I had a great experience at this store. Im older and not very technical, but the young lady and young man at the store were so kind and helped me pick out the phone. I didnt want a flip phone, my daughter wanted me to get a smartphone and I picked the iPhone SE. I was told it was a great phone to start with and I had heard good things about Apple and its security. And only after a week I have to say they were right! Since I was switching, the phone was affordable. Im still learning but at least I have the texting down. Lol. I have called a few times but they have been nothing but patient and not a lot of people are when trying to explain to an older person. So thank you!
I switched from Metro to Cricket and needless to say it was a HUGE mistake. The service is horrible and the iPhone SE is a joke. I don’t recommend ANYONE falling for the skit Cricket is gonna try and run on you. BAD IDEA!! Thanks and if the cricket come towards you....RUN!! Lol
In Google listing for this store shows hours. The hours of closing is 8 p.m.(Airport Road, Huntsville, AL)I arrived at 7:27 p.m. and a young man was locking the door from the outside. I asked him why he was closing early. His name was Nathan, we close at 7:30 p.m.. I said your listing states 8 p.m., Nathan said not all stores close at 8 p.m.. I was quite upset, I just drove 13 miles, one way to this location to pay my bill before it would be terminated at midnight. He said I will be here at opening time tomorrow. After driving another 13 miles the next day to have my phone turned back on they charge $3.00 convenience fee to your bill to pay at their store.This is all wrong, closes earlier than advertised, then charges me an additional $3.00 to pay cash in the store. Pittiful business practices.I give them *** (3 stars bc I do like my service most of the time). Screenshot
I JUST LEFT THE STORE. I ENTERED THIS STORE AT 6:25 AND WAS GREETED WITH A GLARE. THE MALE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING TONIGHT AND ABOUT TO CLOSE. ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO HELP ME PURCHASE A NEW PHONE. TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW! YOU JUST LOST MY BUSINESS CRICKET!!! GET BETTER EMPLOYEES. IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW.

Great for familys with lower income. You can get 4 lines of unlimited data on all 4 lines for 💯. And no contracts paid monthly. But the unlimited plan is the number 2 plan for the unlimited data which is not 8 mbps it is like 3 mbps. But you will always be able to get on the internet. Unlimited

My husband and I went in and waited around for more than 5 minutes (looking at phones). The guy behind the counter was clearly activating a phone, but never acknowledged us, until we were on the way out the door.
