Its Monday 8232021 just after 12:00. I already know what I want. Theres 2 agents and 2 customers. I walk in and the agent closest to the door walks towards the back of the store to guide her customer to a product. Neither agent acknowledges me. Going somewhere else to purchase what I need.

Mom and I went to T-Mobile and we figured we would be there all day because she wanted to get a new phone. But we only had to wait less than 10 minutes to speak to a representative. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Her name was Angelica. She was friendly, professional, helpful and really helped my mom understand her new phone. My mom is 72 years old so Angelica really took the time to explain things to her. Angelica went above and beyond she is truly a terrific customer service representative.

A honest mistake was made by T-Mobile salesperson on last two weeks ago. They forgot to put insurance on new phone. Note: I have paid for insurance for 17 years. Yes 17 years. As luck would have it. I cracked my screen. The saleswoman called there corporate office who at first told me I never had insurance. Until I pulled up last months bill and showed them. Then refused to Correct issue and put insurance back on the phone. Then tells me i have to pay a $400 penalty for my damaged phone.Keep in mind my phone is still under factory warranty and I have been paying for insurance for 17 years up to when salesman forgot to put it on new phone I got.17 years of paying. And they refused to accept that the salesman made a mistake and instead penalized me $400. They could care less what I was trying to explain. They refused to accept any kind of responsibility. Worst customer service experience ever.If not fixed. I assure you it will be the last payment T-Mobile will ever get.

The salesperson was rude and not even knowledge about what was in stock. The salesperson said the had a phone in stock and then 10 mins later said we dont have the phone in stock anymore. I am a very unhappy customer.

They give me multiple wrong quotes and did not want to fix their mistake. The representative is rude and argumentative to her own notes and quote. The wrost servies throughout my 3 vistis and I am still being overcharged!!

Refused to do a simple screen replacement for another line holder without me being physically present, even if I personally called to provide identification and approval. It took about 1 hour of my time while at work to compensate for their refusal to perform a simple service that I pay for. My experience at this location (6125 University Dr NW Suite 31, Huntsville, AL 35806) is actually causing me to consider breaking my contract and switching to another carrier. Associates name was Harper. Refused to speak in full sentences, insisted on communicating rudely by dismissive gestures and showing menu screens on an iPad without explaining anything. Refused to allow entry into store until another employee offered to allow entry. Ridiculous levels of rudeness and apathy.

I am elated with the Customer Service at this location. The store manager, Trinity, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and very thorough in trying to resolve my phone problem. My problem is that I can receive text messagrs but cant send text messages. Although she wasnt able to resolve the problem I am very pleased with my experience at this store.

Walked in and no one said a word... I figured perhaps all the sales representatives were busy. I looked around for about 15 minutes still no one even acknowledged my presence. Honestly terrible customer service, I get being busy but at the very least acknowledge a customer when they walk in. If you want to be valued as a customer don’t come to this location. Come to think of it this was not my first encounter of being completely ignored at this location. I believe there is another on Sparkman. Best of luck!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a phone company!! My wife and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because they were cheaper. Well its true that you get what you pay for. The first person we dealt with was the root of the problem. Heavier set Lady; I didnt get her name. She was suppose to check the T-Mobile coverage in my area, which was really a general search of Huntsville. When we sat down with Ethan, another sales associate, we were told we would get a $350 rebate to cover the cost of our phones with Verizon. That didnt happen. Called customer service they said there was no indication of a rebate. when we got home both of the T-Mobile phones said no service. when we went back the next day the guy behind the counter asked for our area code to check the service in our area, which the first person didnt ask for and it showed low to moderate coverage. I could go on and on with what didnt happen, but the bottom line is you get what you pay for.

This new staff lack salesmen skills and proffessionlism so bad its ridiculous they are not helpful at all. The worst thing is they dont even try to help. If you have a device issue (brand new) they donot know what to do useless and unprofessional their attitudes are dry and rude. I really hate going. I recently bought a 375$ Samsung watch it was overheating. Its a horrible product to begin with nothin special about it, its literally a waste of money. Its basically a bluetooth on your wrist dont expect much from them or their products that have defects in them. When I had a issue the lady said, just wait tomorrow I dont know what to tell you. I decided to just return the product. Once this plan goes out Im closing account for sure.
