Cornelius was my service advisor and although I have been doing business with Century for a while this was my most enjoyable service experience thus far.He kept me informed in a very timely manner.He returned my calls promptly.He made me feel like I had an advocate looking after my vehicle.He was very courteous.I will request him next time I have service done.
We had Brandon Garcia as our service advisor. He was courteous, professional, and in my opinion very good at his job. He was able to give me recommendations for our BMW and what to watch for as our car weathers. He delivered everything that was agreed upon and overall, made me feel as a valued customer.The Service department was from my perspective running like a fine tuned machine. The target completion time was asked however, I was dropping off so I was in no hurry. Brandon again was great at the end of the day in his delivery of our car explaining the scope of work and the results of the inspection. For my first experience at this dealership/service dept., it was very positive .
One of the best vehicle services to date. My service representative (Tykeya) explained everything to me to include the service process, the courtesy vehicle and vehicle updates. It was great the way she took the time to go over my maintenance package and warranty questions to ensure I totally understood everything. My service technician was very thorough and I definitely appreciated the transparency of the video. This is my maintenance place without a doubt. Great job team!

Stopped by BC my new BMW AC wasnt blowing out the vents after my son turned the passenger side off. The manager of the mechanic area came out and told me I had to schedule an appointment BC he couldnt figure out what was wrong. I knew it has to be something simple. I couldnt drive in the heat with my MS & MCAS. I explained that. He walked away and after fiddling with the vents I figured it out. You could hear the blower blowing so I knew it worked. As they head of the shop the manager should have known the passenger side vent controls the others ones if cut off completely. I turned it and the rest started blowing again. He was just trying to get money out of me instead of telling me this. I told another mechanic there to tell him I fixed it & he even said he should of checked the vent turn off .

Bought a new SUV X3 today at Century Automotive! No pressure and great customer service. We had a trade in and got exactly what we wanted and discounts on new car. Highly recommend if looking for a good deal. They beat 3 other car dealers in town. New cars are hard to find with chip issue but purchased a 2022! Happy customer!
I moved to Alabama from Michigan and I could not have a more pleasant experience with Century BMW. Brandon Garcia was my advisor and he was very professional and willing to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. Soon after I checked I got a link for an inspection video of my car in real time. The waiting area is pretty comfortable and has everything you need to be comfortable. Checkout was very smooth and again Brandon made sure I had no questions or issues to resolve. BMW is known to have a great customer experience but this dealership takes it to the next level. Ann Marie, Parker, Dwight & all the Techs at the dealership made it super quick & easy for me to take delivery of the car. I drove from Atlanta & we worked the purchase & trade-in ahead of time, yet everything was perfect when I arrived. And the car was in the showroom ready for me. My Sales Rep Ann Marie even did some follow-up before & after the sale during her days off! I highly recommend Century BMW & Ill use them again for my future purchases!

I received an alert while driving through Huntsville, the team fit me as an “out of Townes”.Aaron’s video (technician) showed me the entire undercarriage tire wear and condition of brakes, suspension, mounts & seals. Century BMW is about customer service at a very high level. I learned this from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Jeremy Cooper. I went in looking for a special M model and left a week later with that car. Although the vehicle I wanted was not in stock, Jeremy took the time to confer with staff and found out what I wanted may be coming in any day. The moment it arrived I was called and 2 days later it was mine. Jeremy stayed in contact and answered all my questions leading up to the sale and even after the sale, which is hard to find today. Everyone at Century BMW offers exceptional service. Not only did I purchase the ultimate driving machine, it came with top tier continued service and an exceptional dealership all around. I bought a BMW for the whole package and I feel that’s exactly what I’ve gotten.
I first reached out to Century BMW about a vehicle I found on their website. Immediately, Phillip Bell reached out to me via telephone. I was shopping at Target when he called, so we briefly talked. I told him I did prefer text, as it’s easier for me to communicate while I’m on conference calls for work or in between chasing my little ones (and I also can refer back to what’s said so that I don’t forget the information). He said no problem at all and used text as the main form of communication moving forward. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was very easy to get ahold of, and quickly responded to all of my questions.Unfortunately, they sold out of the vehicles that I was interested in (due to the current chip shortage). However, I still wanted to come and view a vehicle in person so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Nashville just to see one in person. Philip was more than happy to meet with me and take his time to show me the vehicle. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. We had great conversation, and he pointed out some awesome features that I probably wouldn’t have learned on my own.The fact that he knew I wouldn’t be able to actually purchase the vehicle from him due to inventory, but still took the time out of his day to show me the vehicle (and never once rushed me) - that really spoke volumes to me about his customer service and kindness.I WISH I could purchase a vehicle from him. However, I will definitely recommend him to family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle!
I was very impressed with BMW of Huntsville. The service department was very professional and clean. They were able to diagnose the problem with my car quickly and when I was unable to drive the car home they quickly gave me a nice loaner car. The service department and shop were very clean. They went over the problem with the car and answered all of my questions. They did the work on my car in a timely manner and had my car back to me quickly. Overall my experience with Century BMW of Huntsville was excellent.

Service center- Great customer service. The tech sends you a video walk around of the car showing you what was inspected and what they found; very cool. For a simple oil change the price is about the same as anywhere else.

I have a 10 year old BMW 328i. I’ve been having major issues with it not driving well at all. Century BMW provided me with a loaner while they ran diagnostics and called me quickly to inform me of what was going on. They were very informative and up front before they did any repairs.
My vehicle was serviced recently in the BMW service center. I worked with Jody, who took great care of me, even getting a loaner car on short notice. I will certainly bring my business back, and continue working with Jody.

Oil change, brake fluid flush and new rear tires.Excellent service. Mechanic (Technician) did the job right. He was knowledgeable, precise, and meticulous. Torque wrench on lugs and no oil spilled. Tires were carefully mounted and balanced to high speed. Service writer was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.Because of the way I am treated in the service and parts departments, I buy only buy my BMWs from Century, 8 so far.Secret: when getting your oil changed at Century, an expert mechanic is actually inspecting engine, drivetrain, suspension, brakes and tires. These guys know what to look for where quick oil change folks have no clue.
They did a great job and were very accommodating. The prices were fair and they kept me updated on every that happened to my car. They also gave me a full report with the detailed inspection of my car.

Ms. Jones was so very helpful and responsive with all details of my vehicle. I had to reschedule my appointment from next Monday to today and she was able to have my vehicle serviced within 2 hours.
I scheduled a loaner two weeks ahead of time, but, there was not one available when I arrived. I appreciate that they completed the service in an hour and 45 minutes. Had I known that the loaner was not available, I would have rescheduled.

Ms. Jones good customer service agent. Dealer and BMW coordination of my air bag recall repair had a miss on part availability and being from out of town BMW recall agent and dealer scheduled the appointment in advance to ensure parts were available. Unfortunately, when I arrived they discovered one part (drive side airbag) was not available. It was disappointing and luckily my wife drove down with me so I had a ride. Got a call the next day that after the repair they are driving my car to my house to save me from driving back, this was their solution without me having to complain or suggest ideas. Thanks for respecting your customers schedules. Great service.

Brandon was very helpful but your service dept is way to slow. Every time we come in for an oil change or anything routine it takes 5-8 hrs. Like today it took 5hrs for an oil change and air filter. You offer a car wash and vacuum and it gets checked on the sheet but we never receive this service. Guess it makes your paperwork look better. I will be taking my business elsewhere for service for now on.
Clear, easy communication was the key to me buying my M240 at Century - Manette was perfect and everything went as planned and expected.
I brought my vehicle in for service and they did a great job. They provided free transportation to and from home. I received a video from the mechanic telling me what he did on my car. I was even able to pay my bill online prior to picking up my car, which saved time. I highly recommend them.

Dealership visits for car service isn’t one of those things that I enjoy doing. However, Mr. Cornealius Hurt makes the visit a little pleasant. His professionalism when interacting with me fits right in with Century BMW’s clean, new looking facility. I will never use this dealership ever again or any of my friends. I got lied to start with about the cost of a diagnostic on my BMW, i was told it was gonna be 165 when i drove 100 miles to leave it they double it to 330. Still did not find out why it would not start. When i took it in it would turn over no start picked it up wont do anything
Tykeya is an awesome advisor and she is very friendly, polite and keeps her customers in the loop of what is going on. What I don’t like is…. when you charge me $330 in labor for spark plugs which is ridiculous in my opinion. This is not Tykeyas fault …she is just doing her job.

An esoteric install. I have been working on an S54 motor swap into an E36 M3 from April 2021. The motor install was completed but I consulted with Eddie Paseur on the intricacy of VANOS and final timing and he rightly convinced me to have them finalize it. There are procedures for this that should be followed or many things can go wrong. While there are instructions on line to follow those assume a previously timed motor and I had it completely apart. They did a great job on this!!!Century BMW is one of the few services that I recommend in Huntsville
Century pick my car up, performed what I asked for and returned the vehicle with their valet program (no extra cost)!Work was done promptly and I was informed with video what the technician found on my car. The service manager (Tykeya Jones) went thru all of my options and made it very easy for me.A+++++
My wife brought her BMW in for service and when the service guy whatever he’s called, explained the cost of the service it seemed a lot higher than what we are used to paying for the service on our Mercedes so she called me. I spoke to the guy and first of all he was condescending and stated he couldn’t believe that this was higher than at Mercedes. After getting past his attitude, I told him to go ahead with the service. This is the second time we have brought our car there to be serviced and have had problems both times. The first time my wife was forced into paying for the service which when we called the BMW company office were told they had extended the warranty and it should have been covered. So had my wife not followed up on something you as a dealer should know, we would have been out the money for the covered service. We did finally get a refund after getting told it’s a process so it takes time. However, it didn’t take you long to collect it. Also it states on the service report a complimentary wash and vacuum. Again this must be a gimmick or tell whoever does it to put their glasses on to wash the car and possibly turn the vacuum on when they vacuum the car. The inside of her car had not been touched. After the incidents we have had there is no way we will ever by another BMW. After owning a Mercedes I expected the customer service to be equivalent with BMW. Far from it. Terrible customer service. We will see if we can find someone else to do our service in the future.
Fantastic service overall today at Century BMW. Cornealius Hurt was fantastic. My vehicle was ready well before I expected it. Would have liked to have a loner to have the ability to test drive some of the newer models.
I liked that the mechanic SHOWED NOT TELL what was wrong with my car & what was already great. Then send the vid updating me on what’s he’s doing. So 5/5. I also wish BMW was sponsor of my soccer business cause they have great cars.

Made you feel like it was really about what’s the best fit for you and didn’t try to talk you into something you didn’t need or want.
