Thank God I finally found a Metro store with employees who at arent rude and actually do there job without attitude! They spoke English, which is always a bonus here in HUNTSVILLE, I mean every other store Ive been to are HATEFUL SPANISH SPEAKING FEMALES who act like you walked into their living room wanting hello instead of a store where they get PAID to work! So HOORAY to the Sparkman location for doing there job with a smile. Much Thanks!

For I have been with metro, for a while. And they give great service. And so far friendly customer service. Plus there plan is not that much for just a single plan.

My experience with metro pcs so far has been amazing, the service here is great and the employees are super nice and they respect us. Im just now getting a phone and Im excited. They give us offers and deals and respect us if we deny them. :)

I love the selection of phones and plans. The employees are very helpful when it comes to transferring information from old phone to the new phone. They are also very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting any questions that you may have regarding your new phone.

Love this Metro PCS. They always have great phones great deals and amazing customer service.

The staff wasnt really friendly. I asked simple questions and they were very rude in the way they responded. I felt like they didnt want to be bothered with, or that I was supposed to just get whatever they suggested and not ask questions. I definitely would never go back here again!

I had a very good experience with this store. I didnt know what plan to get they was very patient. Then I didnt understand how to work my phone so I had to come back the next day and they help me learn how to work my phone. I was very satisfied thank you.

I have been a customer at MetroPCS for years and was trying for 2 weeks to get the Stylo phone they had on promo but they never had one when I got off work and was able to go to see if they got any in and was told the same thing. All the stores were sold out. I got a chance to go by tonight and was told they had some that just came in but the promo ended last night so I did not get one. I am going to Port my number over to straight talk bc I feel like they did that on purpose. I am not happy with them right now.

Love PCS. very helpful and friendly staff. I have recommended several people to PCS for there service they switched to PCS as well as myself.

The guy working the day shift needs to learn how to answer a phone and i would not buy another phone from this location they sold me a refurbished phone at new phone price

The phone Im currently using is from metro PCs I pay 67.00 dollars for unlimited talk text and data I can be on the internet all night and dont get overcharged and its prepaid phones without a plan and if u get on the family plan u can a better discount and a free phone
