I went in to buy a 2018 Subaru Outback I had been shopping for. I first inquired online and received a call back from Tatiana and she confirmed the Subaru was still available and set me up with an appointment. The next day I received a call from Daniel, one of the managers and told me to ask for him when I arrived. We my wife and I got there, the Outback was out front and ready for a test drive. Daniel hooked us up with one of his salesmen, also named Daniel, and he went with us on the test drive. He then handled the sales details. You can look at fair market value of their vehicles and they mark them well over the value. Stay away from these price gougers. They also give replies to their negative reviews as if they’re not true.

Once again in many of years Ive had to stop at this location for unscheduled repairs and was received with welcome arms repairs were done and the time promise for completion was wonderful parts department is very understanding and willing to go that extra step for you combined with the service department becomes a wonderful experience

I had an emergency while on family trip (national swim meet at the Huntsville, AL aquatics center) with our Volvo XC90. I called Michelle Pruitt not knowing anyone in Huntsville to see what the Volvo dealer could do. My car was leaking coolant. Michele told me to bring the vehicle by and within 20-minutes she had me a loaner car and out the door in time to watch my daughters swim!!! She kept me updated via text and I love the technicians video of the issue with my car. Never seen that before and that was really a nice feature. Cant say enough about how quickly they made the repairs and got us back out and focused on why we were in Huntsville.

Very unlikely we will do business again with Century Automotive. Be aware they charge you $172 just to look at your vehicle and tell you the repairs needed are not covered under the extended warranty they sell you. The heater has not worked properly in our vehicle since we purchased it November 2020. We finally made our way back to Huntsville to have them fix it. Their “computers were down” and couldn’t do anything so they sent me home only to call me the next day requesting their $172 over the phone. It was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE phone call with their service dept. and the person I spoke with does not have the personality to work in customer service. The most knowledgeable and friendly employee is their shuttle driver, Forrest. Luckily, Forrest gave me his cell # when he dropped me off at Bridge Street while they “worked” on my vehicle. After a couple of hours I called the dealership requesting to be picked up and no one EVER returned my call. Luckily Forrest answered his cell and graciously came to get me. Take lessons from Forrest, Century Automotive!! He knows how to treat people. My husband has left messages for the pre-owned manager but still has not received a return call. Very disappointed with this dealership.

He was informative and in touch without being annoying. He was committed to my budget and my wish list and he stood by what he said he would do. I feel that he and his manager worked with me in a way that was convenient (lots of texting and emailing) for me. They put forth effort to get within my budget and went the extra mile to treat me like their most important asset- a customer.I shopped four other dealerships during my search and most of them made me feel pressured or that I was a nuisance or that they did not need to earn my business. The finance team has no idea what they are doing. After filling out the credit application on Thursday, and getting approved, we drove to Huntsville from Nashville to make the purchase. The salesman, Josh, was great! But, when it came to the finance team, we hit block after block. And, this was after finalizing everything on Thursday before we drove down on Friday. There were too many errors to count. They couldn’t even figure out my annual salary with my pay stub sitting right in front of them. DO NOT COUNT ON THE FINANCE TEAM TO BE ACCURATE ABOUT ANYTHING!I should have stuck with CARMAX! They’ve never had any stipulations from lien holders like Century. My mother has co-signed before and never had to provide 3 months worth of bank statements. We have never had to be insured together on the car because she would never be driving it. And, a trade in or down payment has never been required. They’ve never made any errors of any sort. They will continue to have our business.

Disappointed to say the least. 3 weeks setting up a deal from 900 miles away, to arrive to a vehicle dirty, not fueled, and not as described and photographed. Wasted 24 hours of my time flying and driving back home, and wasted $600 in travel expenses. Josh was pleasant to deal with on the bright side

Everyone was nice & they got us into the car we wanted, but this was anything but a smooth car buying experience. It took 3 trips to Huntsville (an hour away) & 2 of those days were spent sitting & waiting for hours. The 2nd day, they told us we were approved for the loan at a certain bank, so we drove up there & when we got there, we actually had not been. I know getting financing set up can be difficult, but just be honest with the customer & keep them up to date. Check online prices first, they’re cheaper. Do your homework on the manufacturer’s warranty. One person told us we had a transferable warranty, another told us we just happened to be 400 miles over the warranty. After the sale, & after spending a couple grand on an extended warranty, we looked at the carfax, & indeed still had 24,000 miles left on the manufacturer’s warranty. Also, they took several hundred $ off the trade in value of our car so they could put on new tires, yet 1 month after buying our new car, we had to get new tires on it. I do absolutely love my new car though!

Bought a used car from Josh D. He treated us fairly and we got a nice car at a good price. He also gave us a very fair price on our trade in. Also, dealt briefly with Andrea, Parker, and Damont. They were all nice and responsive to our needs. The buying experience was a pleasant one.

I drove to here from cleveland tn to look at a car. They were ready to get me info and schedule me in. But they listed the car for $6995 and wanted to charge me $7695 for cash without tags tax and title. Then said they would have a hard time financing even tho they offered that. I was supposed to be with rebekah but some man ended up helping me and I think he was just trying to take advantage of my age and my money. Then i get home and check online and they REDUCED IT TO $6295 ONLINE. What a slap in the face when I asked if they could go any lower and they wouldnt. They know it was overpriced even after me showing them the kelly blue book price. A bank wouldnt let them finance that for that much its over priced and they knew it. So disappointed.

I bought a Volvo from Century Automotive Group and paid about 50 thousand dollars up front. Three weeks later the car is still not delivered because of internal problems between their staff. I have requested a refund for the car and will buy a Volvo from another dealership with a high level of professionalism.

I attempted to purchase a CPO Volvo s90 and had a very disappointing experience. Through their website I found what I thought would be my next vehicle. After 4 days of working with the sales & finance teams and my personal banker finalizing the deal, Century Automotive Group - Volvo pulled the rug from under me and sold the vehicle to another customer without any notice or warning that this was going to occur. The only thing the Sales Manager could offer from this bad experience was sad apologies and stated that there was nothing else he could do. This is not how you do business, especially when you have a customer that is coming to the table with cash for 1/2 of the price of the vehicle. So if you are in the market for a vehicle and are seeking to be treated poorly, have the rug pulled out from under you, and be dealt with marginally then Century Automotive Group of Huntsville Alabama is the place to do business or lack of.

On 01/08/20 I purchased a 2016 Silverado Crew Cab Truck from Century Automotive. After having 3 great conversations with salesperson Mitchell Feathers, we decided on purchasing the truck. The entire staff was warm and friendly. Mitchell was quick to make sure all our questions were answered. We were signed up for the price change alert and were notified by email when the price was lowered. A great truck and competitive pricing were key factors in this purchase. Century Automotive has a large and varied selection of pre-owned vehicles. I highly recommend anyone to give them a chance to meet your automobile needs.

Bought a CPO Volvo a month ago. Larry and Damont were great to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations to get a good deal done.

This group of dealerships (Porsche and BMW for the purpose of this review) is very well maintained and high class. All of the employees are friendly and very professional. Theyre not snobby, even if you go in wearing a hoodie. The inside car displays are nice, and the lots are pretty well organized. Would go again.

I dealt with Rebekah and Bennett (BWM sales team) just before the Holiday weekend last week. They were super-kind/super-helpful! They were very much on top of the (pre-owned) car we were interested in at the time. Even though we chose to go in a different direction, they made it VERY tempting to drive from Franklin, TN down to Huntsville to check out this car! Tempting in a good way, certainly. Under no circumstances, allow these guys to work on your Volvo! They were delayed with the work and go back in for additional work before it was released to me. Finally, ready to pick the vehicle up for about a grand more than the original estimate. Fast forward a few months later... the engine cover literally falls off going down Interstate 565. Manage to tie the cover up on the roadside and return to Century Volvo to find not only the cover bolts missing, but motor mount bolts and a leak around the oil filter they installed. The clerk quickly printed a Carfax to discredit my story and blame others. The mechanic stated that someone in the shop did not properly replace the oil filter and was leaking. He himself did not check the oil or replace the filter. NEVER AGAIN will they touch my car!

I was a little disappointed. I told them I felt I had a wheel bearing problem, but they didnt believe me until after the sold me two new tires. Just means a second trip... No biggy.

Id give zero stars if able. Went in for brakes and left with two expensive tires exchanged for cheap ones. Also, my brakes were shaking and squeaking so I took to another shop whom stated I needed parsparsand rotors..Stay far away from this company

When buying they were ok. It did take 3 hours when deciding to buy a car to get all paperwork done. Then, last week I got a letter from a bank that I did not ask for them to see if I could get a loan with. It has now been over 3 weeks since we traded in a car and they have yet to pay it off. Last week they said they had sent it to them but after speaking to my bank a whole week later they still havent received anything so Im doubting they had sent it.

Had a wreck that caused an oil leak, they fixed the cosmetic damage but not the leak like they claimed. Engine messed up on the interstate as soon as the light came on and now we have to pay for anew engine. Not to mention they were supposed to be done in two weeks but kept the car for another week and a half while constantly telling us soon, but we dont know when. Take your car anywhere else.
