Our sales man was knowledgeable and helpful in helping my daughter to get a new phone. He was VERY patient with her. He made it a smooth process and got everything she bought, a phone and a watch, working before we left. He did a fantastic job! All three that were there that day were working together as a team and were kind. It would be worth the drive to come to this Verizon store.

I went to Verizon to buy a new phone and switch off my parents’ plan to my own plan. The man helping me, Mark, had me wait on hold with Verizon for 90 minutes. He suggested I go wait on hold at home. I told him it was not convenient for me to come back because I did not have a car. He walked to the windows to point out which car I had come in (with my friend who had driven me waiting in the car) to try and catch me in a lie.I found Mark to be rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I decided to leave and try another Verizon store.Edit: Verizon commented on this review then ignored my email to the address I was asked to reach out to.

I am very pleased with the customer service and attention to my needs and detail! They activated my new iPhone 12 mini in minutes and helped me pick the perfect case. The Apple Store at Bridge St. Huntsville Al (where I made my purchase) not only didn’t offer to transfer data and activate it, they refused... even though I had an appointment and had prepared my phone first. ☹️ So, Thanks Verizon, I’ll purchase my next phone from you.

My grandmother went to get her new phone setup. The (supposed) manager was incredibly rude and refused to help her. Do not recommend.

Brandon did a great job helping us sign up with Verizon.

Every employee, especially the one who helped us, was courteous and helpful, we did not feel rushed. We came at a busy time and had to wait, they were answering phone calls too and telling people they would have to call back. It was in a polite way, acknowledging the situation and clearly stating what they could do. It was unfortunate it was so busy, but we were still treated like we were his present priority while we were there.

Employees went above and beyond helping me activate my new Samsung Galaxy Xcover, which Verizon barely supports! After letting me use their phone to talk to Verizon tech support all evening until almost closing time (mine didnt work because Verizon couldnt activate it) and the Verizon techs on the phone throwing up their hands, had one last-ditch idea that got my phone working again.These guys are great!

Was greeted by saying someone will be with you. We looked around for newer devices and 2 of the demo tables had here same phones. They had a lot of accessories but you had to walk through the entire store to find what youre looking for. The newest iPhones were in three back of the store. I didnt think they had any until I walked to the back. After we looked around and were leaving someone said some one will be with you. They werent busy at all and there was available reps that couldve assisted. The store was very clean and so were the demos. This was a smart store. Very nice inside just disorganized.

Very professional staff, highly knowledgeable. Minimal waiting. Always respectful and understanding of needs and desires and work to get the best product and best deal. Highly recommended.

Went in today and had a great experience with Kary just like the last time I upgraded my phone. He made the process of upgrading as easy and painless as possible. Dont go here. Go to the corporate store on Cecil Ashburn. They screwed up my trade in and I spent 8 hours in the store trying to get it corrected over three trips. They were incompetent and could not fix the issue. The last person gave me his phone number, but they stopped answering my calls. I went to the corporate store and it was fixed within 30 minutes.

Todays experience at Verizon Wireless with the service representative Carly was absolutely outstanding. Her customer service and attention to details were without a doubt phenomenal. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and outstanding service.

I came in to my local Verizon store yesterday for a charging issue with my phone, but left without a working phone or any options to move forward. I was ready to change service. I decided to give it another try and returned to the same store. I was helped by Cary who stepped up and went the extra mile. He may have saved this customer!! Extremely grateful for his help and knowledge!!!

I went there tonight, Tuesday October 29, 2019. I tried to speak to an employee. A male employee. I had a question, but he was very rude and disrespectful to me. He treated me very badly. He had a very bad attitude towards me. I called customer service and complained. I want an appolgy or he deserves to get fired !

Came here for the Google Pixel XL after having to return 2 of the infamous Galaxy Note 7s. Love the phone(all recent photos on Google Maps taken with it). Very knowledgable staff, very clean store.

I was meeting a person to sell a phone I no longer needed. They suggested this Verizon location for their own reasons. We walked in and the employee asked if we needed assistance. I kindly told him we were just meeting. Once the party had entered in their information and needed their SIM card placed in the phone we walked to his desk. He asked what he could help with and I paused to allow the individual holding the phone to explain and he (Willie, the sales associate) rolled his neck and stated firmly what can I help you with as he clapped his hands together. We advised him of the SIM and I said Im sorry youre upset by this. Willie proceeded to say he wasnt upset and mumbled hed just been blown off by us earlier. I was taken aback because yes, I did state we did not need help at the moment he asked however, even if hes not getting a phone sale how was he to know the other person wasnt going to need accessories, service, etc.The guy I met wound up having t mobile service and Willie did assist with advising the man the service wouldnt work in the Verizon phone. (Perfect opportunity for a new line up sale)I feel the associate was over all rude, while he did perform certain pieces of his roll he did so with a snarky condescending attitude.

Service is based on each employee but most are extremely nice and go out of their way to help you

Changing my rating....after being nice and giving them a good rating....they called me back and said they made a mistake and I owed them more money for something they forgot to ring up properly. So, I went back and said, “I don’t want to spend another 2hrs here but, since your charging me more than you told me originally I would like the BOGO deal.” Again, after 2hrs of watching them fumble with their crappy computer system and enter the data 3 times...I finally got everything I needed. But, very little confidence that my bill is going to be correct...next 3 months will be a nightmare I’m sure. If I didn’t hate AT&T so much or TMobile had better coverage, I would have walked out.

Probably your average Verizon store. They charge you even to port over your contacts from one phone to another which I thought was a little ridiculous when its so easy to do it yourself.
