We moved to the Huntsville area late 2017 and have had our Mazda 06 serviced since we moved here. Austin at the front desk has always been so good to us and the sales people always chatted with us while waiting for our car to be serviced but never pressured us. The place was always very comfortable and inviting!Yesterday we had to make a decision about our 15 year old car after the transmition went out and decided it was time to look into another vehicle.Keith and Darryl were absolutely fantastic to work with and made the transaction super simple while easing our nerves! They are both extremely personable! Austin checked up on us too after he heard about our transmition. The people at Huntsville Mazda truly are the best!We will continue having this new vehicle serviced here because the service here is absolutely top notch!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I made an appointment with Earl at 12 but I decided to come 2 hours early. Turns out he doesn’t usually work but was coming in just for me. While we waited on Earl, Bri helped me out. She wasn’t pushy or trying to pressure me. She genuinely wanted to know my situation and my needs and did everything she could to help me. With her and Earl’s help I got the vehicle I’ve always wanted! They were so friendly and caring. I didn’t feel like I was at a car dealership. Purchased a new 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo Hatch over the weekend. Thank you so much to Bryce Marshall, he did an outstanding job helping me find exactly what I needed. Mazda 6 2.3L 2007. Car was dropped off (towed) for an inspection since it would not start. According to Hiley Mazda, it was the battery cables corroded and the starter was not attached appropriately. The service cost me $410 dollars which I believed it was a very high cost. On the receipt, I was charged $49.99 for the new battery cables. Guess what, I took the car to a real mechanic a couple of weeks later, and the battery cables were the same old cables, Hiley Mazda just cleaned them up, that is it. So I was robbed $410 for only battery cables clean-up. Thank you Hiley Mazda. BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, and always ask for your old parts, not only a receipt with the service done.
All I have to say is that Hiley Mazda definitely knows how to take care of their customers! I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and when I called to set it up the service department told me I needed to get some recalls fixed.(I was unaware I had any) So we scheduled early in the morning to get it all done. The crew here is very humble, theyre amazing at their job they sent me a video review of what they did and stated everything was good to go. They knew it was going to be longer than usual so they asked if I had anything I needed to go do and offered to let me borrow a vehicle for an hour or so. Thanks Hiley Mazda! 😊 You Guys rock!

Leaving a five star here simply because I was able to freely look at cars with no pressure at all, and when I was ready to test drive Bryce was more than willing to help get into a vehicle I wanted to drive and test drive others. He treated and talked to me like we worked together for years not as a salesman and a consumer. To me that makes a huge difference when buying a vehicle. It shows they care more about your character than the sale.

Purchased a new CX-5 from Hiley Mazda about a month ago.Salesman Earl and finance manager Greg were both very helpful, making the purchase process easy. They will answer any and all questions you have about the car, purchase process, paperwork details, etc.Service after purchase is also superb. I had some issues with email registration, and one of my option item was missing at the time of purchase. I contacted Earl and he was able to quickly resolve email registration issue, and gave me status updates on the missing item (still on backorder as of June 25th, 2021). I am sure I will have it soon enough, and all will be good.Earl, Greg, and rest of Hiley Mazda team will definitely take good care of you before and after the purchase.
The Service Department Customer Representatives are awesome!They treat you like you are the only person having your car serviced. You are always greeted by your name when you arrive, like a friend. Every issue you are having with your car is addressed. They continually update you. And, your car is vacuumed, washed, and tires shined, as part of your servicing your car.I purchased my car here. All of the Sales Representatives, and the Owner are Customer Service oriented, relaxed, personable, and direct. You feel special.It is a pleasure doing business with them, always.

I couldnt be happier with my first CX 9 and have the same expectations for the new one. Their service department is excellent as well. Theyll send you a video of the cars inspection prior to service. What an incredibly awkward experience this morning. I had previously worked with a salesman, S, and unfortunately the car was over budget after taxes, etc. So when the price dropped on the internet, I went back to check it out. I showed up, asked for my salesman, and waited. About 10 minutes later, manager K and salesman S were yelling at each other at full force, while myself and everyone in the dealership awkwardly looked at each other. After about 2 minutes, I realized it probably was not a good time to buy a car, so I went to leave, but one of the very kind ladies at the front asked me to wait for just one moment (which I did... outside). After that, I did meet with manager K who I felt was going to work with me on a price as we had been close last time, and with the drop in online pricing, had high hopes. Unfortunately, his manager wouldnt sign off on the deal, and I expressed that I completely understood, thanked them for their time, and at that point manager K told me to Just calm down! (pretty sure I was the calmest person in the dealership at that time). We of course did not make a deal.So now Im torn... first experience I was going to give a 5-star review. Even though we didnt make a deal it was overall a great experience. Today I think they were too mad and upset with each other to strike a deal. I really want one of these Mazdas, but not sure I want to go through that again. Think Ill give it another week or two to let things calm down.

Had a great experience. Went in for a test drive knowing I wanted to pay ~$18-20k cash for a used 2017-2019 CX-5. Earl was extremely helpful - and not pushy at all. Happy to avoid the infamous high pressure tactics of used car dealerships, and although we couldnt work out a deal this time, Ill likely be back in the future for my next Mazda.

This was the easiest and fastest vehicle purchase I have EVER made! My 13 year old son even noticed! My new favorite salesperson, Kelley Barber, was super friendly, no pressure at all, answered all of my questions, ran interference on negotiating a lower price, and had it cleaned, ready and waiting with a full tank of gas when we arrived to complete purchase paperwork. The whole process was seamless and very Covid appropriate (nurse approved). If you go anywhere else or choose any other sales person you have “chosen poorly.” (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) I know I will be back!

I purchased a new car in Aug 2020. The finance manager added on a 3000.00 upgraded warranty. I went back 2 days later to cancel the warranty. I was told Sorry, the paperwork has already gone through. We signed the cancellation paperwork and I was told Id have to contact the warranty company directly. Ive emailed, faxed, and called the company multiple times at every hour of the day. I dont believe the company actually exists. Ive spoken to both Mazda Finance and the dealership. THey all put the responsibility on me to try and get my 3,000.00 back. The contract clearly states that I had 30 days to cancel. I cancelled after 2 days and have the signed cancellation. What they dont say is good luck getting your money back.UPDATE: It has been almost 6 months and I am still dealing with this issue. I call every two weeks. The Warranty provider has cancelled the warranty. They sent a check to Hiley Mazda on October 5. Hiley Mazda called me to inform me that they received the check and gave me the check number for my records. I still have not received the credit to my account! Both Mazda Financial Services and myself have left multiple messages for many people at the dealership and have received absolutely no follow up.I am still fighting for the $3,000.00 that Hiley owes me.The dealership is aware they owe me the money, the Financial Services is aware my account should be credited. Still nothingBuyer Beware.

Buying a vehicle is one the most important purchases for any family or individual. One wants to think that those who sell vehicles understand that. But needless to say for many, even an absolutely beautiful new dealership like Hiley Mazda....its a Hustle. I was looking for and found a used Toyota at this dealership. I went in and test drove it and told them that I wanted to put $1500 down to hold it for 10 days until I got everything in order to come back and purchase it outright. First, I was asked by the Store Manager if I could put down more and I told them I didnt want to. And then to my shock, I was told that if it was longer than 7 Days I would lose my $1500!!! Outside of when I initially called the Hiley Mazda and I was connected to a salesman and he just answered with a salty HELLO...(no introduction or any kind of professional greeting), after hearing I would lose my deposit, I knew this was not a place I wanted to do business with. What rational reasoning could a car dealership have for keeping someones money....Fifteen Hundred Bucks...for holding a car for 7 days!!?? What would constitute such a penalty??? So as fate would have it I left not putting any money down and that day found a Vehicle in pristine condition at a Used Car Dealership in Birmingham, where he allowed me to put a refundable $1500 down on a Lexus Hybrid and held it until I could get down there for 11 days, to buy the car outright as I was going to do with the Toyota at Hiley Mazda. I could have understood a $100 fee for backing out of the deal at Mazda, but $1500 bucks during these very trying times....it was criminal behavior in my opinion and it needs to be addressed. What if it were $3/4000 I put down??? Would I have lost that too??

I love my new car and the service I received from the staff there was fantastic, everyone I encountered was courteous and professional, they were respectful of my time, didn’t play games or give me any runaround. I like that they do not try to tack addendum stickers to their cars in an attempt to charge over sticker like many dealers locally do, which is a ripoff. My salesman, the sales manager and the F&I manager were all very personable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for you automotive needs.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Hiley and each experience was a amazing. Keith Robinette is the best salesman Ive ever experienced. Im giving a 2 star rating because of the service and parts department. I brought my 2019 mazda 3 in for warranty work and the technician broke my door lock, driver seat plastic, and forgot to install the weatherstripping around the inside of my door. The service writers had to order parts to fix the damages on two occasions and never called me once to let me know the parts were in. Also i had to make three appointments just to get all of the technicians negligence repaired. Also i went to the parts department to buy an oil filter and the front desk employee was coughing and not wearing a mask even though there were mask required signs everywhere. He also charged me $2 for a $0.10 drain plug washer which is normally free. I do not trust them to work on my vehicles anymore and now i have to drive 85 miles to Birmingham for service.
The salesman named Mike was amazing. Not your typical car salesman. He knows what he is talking about but doesnt make you feel like he knows more than you. He speaks to you one reasonable human being to another. He listens, is helpful, and is very polite. He didnt make me feel obligated to buy anything or discomfort when I decided to leave. Anyone who is in search of a car and needs a sales representative should ask for Mike! I have never left a car dealer ship that I didnt buy a car from feeling so good !

I recently attempted to buy an Audi TT-RS from this dealership. All communications were done through text messaging with their GM, Eric Hedges. He was prompt and direct in his texting. He made a trade in offer and out the door price. He said that he sent the information to his sales manager, but didn’t tell me his name or when he would follow up. Eric was in KY on a kayaking trip and so I was under the impression that I would get a call or text the next morning from his sales manager, but I didn’t. I text Eric my cash offer and he responded, “sorry we are to far off.” I replied that’s no problem, but don’t you guys negotiate? I said I thought it was pathetic that their not at all willing to work with a customer on price. He replies back with, “ As a GM and in the business 27 years I find giving people a fair price is better business. What’s pathetic is a customer getting a fair deal and not realizing it. Good luck to you.” This was insulting and he made it personal, which isn’t better business. I would not recommend doing business with Hiley Mazda of Huntsville.
Darryl is amazing. He was attentive to our car buying needs and really took the time to get to know us. There was no pressure to buy a car and we had a smooth and courteous negotiating process. Car delivery was on schedule. He took an hour out of his schedule after delivery to educate us about the car’s features and how to use them. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Did you know you could buy a car in an hour? You can here. No back and forth for hours trying to buy the car at KBB or Edmunds fair market value. No constant discussion and denial of extended/additional car warranties, one no was all it took. After an informative test drive with Darryl, he took us to his desk, we talked numbers for a few minutes, we went to financing (we paid cash), was not pressured at all to buy a warranty, just given the options (which we turned down and received zero grief for), signed paper work, and out the door we went in a brand new CX-5. This was legitimately easier than buying groceries...
I have purchased many vehicles from Hiley Mazda, VW, & Audi not just because we love the brands, but it has everything to do with the staff that works there! The representatives of Hiley Mazda were very polite. They got me in and out faster than expected. My car was called in on a recall. My car is 11 years old and I still get notices about it. I am very pleased that Hiley Mazda keeps track of me and lets me know if anything needs to be done to my car. I have never had such good service from a car company. They also washed my car before they handed it over to me.

Great purchase experience with Darryl, had some issues with extended warranties, but am working with Mr. Greg Wallace now. Looks like hes getting to the bottom of it. Update: Greg helped me fix the problem like he said he would. Got to the bottom of it and did what he said hed do. Thanks for all your help.

Darryl was wonderful, and while I had to pump the breaks on my purchase, I was VERY impressed with how I was handled as a customer. As someone who likes to do their own reseaech, Darryl was more than helpful without making me feel like he just wanted to sell me a car as quickly as possible. When I had to put my purchase on hold, he was more than gracious. Ill definitely always check Hiley when my family buys a car
Customer service was great. They asked me how they can help me with transportation since my car service was going to take longer than expected. They offer a ride to my home and when the car is done they’ll pick me up as soon as my car is done. Wow! That’s what I call customer service.
