I cant even begin to put into words how absolutely WONDERFUL QuickFix Phone & PC Repair was to me!! Ari helped me work through major issues with an almost new Samsung phone. And even let me use a loaner phone during the process so I wouldnt be with out a means of communication. I will be sending everyone I know to QuickFix Phone & PC Repair.

I write essays when I review. Youve been warned. 😂So I should have taken a picture of my phone before, but oh well. I digress. I was so nervous to trust a new phone repair shop after a previous experience at another place that was supposed to be really good... Plus, when youre looking at paying close to $300 to fix a SCREEN... It can be a really tough decision. My phone screen had been partly shattered, the display went out a month or so after that, and then the back started coming unglued. I was so afraid of throwing money down the drain that I waited almost a YEAR (not kidding) before I finally caved. So I had been watching the ratings for QuickFix for weeks before I finally called them up and asked for a quote. Arya (Aria?) was really cool and found me an even better deal, which I wasnt expecting. Making the whole process much less painful 😅 I pretty much paid half over the phone and the rest when I went back to pick it up after dropping it off. I called them on a Friday around 4pm and my phone was not only fixed by Monday but he even put a screen protector on!! (I probably wouldnt have done so because theyre usually so expensive) I really appreciated that. They also have super discount cases when you get a phone fixed there. Just another $10 which I wouldnt have had if he hadnt found me a good deal on parts. Im just so happy with it because I missed my phone and its like new now 😢😊 so happy. I still have some test runs to do on it but so far so good. This guy does good work and hes fun to talk to 😁 5/5 would recommend!

I was looking for a place that I could bring in my 6 year old desktop computer and one of my trusted computer friends recommended this place. I had several issues to be dealt with and I finally brought my computer in last Fri. Aria, who I spoke with about the problems with my computer on Fri. in the store, called me the next day to say my computer was ready! They installed the Windows 10 Upgrade, got rid of a virus I had on there, they backed up my files and provided me with a copy of it, they installed something to prevent ads, I don’t need a password to log on, and they basically “cleaned it up”! It only took them one day, though I wasn’t in any hurry. When I picked up my computer, Aria and Bobby showed me what they had done and showed me how to access various programs! I feel SO MUCH better about my computer! 🙏👍 I definitely recommend them for computer cell phone help/repair! 😊

The parts they use to fix the phones are cheap. Youll leave here satisfied and impressed, with their great customer service and speedy performance, then a month later your phone will start falling apart.Ive used them on two separate occasions. Both times this happened.They repaired the screen of my S6, and when I first got it was great, until I noticed there was a light shining through the bottom (you could only tell at night). They told me not to worry it was fine. Well, a few weeks after, my entire screen went black.The second occasion, was my Moto screen. Looked and worked great, until my speaker and screen blew. I didnt drop or do anything to either phones.I think this is why they have such good reviews, theyre nice, fast, and affordable, so people leave happy and make a review before things start to fall apart.

Cant say enough about this place. Ive had some screens fixed here and its always been quick and easy. This weekend my screen suddenly went out, so I brought it here thinking itd be an easy fix, but it ended up being a more complex hardware issue. Its a couple years old, but these guys worked on it all day and when they discovered it would cost more to fix than my phone was worth they kindly let me off the hook without charging me. Ill keep coming back here as long as they are in business.

Brought my phone in almost 3 weeks ago, they said it would take 24 hours to fix. I never get a phone call, come back in a week and a half later and it still wasnt fixed. They said that they had to resubmit something and that it would be ready by tomorrow, I come in almost a week later, yeah... Still not fixed. Went to cell phone doctor instead and he fixed the phone, plus replaced the digitizer screen on another phone. I came with two broken phones and left with two fixes all within about 30 minutes at Cellphone Doctor.Quickfix was neither quick, nor did I get my phone fixed.Plus Cellphone doctor ended up being almost half the price

They began work on my iPhone 7+ repair as soon as I walked in and about 30 min later I was walking out with a new screen and a complimentary screen protector. QuickFix is definitely the place you want to go if you want a fast, top quality repair with the best possible customer service. My wife had to have her screen replaced and the staff was so courteous to her and got her in and out in less than 30 min. I have been coming to quick fix for years now, and will not go anywhere else. The staff is so kind, and the customer service is incredible! I brought my iPhone in for a cracked screen yesterday (Which I have done with them probably ten times in the past), and they informed me that they were out of stock in my screen size, but that they would switch my data over to one of their iPhones in the mean time so I wouldn’t miss out on any important calls or texts. I highly recommend them, and trust them with all my tech issues! Truly good people who are not looking to overcharge you, or pull the wool over your eyes.

I can truthfully say I’d never trust anyone else with my phone. Been coming here for a couple years now and they’re always so welcoming and do the best job in town. My toddler got my phone wet. In an effort to save my iPhone, I put it in rice. That worked, but I ended up with a grain of rice in the charging port. QuickFix changed the port at a reasonable price and put a screen protector on at no charge. They were so pleasant and professional and I will go to them if the need ever arises again. QuickFix has been good to me so I felt I needed to sing their praises. They’ve practically rebuilt my old iPhone more than once with a new speaker, screen, battery, charging port, etc at a really good price. Dude! These folks are so awesome! Ive had them fix phones several times and it is always a very pleasant experience. They are super nice. They offered to let me borrow a phone while mine was being fixed. There was an issue with a replacement part that was ordered not showing up, which was out of their control, but they kept in touch about it the whole time. I really cant recommend them enough.

Great experience here! I thought my phone was history. It wouldnt charge, even after I tried multiple chargers/cords. All my contacts had not synced with Google and I could only find my precious photos of my grand on my phone.Thanks to the beautiful, young woman, who was working so hard, got me going for $7.00. It was only a bad cord, but still, they could have charged me hundreds. Honest, good people!!!

These folks are great! The screen on my Note 8 was severely damaged to the point that the resolution and ability to even turn on my phone was compromised. I went in to get the microphone on my iPhone 7 fixed and although it is a motherboard issue with apple the gentleman helping me STILL found a solution to the hearing problem I was having. Very very friendly, very fast and even put a screen protector on my phone free of charge just for purchasing Bluetooth headphones. Highly recommend for all your phone and electronic needs!

These guys were great. Fixed the phone and explained some faults my phone has. Im rough on technology and havent been able to find a good case. They even found a great otter box that I didnt think existed for my phone. Still waiting on that to come in but Im sure theyll have it for me. Fast local friendly and knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for anything more.

I had a broken iPhone 6 screen and these guys got me in and out with a new screen in less than 15 min with a final bill at a tad over $70. High quality work and a locally owned, non-franchise business with an owner who cares about his customers. I will definitely go there again for any future repair jobs or if I need a new phone, computer, or case. They seem to mostly just carry Apple products.

These guys are the best. This is the first time Ive gotten my phone fixed by someone other than my cell provider and I had the best experience. It cost less than my insurance deductible, they were sweet, honest gentleman. Even when they were about to leave and I had an issue with my tempered glass they stayed to make sure I was taken care of and my screen looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great group of people, friendly and accommodating. The recovered data from my sons Mac Powerbook which was having power issues. More recently they diagnosed my daughters laptop. The told me it may not be worthwhile to repair the computer because of a motherboard issue and returned the laptop without charging me anything for their time!

Repaired my Note 3 input port in an hour, for less than the quote received from another shop.Had two other device, one a cell phone and a kindel fire that needed glass replacements. I was told the price for glass and labor and then told that they would recommend NOT replacing the glass because it would cost almost the same as buying brand new one. They recommended using them as is until they quit working. Then purchase new. WOW honest craftsmen it is not often any more that I run unto one. Recommend then to all my friends.

It was very busy when I was there and only two guys were out front interacting with customers. They should consider having more out front to help speed things up. Took my galaxy s5 in yesterday after work with a minor screen crack. They were very professional and friendly. Hooked my phone all the way up and it looked brand new! Got a new tempered screen protector as well. Didnt catch either of the names of the two gentlemen involved in my wonderful experience but it was hands down 100% excellent. Without a doubt best place in town! Dont bother wasting time, energy and money going anywhere else! These guys know what theyre doing and do it well! Money well spent!

My daughter flew out for a holiday visit and had a list of things she wanted to do. Fixing the broken screen on her iPhone was top priority. She had prior comments to w/ Radio Shack to send her phone out to be serviced paying $100. She had realized the she needed her phone in her possession at all times for her military school unit and was unwilling to pay the $200 to have it fixed in the Radio Shack store. My husband found QuickFix online and I used my GPS to direct me to their location. Dont be alarmed with the stores location because once you get inside the boys at the counter will win you over. They had great customer service and offered my daughter an affordable amount to fix her phone within the hour. I was surprised that a reputable company such as Radio Shack couldnt provide my daughter with the same convenience and cost as QuickFix. Even though my daughter had already paid and committed to Radio Shack to fix her phone she went with QuickFix because they were able to accommodate her and her needs..I will recommend these boys to all my friends & family as a reputable company to service your valuables.

Pooya and his technician were fantastic! I came in at the end of the day on a Saturday as they were about to close for Memorial Day. He was nice enough to take care of my phone for me rather than just escape to the holiday weekend. I manage a business and have to have my cell phone all the time. Was headed to the Apple Store when I decided to check prices for a new screen on my shattered Note 8 was 25 dollars cheaper than others i called and they had in stock .if you get a phone repair they give discounts on accessories i got a good quality 3 piece case for $15.00 a stylus for my note 8 for $10.00 free screen protector installed and a free pop socket. Very friendly staff I went to eat lunch and on my return phone was done

QuickFix is an awesome place that I highly recommend you go if you ever need any phone or pc repaired! My phones screen cracked and the fixed it like it never happen and they also sold me a new battery that was the same one that comes with the phone. They are awesome, have great prices and worth every penny. They also have great customer service and that is awesome. I didnt get through when I called and didnt leave a message but they still managed to give me a call back.

I went into this store with a phone screen that was unresponsive to the touch. Found out something was unplugged and got it fixed in less than an hour. The gentleman who is in charge was very courteous and knowledgeable about phone repairs. He was also very honest and upfront about what needed to be done. Huge shout out to the team here. My phone suddenly decided it didnt want to charge no matter what I did. I called so many people to get estimates in the 200+ range to replace my charge port and subsequently the screen. I got a quote from the that was under 150, I was out the door for under 155. Will definitely refer and revisit should I have the need.

I shattered the screen on my outdated iPhone SE and Quick Fix had it replaced in no time for a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I was very impressed by how they run their business so I can’t say I’m shocked. Rare to see that kind of service these days but you can tell right away they’re really knowledgeable and enjoy what they do.

They are always friendly and helpful. This is a great alternative to renewing your contract with your carrier just to get a new phone.
