2 stars because he gave me my money back. Beware!! He is not Apple certified! He will not tell you that he is not Apple certified either! I took my IPhone 11 to him to fix the screen. Within less than an hour I started have problems with the screen. It stopped responding to touch, I couldnt turn it off, couldnt answer phone calls etc. I took it back to him right away and he claimed it was the new system update causing a glitch. He pressed a couple of buttons and my phone acted fine the rest of the day. The next day it got worse. I was at work and it just completely stopped doing anything with touch. I went to TMobile to figure out what my options were. The guy looked at my phone and told me that the screen on it is a third party screen and that the LDI was not there (the wires that respond to touch) because it wasnt the right phone screen. Was cheaper for me to buy a new phone than it was to have apple fix it. IPhone user just be careful.

By far the best price and fastest fix around with most parts in stock! I had to replace back glass on iPhone 8+. Only mishap i had is my phone went in with black back and came back with space grey. I like both so didn’t take issue with it. Was just happy to see my phone without shards of glass falling from it!

Sorry even though this cat was recommended by a friend hes a busta. Paid $25 to replace broken glass over camera lense. My fingerprint unlocks are all gone and the back of my phone is separated w/ glue all over. So sloppy too.

Terrible customer service and he uses the cheapest screens possible which is why his prices are so low. Had a screen and button replaced on my iPhone 8+. The screens edges were raised much higher than the factory screen which caused my phone to crack less than a week later just from pressing on it. Not only that, he forgot to hook my camera and flash light back up and I didn’t even notice until days later. The best part though was that he installed a white button on my black phone and didn’t inform me that was all he had until after the job was done. Told me to come in a week later and he would swap it out and he still hadn’t even ordered new black buttons. Then when I asked him how he was going to help me and that I was willing to pay for another repair, he just told me to take my phone somewhere else since I didn’t trust his work. That guy is really is a piece of work.

I went in to have Jay replace the screen and back glass on my Galaxy Note 9. I was a little wary at first because his price was so low, but he did an excellent job. It was super quick, and my phone looks brand new. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back when I inevitably drop my phone again.

I joked about my kids cracking there phones not understanding why and how, until........ :-(. Mr. Dr. CellTech was awesome. He repaired my S9 for a fraction of the cost of my research with other repair services. The repair was fast, and professional. He is an overall friendly and compassionate man. I hope it will not be necessary to visit him again, but if so, I will! In the meantime, I will recommend him without hesitation.

Because of the location, I didnt really know what to expect. Jay ended up giving me a very generous deal on a screen repair job- I was very impressed with how quickly he did the repair and with the price, since I last paid about $30 more and waited 30 more minutes for the same repair in Parkway Place mall a couple months ago. My wife drops her phone a lot, Ill be back when it happens again.

Don’t go here he will take your money. He has no good intentions and thinks he can do whatever to anybody. I got my phone fixed and an ink spot was there when he finished. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER that ink spot dried which cracked my phone. He refused to fix what he damaged and practically stole a college students money ($90). DO NOT GET TEMPTED. He’s a major scam artist who profits wonderfully off you. He claims he picks people up and I VOICED I HAD NO CAR AND WALKED ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE FOR NOTHING. And his response is a lie, I NEVER DROPPED IT. I had a case with a strap for my wrist. And still it was messed up before ESPECIALLY WITH TYPING. I never expected to get it fixed for free, when i called him to negotiate a price he hung up in my face and never answered again. A scam right? He said he hears it all the time BECAUSE IT LITERALLY DOES BREAK WITHOUT YOU DOING ANY DROPPING. And he stole pieces inside my phone so when i took it to get fixed somewhere else they said there were some issues and pieces missing. NEVER COME HERE.

If you need any cell phone repair see Jay at Dr. CellTech. I needed my phone fixed ASAP for business as well as personal use and went to Dr. CellTech as soon as they opened. Based on my experience Jay is honest, fair, and qualified. My iPhone 6 had multiple problems but he took his time to make sure he did not provide any unnecessary work, even when based on what I told him he could have just blindly replaced my screen and battery.

The gentleman at DR. CellTech has been outstanding. My children have purchased two phones from there with my help. My college student got a IPhone 6 and my high school student a Note 4 which he is itching to upgrade to the IPhone . I recommend him to anyone in the market for a new phone.

The owner and the operator of this phone shop is a scammer and a fraudster. Be careful buying or repairing your phone here. The owner convince me to buy a phone with warranty from Apple on it. I purchased an I Phone 6 from this store and later a couple of months later starter to give me problems. I returned the phone for him to fix it but rather he directed me to Apple where they open the phone and found out that the phone had been water damaged with duck tapes inside. When i came back to give him the bad news he was mad . I took inn the phone for one month and i went back for it. At this time he claimed he had repaired it and that i needed to to an additional $200 for my phone. I left the phone and filled complains. Am warning every hard working persons to be careful doing business with this so called company DR. CELL TECH. Thanks.

If your not careful, he will try to steal parts from your device, whether its a phone or tablet. If he ask if you could leave and come back, say no. Make sure you watch him fix your device.
