids. And it was a success. Wanted Michale Meyers but they were sold out. Great staff, clean store, great place to ho for all your birthday needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I bought my Halloween makeup and costumes there the day before Halloween. No one said anything to me about final sale, no returns, NOTHING. We weren’t able to trick r treat due to an emergency and now I’m stuck with over $100 worth of stuff I can’t use as it was for my kids that these items won’t fit next year. It’s ridiculous. Not to mention when I did go the line was ridiculously long and not moving, and no one could direct me to the right spot for anything. Every thing was every where to top it off so it was way to chaotic, I won’t be shopping here ever again!

Ana was amazing. She helped me with my balloon arrangement for my parents anniversary. She was kind and extremely helpful. She made my experience at Party City a great one.

I brought my own balloons in to use their helium fill service. There was an extremely long and slow moving line (understandable since they are low staffed) but the checkout process was slow even when it was my turn. They said it would take 2 hrs to fill my balloons since they were backed up so I asked to pick them up first thing in the morning. They stated that I can come in at 10:30am to pick them up. The next morning came and I walk up to the door to see that they don’t open until 11am. I see an employee inside and tried calling the store multiple times but they ignored me. When they opened at 11 and I went in to tell them that I was there for my 10:30am scheduled pickup they had nothing to say. No apologies, nothing to try to make it right. I expected at least some kind of kindness or an apology. At least the balloons were blown up correctly. One star for that.

They don’t open until 11 on Saturday. I know they missed 3 customers in the 30 seconds that I stopped by at 10 this morning. I’m sure they miss a lot of customers by opening so late on a popular birthday party day.

The workers were nice and helpful. There were a lot of items available, but there were several empty shelves too.

We went to Party City on a Wednesday evening and they were not busy at all. They do require you to wear a mask. The employees were very nice and helped us with the things we needed.

Long lines for check out (only 1 cashier working), the stock of the store was down and was unable to get several things needed and wanted for my sons party. Jones Valley store was the same way. I can see why people shop Amazon!

Having to pay for balloons you already bought, because you don’t keep the receipt from another store…that’s completely ludicrous. Thankfully another employee helped us out and just charged for the helium, but if double-paying for balloons already purchased at an earlier date is normal policy, we won’t be back.

One cashier took 20 minutes per person. No other cashier open.

Drove by to see their employees shredding up costumes out back. Wasteful corporation. Either donate or let the pickers donate it. Sad sad world.

This particular store has problems with following specific detailed instructions from customers request. My daughters first birthday is today and my wife and I went to the store the day before and left detailed instructions for balloons and colors. We show up to pick up balloons before the party and of course nothin is as it should be. No phone call to let us know they didn’t have some of the specifics. I will not be shopping at this party city anymore and will be calling the corporate office and filing a complaint about the incompetence of the store manager to handle such a minute problem that could have been avoided. This review is kept very p.c. as I am extremely upset for my daughters first birthday to be screwed up.

I ordered graduation supplies online then I went to this store to have all the balloons inflated on graduation day. I was told my balloons needed to be in quarantine for 24 hrs, I was never sent a packing slip so I couldn’t return them either. I left and bought balloons at Michaels. I contacted someone online who finally got me a receipt, I tried to do a return today. This time they looked my order up I didn’t even need my emailed receipt but was told it’s past the 40 days I only get store credit. I don’t want to shop this store again why would I want store credit! The manager told me that I never would have been told my balloons couldn’t be filled. Worst customer service by far. She didn’t even try to make it right.

Visited this location and customers did not have on mask while shopping. Employees acted as if they didnt see the couple walking around. We are in a pandemic and this company management and employees should be enforcing the state mandatory mask order issued by the governor...Aslo myself and my wife were watched more I guess because of our race. Everytime I looked up the lady behind the counter was watching us and offered no help at all.

Honestly I suggest you buy your party supplies somewhere else. I went in to get 4 balloons blown up because they don’t sell this type of theme. They asked, “where did you get them?” I said Amazon. The associate refused to fill them because of “COVID” more like laziness. I would have paid the fee to normally fill them. They had never been opened and were in sealed packaging. Terrible place. I suggest going to PartyWow in Florence (worth the drive) or Amazon. Didn’t Party city apply for bankruptcy recently? Soon they will be closed, amazon will ruin them.

I was in a mad dash trying to decorate for my 5 year olds “Elf on the Shelf” themed birthday party in AUGUST!! Of course that’s not a theme but Party City made it so much easier to throw red and green decorations together. My go to place for parties

Did not like this store. They had very bare minimum options and prices were insanely high....

I called the store to ask if they had item in the store the black girl told me that they had some in. I told her that I didnt want to drive all the way down there and they did not have any in. I also asked for a manager she told me that she was busy. So I get all they way there they didnt have any in. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager handle the issue she was very good. The black could have just said that they didnt have any in beside saying they did and they didnt.

Fun store with some cool Halloween decorations. Nice selection of costumes. We only go here in October for the Halloween stuff, but they have a huge selection of party items for birthdays and all major holidays.

I had to get balloons Friday 9Nov at 2pm for my daughters party 10Nov. Her party was before the store opened. Both ladies that helped me emphasized their balloons only lasted 6-8hrs. So I purchased this extra coating to keep them inflated longer. Out of 12 balloons only one latex balloon has deflated and it’s 16Nov! I realize you can find balloons cheaper than elsewhere, but these latex balloons have lasted 7 days! They were very friendly and honest about their products.

This location can get a little crowded, and can be out of items during peak holidays, but that is to be expected. The customer service is always great, and they are quick to tell you what is or isnt available.

Nice selection of costumes. Very misleading sale prices. Sign says “Halloween Clearance Event up to 75% off” but no items are marked for their clearance price. You have no idea what the total is going to be until you get to the register. Manager was not very friendly.

Had everything I needed for graduation as always. The staff was a little busy and took a bit to check me out while the others did other things instead of helping at the register. But party city is always my go to.

I went in for some balloons for my moms birthday and they were low on helium so I had to wait for them to change the tanks for about 10 minutes. The waiting part didnt bother because I understand those things happen, but while I was waiting a was subjected to listening to the associates gossip about each other and I felt like that was unprofessional.. I gave them an average review because they got the job done and the associates were pleasant toward me, just not each other.

The store has lots of different crafty things. They have confetti of all different styles, Halloween costumes, party poppers, Mardi gras beads, plates and cups, birthday party balloons, masks, and streamers! Lots to choose from and cashier was very nice. Very clean and organized place.

Good place to shop for party accessories. I met the Mgr.,K..very swert person. I had a not so goid experience one time, and it was taken care of. Other than that, i love shopping here..

Went for tableclothes for a dinner someone was having after a funeral. The Cashier checked me out finally after waiting in line for 15 minutes. She asked for my email which took her another 5 minutes to put in, and apparently she still gets in wrong. I ended up losing my receipt (whoch was totally my fault) go to return 2 of the items I bought, so they looked for my receipt under my email and what do you know, no transaction for that product. I couldnt return, had to do a store credit that I will probably never use. All the rude manager (which remembered me when I came in that day) could say was Im sorry thats all we can do. If you take the time to get email info at least put it in correctly.

Busiest time of the year here and this store is moving things along. They have a system.

Went in to pick up on line order, took manager forever to come to the front so I could pay for the order. Would have been quicker to just go in and buy then order online and wait, took over twenty minutes waiting.

Of course, insanely busy during the halloween season. However, that considered, it was very well stocked even at peak times.

I ordered 30 balloons and they were ready on time, but when I came to pick them up I stood for 10 minutes straight and watched 5 employees look me in my face and never ask if I needed help. Finally, when I was asked there was an attitude from the employee about the balloons being ready behind me. Yes I should have seen them right there but I was not told beforehand I could just grab them and go. Its Halloween time so Im assuming thats why they were busy but customer service here needs so revamping.

Every time I have asked for help finding something the staff has said they dont carry it or out of stock and after searching for it, its on the shelf. You would think the staff would be more helpful. Ive given up asking for anything and try to shop elsewhere

Ordered balloons online a week in advanced for Valentine’s Day so i can pick them up in store for the 14th. Noticed in an email it stated order was ready for pick up on Sunday but the inflated order would be ready for the 14th which was yesterday so I didn’t think anything of it. Went to pick up the order on yesterday and one of my balloons had been sold and i was told they had been inflated for a week but clearly the inflated date was set for the 14th. Thankfully, a young lady who figured this was in error had set an extra balloon on the side since they were all sold out. I always use this party city and just to sell part of someone else’s order is unprofessional. They were all Valentine’s Day products so why would i need this completed a week ahead of time. The online and store systems need to be in sync.
