This place is terrible. Verizon sent me there to receive a new tablet. They refused saying they only had 30 day return. I could not understand how they represent verizon but refuse to honor what the company says to do. I have been a customer for 7 years, but after paying way too much I will shop around when my contract is OVER. I will never go in this RUDE place again. Take your money and then SNUB you.

So many problems. Went in to order a new phone- Galaxy S21 ultra 512 gb. Michelle took the order. Got the confirmation email, but she had ordered the 128GB instead. Called the store, they placed a 2nd order for a 256 GB because 512 were not available. Apparently Michelle doesnt know they difference? (Just found out that to place the 2nd order to they ADDED ANOTHER LINE TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION!!) When I picked up the phone, Tandra took the sim card from my old 4G Galaxy 9+ and put it in the new 5G galaxy 21ultra and kept the new 5G sim card. Then at checkout they added on some shady Redux single phone drying service for $29.99 without my permission or knowledge. So I took home a brand new 5G phone that can only access the 4G network and paid a hidden fee of $30 for my trouble. And dont bother making an appointment. First attempt to get the phone, I left after waiting 90 minutes with other people who had appointments as well, none of us were served. They dont honor appointments, they add unauthorized lines to your account, they steal you 5G sim cards, preventing access to the 5G network, then upsell you shady stuff on the sly. Go to Conroe where you wont get treated so badly.

I’ve had a lot of issues with previous service-providers. The customer service alone is a defining feature for me. However, Kindell from Verizon Wireless was the reverse of that dilemma. She was flexible, patient, and kind. She understood my previous issues with other providers and assured me that this experience would be easier. I also appreciated her absolute honesty with the policies. Those straight-forward responses affected my decision to join Verizon Wireless. Looking forward to the future with this service provider!

They added a protection plan to my monthly bill without my permission. Verizon sent me a text the moment the sales rep did this. When I asked if that was included free in the price, she lied to my face and told me it was included. She knew exactly what she was doing. Not only is it not free, but they have to specifically add it as a separate add-on to the plan. She then configured the wrong plan, which was $10 cheaper. She was clearly trying to hide the additional cost of the protection plan. Watch these reps closely. They’re obviously trying to game a commission structure, and they’re bottom feeding deceptive liars here as a result. Just do all your business with Verizon online. Skip the insult, hassle, and stress. I feel bad for anyone less knowledgeable who trusts these people and gets taken by their b/s. Hopefully Verizon will come down on them hard. I’m going to get the process started by reporting them to corporate.I’m not talking about Victra corporate who will undoubtedly reply to this with some b/s standard response. I mean that I’m going to mess with their partnership with Verizon. Verizon needs to know what they’re allowing to happen here.

Celeste was absolutely awesome! She was very knowledgeable and patient and didn’t try to push me into buying something l didn’t want or need. She helped me get my new phone settings up and going and made sure all of my previous info transferred to my new phone before I left the store. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood and answered all of my questions. She’s amazing!

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at the Verizon store in Huntsville, Texas
I was helped quickly and efficiently while the store still stayed within CDC guidelines pf social distancing. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the products I was purchasing.
Service has been very bad and when we came to the store.for.a.solution we had to stand out into he 95 degree heat and wait to be helped.
The new girl was horrible. I mean I get she’s new and was learning but don’t put someone out there to start helping customers with their phones and plans without having a trainer with them. She screwed everything up and didn’t know anything about how to upgrade lines correctly. She upgraded a line instead of adding a new line so we missed out on a $250 off promotion even AFTER she was told by us and the manager to add the new line and not upgrade the current one. She was supposed to put the Verizon device dollars and the current phone trade in amount towards the price of the phone to make the monthly price cheaper ... but she didn’t. She didn’t even do anything with the device dollars and she used the trade in to go towards the taxes and fees for the day. She also rang up the watch and the phone separately so we had to do two transactions and it ended up somehow making it more expensive even WITH the trade in amount she took off!! We will NEVER go back to this location. We will make the trip to Conroe to an actual Verizon store next time.

She gave excellent explanations to a 73 year old lady who is NOT very tech savvy! Not an actual Verizon location. These guys, Victra, are independent middle men and that will cost you. They charge higher prices and fees than you will find at an actual store. Service is pretty terrible. Usually to get anything done you have to get Verizon involved, so might as well skip these guys altogether. Youre better off doing business online or driving to Livingston or Conroe.
The service here was excellent albeit a little slow at times. I have been coming here for years and have always left happy. So why two stars? Because starting in early 2020 Victra has decided to spam their customers with text messages, say there is nothing they can do to stop them, and tell you that it is standard industry practice (a Victra managers own words) to spam their customers even when the customer has requested to be removed from marketing lists.So, I will no longer be sending customers to Victra and no longer be purchasing my phones from a Victra store. I highly suggest you go to a real Verizon store, order online, or just choose a different carrier altogether.

This was the easiest visit ever to a Verizon store! I thought I had a cracked screen and it was only the screen protector. She quickly put the new one on and showed me how to do the warranty registration for it and we were out the door! Thank you!

Changed from android to IPhone to get an app for health monitoring, EVERYONE in the store was extremely friendly and helpful in the transition. Excellent customer service. Very patient while I asked questions and played with my phone. There are differences between the phones. I have only had androids for the past 30+ years.
A long wait however its due to covid. They no longer do warranty repairs there, its another company and I would have been with out my phone for 3 to 4 days unless I paid a huge deductible for a replacement!

I purchased a phone from this location 3 weeks ago. The purchase itself was fine. I told the lady that I really didnt want a screen protector because they never last and work. She sold me one. It started cracking and shattering within two weeks, so as soon as I could get to Huntsville I went into the store to see what I could do. Three weeks from purchase, a young man met me at the front of the store and told me that he could give me the name of the company to get another one from but he couldnt do anything. Just for the record, the screen protector was $65 and I havent dropped my phone or anything. I said, okay, then my husband came in and said that it was ridiculous that he couldnt help us more. He was definitely not strong in customer service and argued with my husband that no companies take anything back anymore and that everyone had to go directly to the manufacturer, which makes it pointless to buy and have the markup from a 3rd party. We also found out that there is more than one type of screen protector, which would have been nice to know before we purchased one. We went with him to the desk to buy another one that covered the area better, and he was rude the whole time. I finally told my husband that we needed to leave and get it somewhere else. My husband was inappropriate by that time as well. I have generally always had great experiences with Verizon stores, but I will not be back to a place that hires people who shouldnt work in customer service.

It was quick and easy to add a new line and set up a new phone. Kindell was very helpful and we were in and out in less than 45 mins.
When my wife brings a brand new tab in we got from an insurance claim to activate it and they tell her it wont be any good in a few months and she walks out with us owing verizon $450.00 for a dif tablet because she isnt tech savvy that is straight up bait and switch...dont go here go to a real verizon store not an authorized dealer...predatory money hungry practices dont see how they sleep at night with zero integrity!!
I was pleased with the experience I received. I knew what I needed but the rep helped me to decide for sure. Wasnt able to answer some of my other questions about home internet services because they didnt offer it at that location. I think they should have offered to at least look it up for me.

I have dealt with this particular store for a few years now. The ONLY employee I will speak with is Kindell. She is very friendly and knowledgeable of ALL products. My husband and I arent too impressed by the manager. Thats all I can and will say about that. You need something, or just a quick question, Kindell is your girl!! We will go back as long as she is there.
