Walked around the store for a good while after signing in via my phone to be in line to be helped, got asked if I signed in, confirmed my last name twice by 2 different people. Then someone else walks into the store and got helped right away and every other person that walked in the store got asked what they are here for but no one asked me what I needed help with. What is the purpose of signing in to be put in a line when it doesnt matter to begin with. Not even that busy, but apparently too busy to help me. Be prepared to wait a long time if there are other customers in the store. Will never return
Came in and they said they were busy, so I made an appointment for 3 days in advance. At the appointment they said they couldnt help me. How does that make sense at all??
Derek whom helped me was very attentive. He spent a great deal of time with me to make sure I was taken care of. He was very courteous and patient as he helped me and answered all my questions. He made sure I had everything I needed.
Verizon has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had the absolute worse experience dealing with a company in the last month with Verizon than I have ever had in my life. It has been so ridiculous.
Spent an hour and a half being ignored while employees picked and chose who they helped. Not sure why they have an online check in system theyre so adamant about using if they just ignore it anyway. Luckily AT&T across the street was much more accommodating. They took our money no problem.
It was a great trip. Went to get a new phone and they said they were all out. As we were getting in our car the salesman came running out of the store to tell us that one of the phones we were looking for just came in on a truck. He stayed way past close to help us out.
Tony was very patient, clear and helpful. During my visit another customer was extremely upset and the staff handled it very professionally and diplomatic. Probably the best Verizon store in Huntsville.

I have never experienced worst service in my life!!!! I walked into the store an hr and half before closing stating I need to walk out today with a phone to replace my broken one, all my work logins is tied to my phone number. Instead of getting help over an hr was wasted before the store informed me that they have no physical (non apple) phones in the store, a fact that would have been nice to know an hr prior.Technically I was not an authorized user and I understand Verizon has a policy, so my mom rushed down to meet me. The sales rep refused to even talk phones to help me pick it out to make a quick transition. He then proceeded to act like he was gonna look into a phone for me and apparently just left the store. Once my mother arrived and added me as a authorized user another sales rep proceeds to “show me phones” and when I would try to buy it they wouldn’t have it in stock but they could order it. Finally I was like I’ll buy any phone I just need to walk out the store with it. The sales rep then told me I should go to best buy since they actrually have phones in stock.To wait over an hr to be told there are no phones, when u literally walk into a store and say I don’t care the price, or what phone I just need one to login into my accounts so it can’t wait till tomorrow, is crazy. The store should not have wasted my time.

Fast, friendly, full of love for their job -and their customers, is how I was treated this time and everytime at this particular location. I had a complicated, multi-phone upgrade too, all my own phones, and they didnt blink but instead kept it fun and real. Didnt upsell me garbage either. Real people. Real service and sales.

Theyre growing to be a very accurate place my experience with them was very peaceful enjoyable and informative more so than most places that I tend to go... I give it a four star because of the lack of information of CDMA and 4G LTE misrepresentation... No true answer as to what is happening after this year in regards to certain types of service being cut off

My boyfriend,his daughter, husband and I all got new phones..The guy who assisted us wasnt very helpful😞Our phones we bought were the android velvets..Both of us went from straight talk to Verizon,his phone still isnt recieving calls,it goes straight to voicemail, which isnt good😥My phone wont hold a good charge,it charges quickly but it also goes down quickly😞Were planning on going back today and exchange both phones for better phones!!!I hope we dont have to go back to straight talk,but at least with straight talk we had g👀d service...His daughter and her husband have had no problems at all with their service or phones,theyre both very satisfied...I just hope we can get our problems resolved and are able to stay with Verizon...Thank you for allowing me to write a review!

It was very disappointing as I tried time return a gift and was tiled because it was past the 14 days they wouldnt return. I have been out if town for work and it was at my house so there was both way to return this watch. I have been a verizon customer for a long time. But, its fine I will transfer my account to AT&T. Thanks for the loyalty to your long term customers

Went in there to buy an iPhone XS, ended up getting the XS Max. I walked in at 1pm on a Thursday and the store was not busy at all. Was greeted right away by Jonathan, and he let me look at the phones for a minute before I decided what I wanted. He gave me decent offers on accessories and didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t want (including the warranty, he didn’t give the whole speech about how much I’m spending). It was a very professional and quick transaction, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which was good because I didn’t have a whole lot of time! A+ service to this location and Jonathan.Editing review:After a perfect experience here 2 years ago, I returned to get the iPhone 12 Pro Max. This experience was completely different. First off, there were multiple people in front of me: no big deal, I can wait.While I’m standing around after looking at the phone cases and whatnot, a worker comes over to me and sees me on my phone asking me if I’ve done the in store order yet. I said no but I can, and he tells me that’s what they’re going to have me do anyways once I get with someone. So I go through the terrible MyVerizon app to order the phone. It doesn’t tell me that certain accessories are unavailable at this location so the app is panicking and telling me to do 2 day shipping. No, I’m in the store and want the phone, so I want in store pickup. I figure out that it’s the phone case in my shopping cart so I take that out, and I’m allowed to do in store pickup. Great.I get a text saying they’re working on it and I get assured by another worker in the store that they’re in the back getting it together. Okay. The original guy brings me my phone and says you’re good to go. I ask him about the screen protector I ordered, if it was already put on. He said “No but I can put it on for you”. So he goes in the back to get a screen protector and puts it on. What if I hadn’t have said anything? Would they have just let me walk out the door without the screen protector I ordered? On top of that, he put it on so crooked that one end is hanging off the phone screen. I can understand a couple degrees give or take, but it’s way off and I’ll probably have to replace it.I wasn’t asked if I wanted a phone case. I’m at Best Buy now getting one. I had a question about adding another line but I guess there wasn’t time for that kind of question today, I’ll have to figure it out later I guess. I couldn’t even get my phones synced as easily as the last time so I’ll have to go home and figure that out, I’m sure I will.One 5 star review visit followed by a 1 star review visit. I guess I’ll just do everything online now since that’s what it’s looking like it is anyways.
Bought a home phone service device here about a year and a half ago. Paid full price and was told there was not a contract. Called to activate, and the person on the line said there was a contract. Took it back to the store, they activated it and said there was no contract and they would notate the account that I expressly did not want to sign. Now a year and a half later I try to cancel and they tell me I am under contract.NOTE: This was not a miscommunication. I asked several times if there was a contract and the salesman said no. Finally got out of the contract after several hours on the phone with support, but will not deal with this store again.
Typically I do not like going into these stores because of the long wait and the pushy sales staff but this visit was so different. There was little to no wait time and I was able to get what I needed without all the hassle. Thank you for changing my mind about Verizon.

Ive never been more disappointed with a Verizon. We were told that I would be unable to add another line without impacting my current plan but this is something that you can literally do in the app. The employee we were working with was dismissive and clearly did not want to work with us on anything and seemed to be just interested in the commission from the large bill that he was trying to get us to pay. The Verizon on the other side of Huntsville has much friendlier and helpful employees and I will be going there instead ✌️
Very informative shopping for new service provider
I wasnt a Verizon customer yesterday morning but yesterday after I became one after talking to Chad he helped me activate my new Verizon jet pack and worked on getting me in and out while not sacrificing the casual conversation. I was in and out in probably 20 min tops. Really cool guy who knows his stuff. I will be s being more customers his way for sure.

Was unknowingly given and charged for a $70 accessory. It was slipped into my bag without me knowing and given the confusing upgrade cost situation, I trusted the price she told me and didn’t pay close enough attention. I get that I was naive, but I shouldn’t have to worry about being swindled.
I enjoyed but was flat out expensive on accessories. Definitely look around before getting cases and screens for your new phone. I would think after signing a 2 yr contract with a 1,000$ phone plus 100 bucks each month x 24 that a free case might be involved or better yet a data transfer as well.4 stars as they people are nice and quick on helping.
Had some issues with starting a cellular plan, however the employees were very understanding. After dealing with that, I had another issue with an upgrade due to previously being on my familys plan, however the employees were, again, very understanding and helpful. They provided some advice that eventually led to me being able to upgrade my phone within a few days instead of the default 30 days due to my situation and Verizons default terms. I will be visiting this location for anything related to my phone and cellular plan from here on out.
Phone contact with store sucks
Not impressed! I walked in and was not acknowledged. I walked up to an associate behind a desk and he says Im with someone you need to check in. I glance around thinking I missed the spot to do this and he says they will check you in. Twenty minutes go by Im still not checked in worst customer service ever. Three others associates have walked past no smiles or acknowledgement.... A man walked in and oh boy he gets taken care of right away. Another couple comes in and sits down next to me. They are approached about getting checked in. The gentleman responds I believe she is next and points to me. The guys says Oh Ill get to her Im going to get you checked in and proceeds to ask them a few questions. Very disappointed in the lack of service. No one wears a name tag so you can identify anyone. I asked for the managers name and every associate in the place seemed to hear that comment. Definitely would not bring my business back to this location!!
They will help you as much as Verizon will allow. Its not that they will prevent you from joining, but if your phone is able to jump through the hoops they have provided you will be able to. My unlocked phone was on the strike list for Verizon so I was not able to join up with them, I had to find another carrier.

This Verizon store was extremely helpful. I believe I sat in the store for roughly 2 to 3 hours after getting my new phone in order to set it up. The employees checked on me several times. Even put on my screensaver and case for me. They went about and beyond.

I went in to upgrade my phone and the representative Marcus had horrible customer service and an awful attitude. He wouldn’t even assist me order the new phone while I was In the store, he only suggested I order it on my phone when I return home. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning.
Service was good but the store isnt designed to help more than 4 people at a time so even fully staffed it was very congested. The employees were very friendly and easy to work with but they need to improve their store flow.
Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Anytime I have an issue with my device, I carry it in and Im in and out in no time with problem solved. They even gave me free a upgrade to my plan for being a loyal customer without asking for it.
As usual, I had an excellent experience! My son dropped his phone, and it stopped working. The rep at Verizon assisted me in activating an old phone we had as a backup. Now I can keep in touch with my son.
Friendliest Verizon I have been to. Turned a 10 minute in and out visit to 30 minutes talking about cars and I couldnt ask for any better way to bring my day to a close.

The customer service was terrible. I was told to go to the store by their customer care department. When I was in the store the associate told me that she couldnt help me. I asked to see a manager to see if they could get customer care on the phone. (This is what customer care told me to do.) But the associate refused my request for a manager and instead played messenger instead. Terrible service! If you need to see a manager then the least they can do is talk to us.
I went into this store a couple weeks ago and was surprised at the awesome customer service I experienced from the time I walked into the store to the time I stepped out. All I needed was help on activating my backup phone after loosing my iPhone. The handsome gentlemen that were working at the time were extremely friendly towards one another and towards the customers. I had to wait a few minutes to be attended but I definitely appreciated being notified of this right after being greeted with a smile. I work in a customer service industry myself so during the time I waited I couldnt help but notice how well they managed their time, attitudes, and attention towards each customer. Great team, guys! This location is not helpful at all! Just left the store and I always get stuck with the bald headed guy helping me. He is not helpful and acts like he doesn’t want to help me and could care less!! I will go to a different location from now on!! And I may cancel with Verizon anyway. Too expensive and the service/network has not been working right In several weeks.

Worst customer service. I had an issue with my LGV10, went to this store 1 hour before they closed and was treated poorly. The employee helping me, Michael, maybe?...was disinterested and refused to do anything to actually solve my problem. I was referred to the geek squad at Best Buy. Why? I came to the store for help and didnt receive any. I left and went to an authorized dealer where I was helped by friendly staff and upgraded to a better phone.
Another Verizon company store. Verizon has the best service call area in the nation except on Lewis Smith Lake, Alabama. If want coverage on the lake you need to go with AT&T.

Had a problem activating a new phone, went in & was met by a young black man named Derrick. Had the most professional demeanor, & knew his stuff. Cause Im a technical idiot.He had to jump through hoops, but got me up & running ! Derrick I said thank you in person, and now in print. Again thank you !!!
La Trece Helped me on 5/25. As soon as I came in she greeted me and had lots of patience. Basically, I had a nightmare with an order from the online store (pre-order that never shipped and no one could find the money I paid into it). She got me the device I wanted and had been waiting for and went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. That is true customer service!LaTrece notated the account with my confirmation notes, where this information was found ect. I got my confirmation number also.She really went above for me. Not only did she help me and was patient, she notated my account, got me the device that was not shipped, and helped me with the VIP kit issue in the future if its not honored by them for the mishap with my pre-order.LaTrece didnt have to do any of that extra stuff. I walked out of there with my long awaited upgrade and I was happy with her service. Id rather just place orders at the store because online customer care gave me nothing but the run around. Its different for different people. Ive been there three times and never had an issue with ordered devices. it only happens when I order online. Sometimes the store is busy. I cant say I had a bad experience though. Its always been fast and efficient for me.She is really professional and a sweetheart. Ive always been greeted when I come in, sometimes at the door for checking, and sometimes walking further in toward the back. I suppose it is who you get, but my in store service was great. Here is to hoping customer care actually credits me back correctly after all the issues Ive had.Verizon online customer care:0 raiting-lied/run around to about pre-order being back ordered as they had them ready to ship with 2 day while mine in the same color and model were arriving with two day (not the same as store stock)-misapplied a payment for the upgrade to the new device itself...-no communication on that last one. You saw it needed an upgrade payment to even start a new device order...why did you not apply it to that-or even let you pay on anything new without first finishing what is owed?-this is where the issue appears to have happened-if you owe on a device, you cannot upgrade that device so how did it process this in the first place?-stating it (the payment) was the second item I got (which says it is in device payment and hasnt had a payment made on it yet right on the account) nope not that one either. it wont show device payment at all if I paid outright for it-stating there is no transaction they can find ...-showing the second device as shipped and saying that it was the phone and on the way....-unable to make a credit/giftcard to the device upgrade once someone actually found the order when I had already paid it. Made me pay again for the new device and cancelled the pre-order that was messed up. -in all fairness, if an order is cancelled, it usually does refund you but still...-you couldnt find the order for a long time, and neither could the 5 to 6 others who i reached out to multiple times so I have zero confidence in that refund. Your store agent notated behind you. I do applaud the girl who FINALLY found the payment who is in customer care)-But to the 5 to 6 customer care agents/chat agents who couldnt give me a straight answer, find the order, or give me the correct information, horrible experience-all payments should be notated directly in the account and not just in the order-lack of confidence in online customer care (its not an easy job, Ive worked in the call center i know how hard it can be) I dont think its fair that the reps have to dig for this type of thing.

I went in today to switch my network to verizon and a woman named crystal was tge most rudest person i ever encountered. she treated me as if i was a broke person... she should be fired and dont judge me because im in my work clothes. so i left and went to sprint and as soon as i walked in the door i was greated with a smile.
Representatives cant even bother to stand up straight while serving you. Didnt try to help, and I visited 3 times. The Verizon contact at BestBuy ended up saving the day.
Unfortunately my wifes phone is with Verizon so we had to come here to get help when there was an issue. The staff were rather less than friendly and clearly operating off a script when trying to provide technical support. Given their general demeanor, as well as their companys position on Net Neutrality, I would avoid them like the plague.
